采用合成酯类油邻苯二甲酸二辛酯作为基础油合成复合锂基润滑脂,并对其进行各项性能指标分析,探究其综合性能及应用。制备的润滑脂具有很高的滴点和胶体安定性及较好的低温性能。热重分析表明将邻苯二甲酸二辛酯制备成脂后,其热稳定性有所提高.低温DSC表明成脂后,其结晶温度与酯油相同,仍然保持较好的低温性能。扫描电镜结果表明润滑脂形成致密的皂纤维结构。  相似文献

通过对14.8tex纯纺麻浆纤维赛络纺纱的实践,探讨了赛络纺麻浆纤维各工序工艺配置及应注意的问题。结果表明:开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和络简工序的工艺优化配置,赛络纺纺出纱线的成纱质量远优于环锭纱的成纱质量,用其织成的面料抗起球性能高,抗摩擦性能好,手感柔软,服用性能佳。  相似文献

The filtration, rheological and compressive properties of ceramic mixtures and their interaction are studied. Parameters for estimating the properties are suggested. It is established that the moisture-conducting properties of ceramic mixtures predetermine their molding properties, which can be affected purposefully by controlling the grain composition of the comparatively coarsely disperse skeleton of the mixture, as well as the dispersion, colloid chemical, and rheological properties of the porous suspension.  相似文献

Polymer hydrogels have attracted much attention due to their mechanical, biological, and physicochemical properties. Incorporation of functional material enlarges their applications. Graphene, as a promising additive, has received great attention due to its large specific surface area, ultrahigh conductivity, strong antioxidant, thermal stability, high thermal conductivity, and good mechanical properties. In this brief review, graphene‐containing polymer hydrogels with special properties are summarized including their preparations, properties, and applications. Anthracites of thermal metamorphism from different basins of Russia and the Ha-Tu coalfield of Vietnam are characterized, and data on their petrographic and chemical compositions, structure, and properties are presented. Lipoquinones are the topic of this review and are a class of hydrophobic lipid molecules with key biological functions that are linked to their structure, properties, and location within a biological membrane. Ubiquinones, plastoquinones, and menaquinones vary regarding their quinone headgroup, isoprenoid sidechain, properties, and biological functions, including the shuttling of electrons between membrane-bound protein complexes within the electron transport chain. Lipoquinones are highly hydrophobic molecules that are soluble in organic solvents and insoluble in aqueous solution, causing obstacles in water-based assays that measure their chemical properties, enzyme activities and effects on cell growth. Little is known about the location and ultimately movement of lipoquinones in the membrane, and these properties are topics described in this review. Computational studies are particularly abundant in the recent years in this area, and there is far less experimental evidence to verify the often conflicting interpretations and conclusions that result from computational studies of very different membrane model systems. Some recent experimental studies have described using truncated lipoquinone derivatives, such as ubiquinone-2 (UQ-2) and menaquinone-2 (MK-2), to investigate their conformation, their location in the membrane, and their biological function. Truncated lipoquinone derivatives are soluble in water-based assays, and hence can serve as excellent analogs for study even though they are more mobile in the membrane than the longer chain counterparts. In this review, we will discuss the properties, location in the membrane, and syntheses of three main classes of lipoquinones including truncated derivatives. Our goal is to highlight the importance of bridging the gap between experimental and computational methods and to incorporate properties-focused considerations when proposing future studies relating to the function of lipoquinones in membranes.  相似文献
