This paper presents a method of analyzing the stability of brushless doubly-fed machines (BDFM) in the synchronous mode of operation. Unlike the stability analysis of conventional induction and synchronous machines for which the linearized state equations are time-invariant, the linearized state equations of the BDFM are time-varying and, consequently, their eigenvalue analysis cannot be performed directly. However, since the system matrix of the linearized equations is a periodic function of time, the generalized theory of Floquet can be applied to transform the time-varying system of equations into an equivalent set of equations with a constant system matrix. Eigenvalue analysis can then be employed to analyze the stability characteristics of given equilibrium points. Investigation into the stability of a proof-of-concept BDFM in the synchronous mode of operation using the transformed linearized model shows good correlation between theoretical and experimental results. In addition, the possibility of designing a BDFM drive with inherent open-loop stability over the entire speed range is demonstrated. Finally, under stable steady state synchronous operation, power converter control methods are discussed and it is shown that scalar control methodologies similar to those for induction motor drives can be applied to the BDFM  相似文献

针对永磁同步电动机他控式变频调速系统需要借助外部装置测得电机转速信息,因此增加了设计难度,文中研究了一种永磁同步电动机自控式变频调速系统,该系统能在负载发生变化时,通过位置传感器及时反馈转速信息,从而改变供电电路的频率,调节转速而使系统达到稳定。文中阐述了永磁同步电动机自控式变频调速系统在Matlab/Simulink中的建模与仿真过程,并对仿真结果进行了分析。仿真结果表明,该波永磁同步电动机的自控式变频调速系统具有优异动态和静态性能,是一种较为理想的调速方式。  相似文献

根据永磁同步风力发电机的运行特性,构建以输出功率为反馈量、转速为控制对象的最大风能捕获控制模型,并在永磁同步发电机d,q轴数学模型和矢量控制理论基础上,通过转子磁场定向控制策略,实现有功、无功功率解耦控制,减小了损耗,并且较好地控制了转速。利用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真,对风速阶跃变化时机组运行情况进行了仿真,并给出了仿真结果。实验结果验证了该控制系统的正确性与可行性。  相似文献

针对基于低分辨率霍尔位置传感器的永磁同步电机系统在中高速时出现的估算精度低与响应速度慢等问题,在建立永磁同步电机数学模型的基础上,将龙贝格观测器与锁相环结构相结合,提出一种永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制算法。利用MATLAB/Simulink工具搭建控制系统仿真模型验证该控制系统的可行性,并通过搭建基于PAC5232的实物平台对比验证龙贝格观测器相对于霍尔位置传感器的优越性。实验结果表明,该无位置传感器控制系统有效地提高了系统的响应速度和估算精度,使其能够更好地跟踪转子速度以及转子位置信息。  相似文献

The speed control of a permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motor drive that is fed by a current hysteresis-controlled voltage-source inverter is investigated. The objective is to study the feasibility of implementing a microprocessor-based controller that may achieve complete software control of motor speed. A mathematical model and a digital control principle for controlling the PM synchronous motor are described. The sampling period and the controller parameters are determined analytically according to a linearized model. A systematic simulation procedure is proposed for verifying the feasibility of theoretical modeling and controller design. An experimental prototype system is constructed for correlating with the theoretical results. The experimental results closely follow theoretical predictions, thus validating the proposed control method  相似文献

针对电动汽车所使用的内置式永磁同步电机在不同工况下的转速与转矩需求,基于内置式永磁同步电机标幺化数学模型,文中设计了在线计算法最大转矩电流比控制与电压反馈法弱磁控制相结合的控制策略,以便对电机进行弱磁控制。以一台2.8 kW永磁同步电机作为研究对象,使用MATLAB/Simulink对所设计控制策略进行了仿真研究,并搭建弱磁控制系统实验平台并进行验证。仿真及实验结果表明,该控制策略具有较好的鲁棒性与较快的转矩响应速度,可以满足电机不同工况下的转速转矩需求。  相似文献

A model reference adaptive control (MRAC)-based nonlinear speed control strategy of an interior permanent magnet (IPM) synchronous motor with an improved maximum torque operation is presented. In most servo systems, the controller is designed under the assumption that the electrical dynamics are neglected by the field-oriented control. This requires a high-performance inner-loop current control strategy. However, the separate designs for a high-performance current regulator and a robust speed controller need considerable effort. To overcome this limitation, an MRAC-based nonlinear speed control strategy for the IPM synchronous motor is presented, considering the whole nonlinear dynamics. Nonlinear speed control is achieved by an input–output linearization scheme. This scheme, however, gives an unsatisfactory performance under the mismatch of the system parameters and load conditions. For the robust output response, the controller parameters are estimated by an MRAC technique in which the disturbance torque and flux linkage are estimated. The adaptation laws are derived from Lyapunov stability theory. In view of the drive efficiency, the motor has to provide the maximum torque for a given input. To drive the IPM synchronous motor under improved maximum torque operation, the estimated flux linkage is employed for the generation of the d-axis current command. The robustness and output performance of the proposed control scheme are verified through simulation results.  相似文献

针对圆网印花系统中导带驱动辊与圆网驱动对速度同步的要求,提出了基于IRMCK201和ZigBee技术的圆网印花同步控制系统,给出了同步控制系统结构。选用IRMCK201专用电机伺服控制芯片作为各驱动电机的伺服控制器,选用基于ZigBee技术的无线芯片CC2430作为系统主控制器和数据通信网络。设计了伺服控制电路、主控制器和无线通信节点电路以及相应的程序流程,实现了圆网印花系统各单元的速度同步控制。运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠、抗干扰、能耗低、体积小、成本低,为纺织生产中圆网印花各驱动单元的同步控制提供了一种新技术。  相似文献

根据永磁同步电机的数学模型和坐标变换的原理,介绍了矢量调速系统,利用数学方程推导了电流环和速度环PI控制器的传递函数和参数解析计算式。基于TMS320F2812平台,结合实际系统,考虑误差和参数补偿,完成双闭环调速系统的设计。实验结果表明,该永磁同步电机双闭环矢量调速系统能够稳定运行,并有良好的控制性能,快速、准确完成闭环调速功能。  相似文献

Hybrid electrical vehicles and electrical vehicles are being actively developed. A hybrid electric vehicle motor design requires high efficiency, high power/weight ratio, and reliability from low rotor speed to high rotor speed. The permanent-magnet synchronous motor is used in order to fulfill these requirements. The purpose of this paper is to develop a permanent-magnet synchronous motor control method for all rotor speeds. This method increases the torque and the efficiency at high speed when compared to the ordinary current error feedback method. A method composed of two compensators is proposed to achieve this objective. One of the compensators controls the torque using the voltage phases. The other one is the ordinary current error feedback. Several correcting methods for the voltage phase compensator have been proposed for the compensator for many control demands. The validity of the proposed method was confirmed using simulation and experimental evaluations.  相似文献
