采用变分法求解金属横向流动,得到了考虑金属横向位移的张力分布,结合影响函数法计算辊系弯曲变形,开发了热轧带钢板凸度计算程序。通过模拟计算,得到工作辊挠度、轧制压力、压扁以及出口板厚随工作辊直径的变化规律。工作辊直径的增加虽然有利于提高横向刚度、改善板凸度,但却减小了弯辊力对板凸度的调控范围。该文采用加权的方法,将这种矛盾的因素加以统一,为工作辊直径优化提供了理论依据。通过对比某1250轧线F5机架的模拟结果,优化后的工作辊直径更有利于带钢板形的在线控制。  相似文献

A process for the production of steel strips with an optimized cross section by means of twin-roll strip casting has recently been developed at the Institute of Metal Forming and offers considerable technical and commercial potentials. This production concept is based on the use of profiled casting rolls which continuously transfer the profile geometry to the solidified strip. In order to reduce the internal porosity and improve the surface finish the cast strip was hot rolled using profiled rolls. Offline and inline rolling experiments were performed to prove the effectiveness of this combined forming process. This paper describes the design of a proper rolling tool and the effect of this forming step on the final profile geometry, surface quality, internal porosity and mechanical properties of the strip. The experiments showed that a rolling step with 15 % thickness reduction already allows the global internal porosity to be reduced by 48 % and the strip surface roughness to reach a minimum value of Ra = 2.3 µm. The tensile strength is improved after the hot rolling operation and the obtained values are within the 500–700 MPa range specified by the norm EN 10088-3 for the stainless steel AISI 304. The prescribed ultimate elongation of 45 % is also reached.  相似文献

应用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc,采用三维弹塑性有限元法对四辊轧机轧制薄带钢的过程进行了模拟。计算模型将辊系与带钢作为整体统一考虑,解决了工作辊、支撑辊与带钢之间变形和受力的耦合问题,减少了计算过程中的假设,并采用逐步收敛的求解过程使计算结果精确、可靠。通过对模拟结果的分析,得出了轧制不同宽度带钢时工作辊、支撑辊的压扁分布,分析了带钢宽度对辊系压扁变形的影响。  相似文献

The magnesium twin-roll strip casting process is investigated with a test caster at the IME. The flow field in the melt cannot be investigated optically, therefore numerical simulations have been undertaken to show the flow field in the Mg melt, the solidification between the two rolls and the cooling of the strip. The three-dimensional, turbulent flow field for different steady state casting points, in the process gap, have been calculated, including the solidification of the magnesium alloy melt. Within the process gap of the casting process the flow field shows similar flow structures. A big vortex in the casting channel and a much smaller vortex between the two rolls occur. With the increase of the casting speed the mushy zone is moved towards the kissing point. This can be interpreted due to a smaller force on the rolls. Nevertheless, the solidification on the rolls is so strong, that rolling between the two rolls happens.  相似文献

带钢热连轧工作辊温度场与热凸度的数值模拟   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用轧辊表面边界逐一处理与等效处理两种方式,研究一个轧制周期内工作辊温度场及热凸度的变化规律,并对温度场的频域特性进行了探讨。根据热轧工作辊的实际边界条件,建立工作辊温度场的轴向对称差分模型,通过模拟结果与现场实测工作辊表面温度和热凸度的比较,验证模型的可靠性。结果表明:计算轧辊热凸度时,轧辊转动的复杂边界条件可用等效边界条件代替。轧辊温度场可分解为低频分量和高频分量,前者为主导因素,而后者仅影响轧辊表面10 mm以内的区域,称为"浅层效应"。离表面越近,温度变化越剧烈;离表面越远,温度达到稳态所需的时间越长。轧制初期轧辊热凸度呈现较快的指数上升趋势,轧制一定数量带钢后,热凸度趋于一个动态稳定值。  相似文献

为了研究铸轧工艺参数对AZ31镁合金薄板快速铸轧过程温度场和热应力场的影响,基于铸轧区板坯的对称性建立了纵截面1/2的二维几何模型;选择了基于热弹塑性增量理论的热应力控制方程;采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对镁合金快速铸轧过程中的铸坯温度场和热-应力场进行了仿真分析,并就不同工艺参数(浇注温度、接触界面换热系数、铸轧速度)对铸坯温度和应力的分布及其相变区的影响进行了研究。仿真结果增强了对镁合金快速铸轧过程相变区温度变化和热裂产生机制的理解,为快速铸轧工艺参数的优化提供了依据。  相似文献

Solidification and fluid flow analysis using computer simulation is a current common practice. There is also a high demand for thermal stress analysis in the casting process because casting engineers want to control the defects related to thermal stresses, such as large deformation and crack generation during casting. The riser system is an essential part of preventing the shrinkage defects in the casting process, and it has a great influence on thermal phenomena. The analysis domain is dramatically expanded by attaching the riser system to a casting product due to its large volume, and it makes FEM mesh generation difficult. However, it is difficult to study and solve the above proposed problem caused by riser system using traditional analysis methods which use single numerical method such as FEM or FDM. In this paper, some research information is presented on the effects of the riser system on thermal stress analysis using a FDM/FEM hybrid method in the casting process simulation. The results show the optimal conditions for stress analysis of the riser model in order to save computation time and memory resources.  相似文献

We investigated the feasibility of producing high strength Al alloy sheets with high solute contents using a twin roll strip caster equipped with an asymmetric nozzle. The combination of twin roll casting and the asymmetric nozzle used in this study reduced centreline segregation and hot tear, thereby increasing the casting speed. These features of the strip casting allowed the dissolution of more solute elements, suggesting the potential development of high strength Al alloys with a range of Mg contents up to 10 wt-%. The workability and mechanical properties of the cast strips were also evaluated to assess the feasibility of producing high strength Al alloy sheets superior to the present limit of conventional techniques.  相似文献
