对添加三种有机减水剂和两种聚磷酸盐减水剂的Al2O3-Cr2O3-ZrO2质浇注料的常温物理性能、热态强度进行了对比,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了其显微结构。研究表明:对于加有Al2O3、Cr2O3超细粉,以纯铝酸钙为结合剂的浇注料,有机减水剂更能显著地提高其常温物理性能和高温机械性能,并改善其显微结构。 相似文献

利用SME和XRD等技术,系统研究了Cr2O3对SiO2-Al2O3-MgO-B2O3系玻璃和玻璃陶瓷中的作用。当Cr2O3%<1时,随着Cr2O3。含量的增加,玻璃试样的颜色由浅绿色逐渐转变成灰色;Cr2O3%>1时,镁铬(铝)类晶石,Mg(Al1.5Cr0.5)O4,在玻璃试样中析出;在玻璃陶瓷中,Cr2O3%的含量的增加有助于Mg(Al1.5Cr0.5)O4相的析出,对云母晶体的析出有抑制作用。同时还发现Cr2O3的含量对云母晶体显微组织也有显著的影响作用。 相似文献

Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料主要是用于高炉铁水沟的不定形耐火材料。最近,用于铁水线的浇注料耐侵蚀性有所改善,因此,证实了添加尖晶石(MgO.AlO3)的方法。我们调查了添加尖晶石对Al2O3-SiC-C质浇料的影响。结果证明,在Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料中,随着尖晶石含量的增加,耐渣侵蚀性提高。 相似文献

采用烧结法合成了致密的复合了CaO-SiO2系化合物的CaZrO3质材料,研究了CaO-SiO2系化合物的复合量和不同添加剂对复合材料的致密化及与Al2O3反应能力的影响。研究结果表明,增加CaO-SiO2系化合物的复合量.不仅改善了复合材料的致密化程度,而且提高了与Al2O3的反应能力。两种SiO2-Al2O3系添加剂均能大大降低复合材料的烧结温度,并对复合材料的相组成产生影响.因而提高了与Al2O3的反应能力。此外,高密度的复合材料具有更强的与Al2O3反应的能力。 相似文献

为了提高高炉非金属冷却壁用Al2O3-SiC质浇注料的抗渣性,在其中引入人造石墨,研制了高炉非金属冷却壁用Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料,着重研究了六偏磷酸钠(SHP)、聚丙烯酸钠(PAANa)、萘系减水剂(NTD)和SkipLiquid型减水剂(SL)4种分散剂及其加入量对这种含碳浇注料流动性、耐压强度、体积密度和显气孔率的影响以及碳(人造石墨)的添加量对浇注料试样的耐压强度、体积密度、显气孔率和抗渣性能的影响。结果表明:1)分散剂SL的效果最好,其最优外加量为0.2%;2)人造石墨添加量为5%时,浇注料试样的抗渣性能和烧后耐压强度达到最优,综合性能最佳。 相似文献

Al2O3- SiC- C iron trough castables were prepared using high alumina bauxite clinker GL-90( 1 mm) or homogenized bauxite GL-88 to replace the traditional brown corundum aggregates( 1 mm) to reduce the cost of iron trough castables. Effects of the two bauxite aggregates on properties of iron trough castables were investigated. The results show that the two kinds of bauxite affect flowability,bulk density,strength and slag corrosion resistance of trough castables differently. Compared with homogenized bauxite,high alumina bauxite clinker is more suitable to substitute brown corundum. The castables prepared from the bauxite clinker have similar performances with those prepared from brown corundum,especially used in medium or small blast furnaces with weak thermal impact and lower temperature hot metal.However,in large blast furnaces with severe thermal impact and high temperature hot metal,the performances of the two castables are significantly different. So it is suggested to use the brown corundum based castables in the front gyral zone of the slag skimmer. 相似文献

以电熔白刚玉、SiO2微粉、α-Al2O3微粉、纯铝酸钙水泥和Alphabond为原料配制刚玉质自流浇注料,用全组分浇注料流变仪和L型流动性测试装置,研究了不同种类和加入量的微粉(加入SiO2微粉质量分数6%~8%或α-Al2O3微粉质量分数1%~4%)、1%~4%的结合剂(纯铝酸钙水泥或Alphabond)对自流浇注料流变性和流动性的影响。结果表明:(1)随着SiO2微粉和α-Al2O3微粉加入量的增加,刚玉质自流浇注料的剪切扭矩和相对塑性黏度下降;自流值随SiO2微粉加入量的增多而增大。(2)水泥加入量的变化对刚玉质自流浇注料流变性和流动性的影响很小;随Alphabond加入量的增加,剪切扭矩和相对塑性黏度显著增大,而自流值呈增大的趋势。(3)刚玉质自流浇注料的流变性与流动性之间存在一定的关系:相对塑性黏度与自流时间T30有较好的线性相关性,而与自流值无明显关联。 相似文献

Six kinds of Cr2O3 Al2O3 fused grains ( the mass percent of Cr2O3 was 15% ,40% ,50% ,60% ,85% and 99% ,respectively) were prepared using chrome green and Al2O3 powder as starting materials by electrofusion,named as CR15,CR40,CR50,CR60,CR85, and CR99,respectively. The corrosion resistance of the six kinds of Cr2O3 Al2O3 fused grains ( 4 1 mm) was studied using rotary slag corrosion method. The results show that: ( 1) the corrosion resistance of the fused grains increases with the Cr2O3 content and the grain size increasing; ( 2) the grains of CR99 and CR85 with higher Cr2O3 content are corroded at the slag surface layer,because FeO and Al2O3 in the slag corrode the grains; FeO reacts with Cr2O3 in the aggregates forming ( Fe,Cr) 3O4 spinel firstly,and the spinel reacts with other phases forming composite spinel; when FeO is fully consumed,Al2O3 penetrated into the grains reacts with Cr2O3 forming Al2O3 Cr2O3 solid solution on the grains surface; ( 3) for CR60,the corrosion exists both in the slag surface layer and in the penetration layer; in the penetration layer,CaO and SiO2 react with Al2O3 in Al2O3 Cr2O3 solid solution forming anorthite, gehlenite, and glass phase; the grains of CR50,CR40 and CR15 have the same corrosion mechanism with CR60 in the penetration layer. 相似文献

In this study, the properties of self-flowing ultra-low cement castables in Al2O3-SiC-C system have been investigated and compared to vibration castables. The major physical and mechanical properties, microstructure and corrosion behavior of these castables against slag have been evaluated. The results showed that the microstructure of Al2O3-SiC-C self-flowing castable is more uniform than the vibrated structure. Also self-flowing castable has smaller pore size and more uniform pore size distribution. Hence, density, strength, oxidation and slag resistance of the self-flowing castables is higher than that of vibration castables. Therefore, besides other benefits such as noise free, easy installation, fewer mold defects and reduced installation costs, Al2O3-SiC-C self flowing ultra low cement castables will have longer service life in comparison with vibration casables. 相似文献
