An automated inspection system for manufactured parts is proposed using a cloud of 3D measured points of a part provided by
a range sensor, and its CAD model. In spite of the high precision attained by coordinate measuring machines (CMM), range sensors
offer significant advantages for dimensional inspection: a high speed of digitisation and the capacity to take 3D measurements
on the whole surfaces of a part without physical contact. The system first registers a cloud of 3D points with a CAD model
of the part, then segments the 3D points in different surfaces by using the CAD model, and finally measures the control of
the specified tolerances on the part. Results of the inspection are displayed in two ways: visually, using a colour map to
display the level of discrepancy between the measured points and the CAD model, and a hardcopy report of the evaluation results
of the tolerance specifications. Two range sensor technologies have been tested and inspection results are compared with the

针对AGV纠偏过程中存在的调整时间过长,车身摆动比较大、经常掉线等缺点,为了提高小车导航的实时性、准确性和实现小车的可靠控制,在划分小车位置区间的基础上,提出了一种智能控制算法一自适应模糊PD算法。通过模糊模块在线调整PD控制模块参数,最终实现了小车左右轮速的实时调整,实现实时路径跟踪,并通过MATLAB仿真得到多组数据。仿真结果表明,利用该优化算法,小车导航具有实时性好、准确性高、不易掉线的优点。 相似文献

A magnetometer allows the measurement of the magnetic moment of samples in a range from 1.3 × 10–8 to 5.45 × 10–4 A m2. The range of variation of the magnetic field strength is from 0 to 56 kA/m; the temperature range is 20–700°C. Measurements are performed in an air atmosphere. The obtained data are automatically inputted into a PC. In addition, the magnetometer can measure the coercive force H
c and the destructive field H
cr. It can also be used to study the formation of thermoremanent and viscous magnetizations and measure the Curie-temperature spectrum and the blocking-temperature spectrum. ABSTRACT A data acquisition system has been developed for the analysis of the performance of an experimental reactor unit for coal gasification. Pertinent data such as gas concentrations, temperatures, and pressures at several locations inside the reactor, and the flow rate of supply gases are collected. An automated calibration procedure of the gas analysis system is included. A minicomputer controls the time sequences of the individual events, allowing a high degree of flexibility. The intervals between two gas analyses can be made as short as 30 sec, the other data can be taken arbitrarily often. The system is suitable for expansion to monitor more physical quantities and to increase the number of observation points inside the reactor. 相似文献

Results of analyzing the infrared thermograms of flawed carbon-, glass-fiber reinforced composites steel, and aluminum samples obtained in active thermal-testing procedures are described. The reproducibility of the results of testing conducted by thermography operators using manual and automated image-processing procedures has been evaluated. 为了实现对物体表面颜色的精确测量,介绍了一种基于分光光度法的颜色检测仪器的电路设计.该系统以LPC2478芯片为核心,首先控制脉冲氙灯曝光,实现对被测物体的照明,然后利用S4114-46Q光电二极管阵列对由光学系统分光产生的物体光谱信号进行分时采集,最后通过A/D转换和数据处理得到物体颜色信息,并将检测结果通过LCD显示输出.结果表明,系统功率低于5 W,单次测量时间为2 s,两次测量间隔为3 s;该设计具有测量时间短、体积小、功耗低等优点,适合应用于印染、纺织等需要现场测量的领域. 相似文献

研究了一种基于本体、面向服务功能自动生成制造网格工作流构架的方法。制造网格本体采用制造领域本体与网格服务本体集成的方法来构建,前者由STEP集成资源、TOVE、PSL以正交方式分别实现产品、企业和制造过程子本体,后者通过扩展Web服务本体OWL—S实现。服务功能采用基于制造对象特征的输入、输出和基于制造任务的前提条件、效果组成的四元组建模,使用制造网格本体描述。在此基础上,提出了一种服务正向递进自动链接算法,它能够依据用户指定的输入和前提条件选择并链接服务,最终达到用户指定的输出和效果。通过一个原型系统和实例验证了方法的有效性,实验结果表明算法具有良好的性能。 相似文献

Abstract An apparatus is described for the automated characterization of ultrafiltration membranes using solute permeation in cross flow mode. The automated characterization approach described in this work lends itself well for the purpose of increased productivity and reducing operator fatigue/error. The operational, control, and data acquisition aspects of an automated membrane cross flow test unit, which are accomplished using LabVIEW 5.0? are described. The interpretation of the flux and separation data is independent of the apparatus and depends on the filtration regime and various theoretical models available. The apparatus can be used for reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, or ultrafiltration experiments, with appropriate selection of test cells and pumps. 相似文献
