本文设计了一种紧凑型、宽通带、宽阻带的微带带通滤波器。该滤波器的设计是基于带有两个开路调节支节的正方谐振环。基于紧凑性的考虑,改变了传统方环谐振滤波器的馈电点和开路调节支节的位置,以便对谐振环进行折叠处理。这种改变并不影响谐振环的奇偶模特性。在输入和输出端口,通过两个叉指耦合结构对滤波器进行馈电,这种馈电方式增加了滤波器阻带的带宽和抑制度。滤波器的中心频率为4GHz,相对带宽为45%,通带内的回波损耗小于-12dB,群时延小于0.8ns,1-2.9GHz阻带抑制度大于12dB,5.3~7GHz阻带抑制度大于18dB。 相似文献

从归一化低通滤波器出发,阐述了平行耦合线带通滤波器的工作原理和设计过程。给出了一个中心频率在C波段的带通滤波器设计实例。根据给定的滤波器技术指标,确定滤波器类型、结构和最佳级数。按照设计要求利用射频和微波设计软件ADS(先进设计系统)对带外抑制和插入损耗进行优化设计,从而达到要求的插损、带内波纹和理想的带外抑制特性。给出了优化的结果仿真图,结果表明优化结果与设计要求一致。 相似文献

A novel lowpass filter using spiral compact microstrip resonant cells (SCMRCs) for size reduction is presented. Four SCMRC resonators as open stub lines are connected at both sides of an SCMRC resonator so that the port impedance at the lowpass band is matched to 50 /spl Omega/. The proposed lowpass filter has compact circuit size and wide stop-band. A demonstration lowpass filter is designed, fabricated and measured. It shows low insertion loss, flat response in the lowpass band and wide stop-band. 相似文献

A compact parallel-coupled coplanar-waveguide bandpass filter with good selectivity and stopband response is proposed. By using the quarter-wavelength resonators in implementation, the filter size can be reduced and no spurious passband is observed at twice the center frequency (2f0). In addition, by suitably introducing the capacitive and inductive cross-coupling effects, four transmission zeros around the passband edges may be created for improving the filter selectivity. For design purpose, the equivalent-circuit models are also established. In this study, the compact fourth-order filter with multiple transmission zeros for improving the selectivity is implemented, and its stopband is extended up to 3.43f0 with a rejection better than -30dB 相似文献

This paper presents a terahertz (THz) band-pass filter using ultra-precision machining technology based on Chebyshev filter prototype. This iris inductive window coupled waveguide filter was designed by using 8 resonant cavities with a center frequency of 345 GHz and a 7% bandwidth. The final design fulfills the desired specifications and presents the minimum insertion loss of 1.55 dB and the return loss of less than 15 dB at 345 GHz. The stop-band rejection is 50 dB off the center frequency about 30 GHz, which means it has a good performance of high stop-band suppression. Compared with the recent development of THz filters, this filter possesses the characteristic of simple structure and is easy to machining. 相似文献

This paper proposes a bandpass filter design method for suppressing spurious responses in the stopband by choosing the constitutive resonators with the same fundamental frequency, but staggered higher order resonant frequencies. The design concept is demonstrated by a four-pole parallel-coupled Chebyshev bandpass filter and a compact four-pole cross-coupled elliptic-type bandpass filter. Each filter is composed of four different stepped-impedance resonators (SIRs) for which a general design guideline has been provided in order to have the same fundamental frequency and different spurious frequencies by proper adjusting the impedance and length ratios of the SIR. Being based on knowledge of the coupling coefficients and following the traditional design procedure, the resultant filter structures are simple and easy to synthesize. The measured results are in good agreement with the simulated predictions, showing that better than -30-dB rejection levels in the stopband up to 5.4f/sub 0/ and 8.2f/sub 0/ are achieved by the Chebyshev and quasi-elliptic filters, respectively. 相似文献

Novel compact microstrip bandpass filters (BPFs) with extended stopband are proposed using both quarter-wavelength (lambda/4) stepped-impedance resonators and bandstop embedded resonators. First, by properly designing the impedance and length ratios of the stepped-impedance resonators, the developed filter may be made compact and its spurious harmonics may be pushed to the higher frequency region. Next, by suitably designing the bandstop structure so as to suppress the lower spurious harmonics of stepped-impedance resonators and then embedding the bandstop structure into the lambda/4 resonators, one may realize the BPFs with wideband spurious suppression. In particular, by connecting the bandstop embedded resonators to the input/output ports, a compact fourth-order BPF of dimension 0.089 lambdag times 0.27 lambdag is implemented and its stopband is extended up to 8.25 f 0 with an adequate rejection of greater than 32.49 dB, where f 0 is the passband center frequency and lambdag is the microstrip guided wavelength at f 0. 相似文献

本文提出了一种具有良好选择性以及宽带带外抑制的小型低通滤波器结构。滤波器的每一级由一段微带线和交指电容构成。基于对每一级结构的分析,我们可以确定通带的范围。为了进一步提高带外的抑制性,对单级滤波器进行了周期性的级联。通过产生多个带外衰减极点来实现带外的宽带抑制。此滤波器3dB 截止频率3.67GHz,带内插损-0.9dB,带内回波损耗低于-13dB。通带到阻带的选择度为160dB/GHz。带外抑制从3.8GHz 到13.1GHz 低于-20dB。 相似文献

A novel asymmetrical Pi-shaped defected ground structure (DGS) with 3-interations Koch fractal curves is proposed to design a microstrip low-pass filter (LPF) with ultra-wide stop-band (SB). The proposed LPFs with a single resonator and two cascaded resonators are both designed, simulated, manufactured and measured. Simulation and experiment results demonstrate that the designed LPF has a very sharp transition band (TB) and an ultra-wide SB performance compared with the existed similar symmetrical and asymmetrical DGS. The proposed LPF with two cascaded resonators is with a compact size of 36.8 mm×24.0 mm, a very low insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB under 1.9 GHz, and a wide SB from 2.2 GHz to 8 GHz with rejection of larger than 30 dB. 相似文献

Wide-stopband and compact microstrip bandpass filters (BPFs) are proposed using various dissimilar quarter-wavelength (/spl lambda//4) stepped-impedance resonators (SIRs) for multiple spurious suppression. The use of /spl lambda//4 SIRs is essential in widening the filter stopband and reducing the circuit size. By properly arranging the individual /spl lambda//4 SIR, which has the same fundamental resonance frequency f/sub 0/, but has different spurious (harmonic) resonance frequencies, and also carefully misaligning the maximum current density nodes, several higher order spurious resonances may be suppressed so that a BPF with wide stopband may be realized. In this study, the basic concept of multiple spurious suppression is demonstrated by thoroughly investigating the spurious characteristics of the fourth-order interdigital BPFs, which consist of two different types of /spl lambda//4 SIRs. To widen the rejection bandwidth, the fourth-order coupled-resonator BPFs based on three and four different types of /spl lambda//4 SIRs are implemented and carefully examined. Specifically, a very wide-stopband microstrip BPF composed of four dissimilar /spl lambda//4 SIRs is realized and its stopband is extended even up to 11.4f/sub 0/ with a rejection level better than 27.5 dB. 相似文献

This study presents a compact coplanar-waveguide (CPW) parallel-coupled bandpass filter (BPF) with good selectivity and stopband rejection. The inductive terminations are introduced to the conventional anti-parallel coupled-lines, and lumped-element J-inverters are employed, to achieve both size reduction and spurious suppression. Additionally, the inductive cross-coupling effect is introduced to obtain two transmission zeros to enhance the selectivity. Suitable equivalent-circuit model is also established as effective design tool. Specifically, this work demonstrates a compact cross-coupled fourth-order BPF in grounded-CPW configuration. 低通滤波器是通信系统中关键的器件之一,常作为选频器件用来抑制干扰信号和谐波信号,因此低通滤波器阻带带宽成为关键指标.常见的平面低通滤波器采用短截线(分支线)或高低阻抗线结构,这些结构的低通滤波器阻带不够宽,一般在截止频率的2倍频或3倍频处出现寄生通带.本文使用等效的T形节替代低通滤波器中的串联传输线的方式实现了带阻滤波器嵌入到低通滤波器内部,既对低通滤波器的阻带上任意频段出现的寄生通带进行了抑制,又不影响低通滤波器的通带内性能,并给出等效T形节的综合设计公式.此结构综合设计方法严谨简单、易于平面电路实现,制作出来改进的低通滤波器对3倍频寄生通带进行抑制,扩宽了阻带带宽到4个倍频程以上,测试结果:通带带宽0~3GHz,通带插入损耗小于0.5dB,带外抑制3.6~12GHz大于60dB. 相似文献

A new class of optimized finline and metal insert filters is introduced. In these filters, the ladder-type insert is located in a waveguide section which is either wider or narrower than the embedding standard waveguide. A step junction at each end forms the transition to the standard waveguide and is included in the analysis. Both filter types provide a better suppression of spurious passbands and have significantly improved stop-band attenuation. Filters with enlarged sections are useful for design at the lower end of the waveguide band, whereas the narrower version is appropriate for bandend design. 相似文献

A novel dual-mode microstrip bandpass filter (BPF) with harmonic suppression is presented in this letter. The filter is composed of a perturbed square-ring resonator and two end-open L-shaped microstrip lines for the input and output of the resonator. The harmonic suppression of the BPF may be realized by choosing a proper length for the L-shaped microstrip line. The BPF has been investigated numerically and experimentally. Measured results show that the stop-band of the filter is increased up to near the third-order harmonic of the square-ring resonator due to harmonic suppression, and the rejection level is kept below -27dB. 相似文献
