基于模糊数学理论, 运用模糊综合评价原理, 构建民用机场周界防范系统模糊综合评价模型. 对周界防范系统的子系统进行模糊评价, 以期达到检测各个子系统的安全稳定性目的, 将综合值划分成若干区间, 并分别对应于机场组织的四种状态, 即: 危机状态[1, 0.75]、低度危机状态[0.75, 0.5]、基本正常状态[0.5, 25]和正常管理状态[0.25, 0]. 当计算出的综合评价值处于上述某个值域区间时, 可直观地显示出机场周界安全的具体状态. 相似文献

针对油田开发中的不确定因素,结合油藏开发因素中的定性化指标,提出了一种基于油田开发水驱指标的模糊综合评价模型.通过灰色关联法定量筛选影响油田开发水驱因素的九项指标,运用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,结合模糊数学中的判断矩阵实现了油田各区块的模糊综合评价.此方法不仅可以对所有区块进行总体评价,还能对各个具体区块进行精细的评价,为油田开发与管理提供了有效的指导.最后,通过实际例子验证了模型的有效性以及可行性. 相似文献

在根据网络学习的特点、建立网络学习评价系统指标体系的基础上,提出利用模糊熵理论评价网络学习效果的模型.该模型通过熵权法对各评价指标权重进行修正得到客观权重值,并与主观权重结合计算出综合权重,然后利用模糊理论进行处理得到综合评价值,改善了传统评价方法主观因素影响过多的弊端,提高了评价结果的可信度,并实验验证了该方法的可行性和正确性,确保了网络学习评价公平公正地进行. 相似文献

为了客观地评价微信营销效果,进而为企业总结营销状况、调整营销策略提供依据,提出了运用熵值集成赋权确定指标权重的微信营销效果模糊多级综合评价模型。首先以层次分析模型为基础对微信营销效果的影响因子进行总结并分层,再运用双基点熵权法改进多级指标权重的处理过程,从而得到客观的赋权值,并与Delphi法结合集成赋权确定最终权重,进而运用改进的模糊多级评价模型对微信营销效果进行综合评价,最后对5家微店的微信营销效果做了实证分析。实证应用结果表明基于熵值理论的集成赋权法,不仅克服了现阶段评价方法存在指标赋权过程受人为因素影响较大的缺点,也体现了专业意见的重要性。改进的模糊综合评价模型结合专家意见和实际数据挖掘,评价结果更符合实际情况。 相似文献

A semi-integrated system for driver assistance and pedestrian safety is presented. This system is composed of a single camera which focuses on the driver for picking up visual cues and a stereo rig that focus on the road ahead for the detection of road obstructions and pedestrians. While the car is in motion, the driver's viewing direction is obtained and analyzed along with information of road condition and any moving vehicle ahead in order to determine if the current driving condition is safe. In addition, when the vehicle is moving slowly, the system can also detect the existence of a pedestrian ahead and warns the driver if the pedestrian moves in front of the car. This system contains algorithm-based safety analysis as well as fuzzy rules-based analysis for interaction between variables. Our experimental results show that the condition for driver safety can be accurately classified in 94.5% of the tested driving conditions, and the pedestrians can be identified in 93.18% of the tested cases. These were compared to the results of similar systems and shown to be superior. 相似文献

In this paper we introduce a multi-method multiple criteria approach for evaluating the performance of organizations. Performance analysis may include both strategic and operational performance, as well as financial and other less tangible factors. This paper introduces the use of Fuzzy C-Means and TOPSIS for organizational performance evaluation purposes. Using real company data and balanced scorecard accounting and performance dimensions the methodology is applied and evaluated. The predictive abilities of the technique from an organizational performance evaluation approach are evaluated using this data. One of the results from the illustrative application is that economic performance evaluation is not the best predictor of overall viability of some organizations, especially e-commerce based organizations. 相似文献

In recent years, strategy aspects related to core competency, risk analysis and organizational flexibility especially have been growing. This trend has led researchers and industries to become more interested in the multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) models for selecting outsourcing providers. The efficiency of decision-making mostly depends on the ability of decision-makers analyzing the complex cause and effect relationship between criteria and taking effective actions based on the analysis. Using an analytical method to select the most eligible outsourcing provider is significant for a company which desires to improve its competitiveness. In this study, a fuzzy integrated multi-criteria decision making method for evaluation and determination of an outsourcing provider for a telecommunication company is analyzed by using DEMATEL and Fuzzy ANP multi-criteria decision making techniques. First, DEMATEL method is used in order to put forward the interrelationship among the main criteria which are determined in the study for outsourcing selection process. Then, local weights of the sub-criteria and sub-subcriteria are calculated by Fuzzy ANP approach on the basis of cause-effect relationships that are exposed through DEMATEL method. When developing multiple products within a common application domain, systematic use of a software product family process can yield increased productivity in cost, quality, effort and schedule. Such a process provides the means for the reuse of software assets which can considerably reduce the development time and the cost of software products. A comprehensive strategy for the evaluating the maturity of a software product family process is needed due to growing popularity of this concept in the software industry. In this paper, we propose a five-level maturity scale for software product family process. We also present a fuzzy inference system for evaluating maturity of software product family process using the proposed maturity scale. This research is aimed at establishing a comprehensive and unified strategy for process evaluation of a software product family. Such a process evaluation strategy will enable an organization to discover and monitor the strengths and weaknesses of the various activities performed during development of multiple products within a common application domain. 相似文献
