In order to reduce the influence of time-varying disturbances for magnetic levitation system, we propose a reduced-order generalized proportional integral observer (RGPIO) based continuous dynamic sliding mode control scheme for magnetic levitation system in this paper. Unlike the popular extended state observer (ESO), it could deal with constant or slowing varying disturbances from theoretical point of view, the reduced-order generalized proportional integral observer (RGPIO) is designed to estimate the time-varying disturbances and system states, then the dynamic sliding mode surface is developed and deduce a continuous sliding mode controller (CSMC) for magnetic levitation system. Compared with ESO based continuous sliding mode controller, the proposed method not only ensures the position tracking accuracy, but also obtain better time-varying disturbance reject ability. Simulation and experimental results are also given to verify the effectiveness.

为了提高高超声速再入飞行器(HRV)在执行机构故障情况下的姿态控制效果,提出一种基于时变干扰观测器和参考轨迹重构器(RVG)的滑模容错控制策略.首先,设计一种新型自适应干扰观测器(ADO)来估计系统扰动,在保证估计精度的同时,能够有效削弱传统干扰观测器的初始超调现象;然后,基于反步法设计HRV的滑模控制器,在设计中引入参考轨迹重构器以避免故障突变引起的初始尖峰,并且在滑模面的设计中利用ADO所估计的系统扰动实现干扰的在线补偿.仿真结果表明,所设计的控制策略可以有效解决传统的基于高增益干扰观测器的滑模控制律受故障引起的突变和初始估计误差造成控制系统动态性能恶化的问题.  相似文献

研究无人机飞行稳定性控制问题,由于无人机飞行控制系统存在时变外部干扰,飞行过程中升阴比变化激烈,控制稳定性难度较大。利用滑模控制良好的鲁棒能力提出一种神经网络的鲁棒飞行控制方法。因神经网络有良好非线性逼近能力,可对无人机飞行系统中的不确定进行在线逼近,并将神经网络权值误差引入到权值的自适应律中用以改善系统的动态性能。利用神经网络的组合,设计无人机鲁棒滑模飞行控制器。控制器分为两部分,一部分是等效控制器,另一部分是滑模控制器,能有效减小系统的跟踪误差。最后将所设计的鲁棒滑模控制对无人机飞行姿态控制进行仿真。仿真结果表明,新方法能提高无人机的鲁棒飞行控制能力且能实现无人机姿态的精确跟踪和稳定性控制。  相似文献

针对固定翼UCAV(Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicle)系统中存在的不确定性和外部扰动,设计了一种基于扩张状态观测器的自适应超扭曲滑模控制器用来抑制系统扰动,从而提高对于UCAV的控制性能。建立固定翼UCAV的六自由度非线性模型,针对姿态控制和速度控制分别设计扩张状态观测器对模型中难以精确测量的状态量和外部扰动进行估计,依据奇异摄动原理分别对姿态和速度设计自适应超扭曲滑模控制器,实现对UCAV的姿态和速度的跟踪控制。采用某型固定翼UCAV非线性模型对所设计的控制器进行仿真验证,并且与传统的自抗扰滑模控制方法进行了对比,仿真结果表明,基于扩张状态观测器的自适应超扭曲滑模控制器具有更小的超调量和稳态误差。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This paper proposed a new adaptive integral sliding mode FTC scheme to deal with the actuator faults and failure. The scheme combines integral sliding mode control, control allocation scheme and adaptive strategy. The unknown actuator faults are handled by adaptive modulation gain of nonlinear ISMC law. To cope with complete failure, control allocation scheme is integrated with the baseline controller to provide tolerance. The proposed strategy relies on the estimate of actuator effectiveness. Therefore, an adaptive sliding mode observer based fault reconstruction scheme is proposed in this paper. The proposed scheme is implemented on dissimilar redundant actuation system driven by hydraulic and electro-hydraulic actuators. In nominal and faulty conditions, both actuators are contributing to achieving the desired control surface deflection. However, when the actuator failure occurs, the control signals are reallocated to the redundant actuator. The problem of dynamics mismatch is addressed using fractional order controller designed in an inner loop. The comparison with the existing literature is also conducted in the simulation to validate the dominant performance.  相似文献

In this paper, a continuous sliding mode controller with disturbance observer is proposed for the tracking control of hypersonic vehicles to suppress the chattering. The finite time disturbance observer is involved to make that the continuous sliding mode controller has the property of disturbance rejection. Due to continuous terms replacing the discontinuous term of traditional sliding mode control, switching modes of velocity and altitude firstly arrive at small regions with respect to disturbance observation errors. Switching modes keep zero and velocity and altitude asymptotically converge to their reference commands after disturbance observation errors disappear. Simulation results have proved the proposed method can guarantee the tracking of velocity and altitude with continuous sliding mode control laws, and also has the fast convergence rate and robustness.   相似文献

随着直流微电网技术的快速发展,直流微电网中母线电压的稳定性控制作为直流微电网正常平稳运行的关键,也成为了研究热点之一;针对直流微电网母线电压外环易受参数摄动和负荷扰动的影响,提出了一种扩张状态扰动观测器ESO(Extend state observer)与新型趋近律的滑模控制器NRSMC(New reaching law sliding mode control)相结合的复合控制器ESO-NRSMC;该控制器采用了一种新型趋近律方法来解决抖振现象与滑模面趋近时间之间的矛盾;同时扩张状态观测器将观测到的扰动值补偿到滑模控制器中,进一步提高控制器的抗扰动能力;还构造了Lyapunov函数来验证所设计的母线电压外环闭环控制系统的稳定性;最后通过仿真证明控制器ESO-NRSMC在微电网系统参数发生变化以及负载扰动的情况下,依然能够实现对直流微电网母线电压的稳定控制,具有较强的优越性和鲁棒性能。  相似文献

针对近空间飞行器姿态控制中出现的执行器故障,输入饱和与外部干扰等问题,设计了一种基于二阶滑模干扰观测器和辅助系统的鲁棒容错跟踪控制方法.首先,将系统不确定,外部扰动和执行器故障作为复合干扰,设计super-twisting二阶滑模干扰观测器对其进行估计.然后为解决输入饱和问题构造了辅助分析系统,并借助backstepping方法,设计姿态容错跟踪控制器.利用Lyapunov方法,严格证明了所有闭环系统信号的收敛性.最后将所设计的控制方法应用于近空间飞行器姿态控制中,仿真结果验证了该控制方法的有效性.  相似文献

针对包含复合干扰的六旋翼无人机鲁棒控制问题,提出了一种基于滑模观测器的指令滤波鲁棒控制方法。建立了包含复合干扰的六旋翼无人机位置和姿态的数学模型,并对位置回路设计了滑模控制律,从而解算出姿态指令;根据姿态角回路输出的虚拟控制律,设计了指令滤波器来抑制微分爆炸现象,并利用辅助滤波器补偿指令滤波的误差;在角速度回路鲁棒控制律中引入滑模观测器,对包括模型误差和外界扰动的复合干扰进行补偿,实现了六旋翼UAV的指令滤波鲁棒控制。仿真结果表明:提出的指令滤波鲁棒控制律与指令滤波自适应控制方法相比,在复合干扰下具有更优的稳定性、准确性和快速性,位置和姿态的最大误差分别仅为0.05?m和0.5°,滑模观测器的估计误差也仅为0.2 (°)/s,能够在更短的时间内实现对六旋翼UAV位移和姿态的鲁棒控制。  相似文献

本文针对受多源干扰和舵面故障影响的飞翼无人机系统姿态跟踪控制问题进行研究, 提出了一种基于高阶滑模观测器的复合连续非奇异终端滑模主动抗干扰容错控制算法, 在实现姿态跟踪误差有限时间收敛的同时, 保证了控制量的连续. 并且针对控制力矩的具体实现问题, 结合飞翼无人机气动舵面冗余特性, 给出了基于加权伪逆算法的舵面分配方案, 该方案在满足舵面约束的情况下, 保证了舵面偏转角度的最优. 仿真结果表明, 所提控制方案显著提升了飞翼无人机姿态跟踪精度和跟踪误差的收敛速度, 并且保证了所有舵面满足偏角约束.  相似文献

A sliding mode control algorithm using output information only is developed in this paper for a linear system with mismatched disturbance. The nominal system is allowed to be nonminimum phase. A scheme designed to combine the output‐dependent integral sliding surface with a reduced‐order observer is proposed. Utilizing an H control analytical technique, once the system is in the sliding mode, the proposed algorithm can guarantee robust stabilization and sustain the nature of performing disturbance attenuation when the solution to one algebraic Riccati inequality can be found. A controller is designed to satisfy the reaching and sliding condition in line with the reduced‐order observer. This paper proposes a new comprehensive control strategy to precisely control a piezoelectric positioner by combining discrete-time sliding mode control (DSMC) with the Prandtl-Ishlinskii hysteresis model. In order to obtain precision tracking control, a direct inverse hysteresis compensation method is firstly adopted to compensate for the asymmetric hysteresis nonlinearity. Due to the existence of hysteresis modeling error, the dynamics behavior of the piezoelectric positioner with hysteresis compensation can be treated as a linear second order plant plus an unknown lumped disturbance term. Then a discrete-time sliding mode controller with a disturbance observer is designed to stabilize the position error and improve the position accuracy. The stability of DSMC and the convergence of the disturbance observer are both carried out. It is shown that the tracking performances are robust to the parametric uncertainties and unknown disturbances. Eventually, different trajectory-tracking experiments are performed, and the comparative experimental results are presented to confirm the significantly better performance of the proposed control strategy.

In this study, a novel control strategy that combines a fuzzy system and the sliding mode controller is proposed for improving stability and achieving high-accuracy control in service robots. Based on the kinematic and dynamic models of a 4-degrees of freedom manipulator, and the observed tracking error using a low-cost inertial sensor, the proposed fuzzy sliding mode controller (FSMC(IMU)) is designed to generate appropriate torques at robot joints. The FSMC(IMU) controller parameters are adjusted through a fuzzy rule that determines the state of the system. The error in trajectory tracking is reduced through this. The gain value K can be finely adjusted by fuzzy control by observing the degree of vibration after entering the sliding mode surface. The larger the observed vibration value, the faster the fuzzy controller follows the given input trajectory by selecting a smaller gain value K and reducing jitter due to the sliding mode control’s discontinuous switch characteristics. When the degree of error is small, it achieves faster and more accurate control performance than when the observer is not used. The stability of the FSMC(IMU) system is verified via disturbance experiments. The experimental data are compared with the conventional sliding mode controller and proportional-derivative control. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed FSMC(IMU) controller is stable, fast, and highly accurate in controlling service robots.

This work investigates the attitude control of reentry vehicle under modeling inaccuracies and external disturbances. A robust adaptive fuzzy PID-type sliding mode control (AFPID-SMC) is designed with the utilization of radial basis function (RBF) neural network. In order to improve the transient performance and ensure small steady state tracking error, the gain parameters of PID-type sliding mode manifold are adjusted online by using adaptive fuzzy logic system (FLS). Additionally, the designed new adaptive law can ensure that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable. Meanwhile, the problem of the actuator saturation, caused by integral term of sliding mode manifold, is avoided even under large initial tracking error. Furthermore, to eliminate the need of a priori knowledge of the disturbance upper bound, RBF neural network observer is used to estimate the disturbance information. The stability of the closed-loop system is proved via Lyapunov direct approach. Finally, the numerical simulations verify that the proposed controller is better than conventional PID-type SMC in terms of improving the transient performance and robustness.
