基于机器视觉的安瓿溶液异物检测系统   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对1~20 mL安瓿瓶装溶液的在线异物检测,本文分析并设计了基于机器视觉的安瓿溶液在线异物检测系统,介绍了检测系统硬件结构和图像采集卡等配置.根据应用要求,对溶液中的不同异物类型,分别设计了合理有效的成像方法,并设计高速旋转急停法成功地区分异物与瓶壁上的干扰.鉴于溶液中异物在图像上的呈现的弱目标性质,设计了一种快速方便的区域分割方法,并在融合传统目标检测方法的基础上,重点提出基于机器视觉的有效的目标检测方法,文章最后给出实验结果并进行分析,证明了算法的有效性和该系统的实用性.  相似文献

针对跨尺度微小型零件的精密装配中显微视觉视场狭小与零件的特征尺寸跨度较大相矛盾的问题,研究了跨尺度零件的位姿检测技术,基于高、低倍显微视觉单元研制了自动装配系统,系统采用模块化体系结构及先看后动的装配控制模式.提出局部特征拼接法实现了跨尺度零件的定位测量,使用标定尺对系统坐标系之间的误差角进行了标定,采用参考基准法辅助对显微视觉单元切换后的装配基准进行定位.设计测试模板对系统测量精度进行了验证,结果显示高倍显微视觉单元的同轴度测量精度优于1.5 μm,平行度精度优于1μm.利用研制的装配系统进行了装配实验,实验结果表明,关键零件的装配精度满足工艺要求.该装配系统可稳定、可靠地完成跨尺度微小型零件的自动装配.  相似文献

设计了一种基于机器视觉技术的石墨轴承同轴度检测系统.该系统通过电荷耦合器件CCD(charge coupled device)采集石墨轴承的图像信号,通过光学成像和照明系统优化设计来提高像质,通过图像预处理和Sobel算子来提高边缘检测精度.实验结果表明,该方法能实现石墨轴承的内外半径及其同轴度的自动测量、自动记录与数据保存,从而可进行更精确的质量统计分析.  相似文献

依据三角法建立了基于线结构光和对称式双目立体视觉的两种典型视觉传感器坐标测量系统数学模型.通过对坐标测量模型及传感器各结构参数之间的相互关系分析,研究了线结构光视觉传感器和双目立体视觉传感器坐标测量系统结构参数及其误差对系统综合测量精度的影响关系特性.在对各结构设计参数综合分析的基础上,提出了视觉传感器坐标测量系统结构参数优化准则,并给出了线结构光视觉传感器及双目立体视觉传感器坐标测量系统结构参数的一般性设计原则与方法.  相似文献

本文主要针对目前药品标签生产日期利用人工检测的劣势,提出了利用视觉传感器代替人眼检测药品标签生产日期的可能性及优势,并设计了一套视觉传感器监测系统,通过模拟试验测试了系统的可行性,在论文中对视觉传感器系统的组成以及视觉传感器捕捉图像进行处理的过程进行了详细论述,得出了利用视觉传感器代替人眼进行检测,能够以岛得多的速度工作,以低得多的成本执行重复、多次、一致的检验,提高了生产线自动化程度,节省人力资源,提高生产效率.  相似文献

本文设计了一种新型飞行视觉系统方案,由一套视觉组件构建倒装设备中的俯视视觉和视觉对中两个系统.该方案通过一对可调反射镜组,结合固定在工作平台上的一块平面镜,让摄像机在不同时刻分别接收上下两组光线,完成两个视觉系统的任务.应用实验表明,该系统能有效降低设备硬件成本和提高生产效率.  相似文献

目的以城市导识系统中的视觉导识设计为研究对象,通过量化实验与质化访谈分析其视觉呈现方式的差异性,并提出研究展望。方法通过文献分析提出研究假设,而后运用Unity引擎搭建实验环境,构建多元化视觉呈现方式,通过量化实验与重复测量方差分析法对结果进行数据分析,进一步地讨论了被试的性别、空间认知能力对动态视觉交互导识与静态视觉标志导视的影响,以及两种视觉呈现方式之间的差异。结论讨论了在城市导识系统中视觉呈现方式研究的差异性,并对后续相关研究进行了展望,以期对未来视觉导识设计的研究提供参考与理论依据。  相似文献

目的为提高食品外包装美观性,确保食品包装质量,基于机器视觉设计一种食品包装检测系统。方法食品包装检测系统主要包括图像获取模块、图像处理和分析模块、输出执行模块等部分。讨论图像处理的关键技术,在传统小波变换的基础上,提出一种改进算法以增强图像特征信息,提高识别率,实现食品包装边缘检测。以污染、飞墨等典型缺陷为例,论述其特征提取方法,包括圆形度、长宽比、灰度标准差等。最后进行实验研究。结果实验结果表明,所述食品包装检测系统的检测精度在99%以上,具有较高的检测准确性。结论基于机器视觉的食品包装检测系统能够满足食品包装需求。  相似文献

针对彩报印刷中的套印检测问题,结合机器视觉技术对套印检测技术进行了研究。通过分析套印检测原理,设计了基于机器视觉的套印检测的整体框架,并结合其中所涉及的VFW视频捕获、摄像机标定等关键技术,利用VC程序实现了套印检测的模拟过程。从而为智能套印实验系统的研究奠定了一定的基础。  相似文献

传统的渗透检测技术基于检测人员对渗透检测图像进行目视判别,其检测结果容易受到检测员主观因素的影响,且效率低下。本文介绍一种基于机器视觉的渗透检测图像评判方法,通过机器视觉技术实现缺陷抓取。检测结果表明,在缺陷较少的情况下,该方法有着较好的鲁棒性,具有一定的应用价值。本文还探讨了基于深度学习的渗透图像智能评判方法,实验结果表明,该方法相较于传统的机器视觉检测方法,检测准确率有了一定的提升。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
