基于激光多普勒技术的PZT薄膜压电性能测试研究 总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2
应用基于激光多普勒技术的微小形变分析方法,并引入数字锁相技术,成功实现了PZT(Pb(Zr,Ti)O3)铁电薄膜的压电性能测试。对商用压电陶瓷在小信号激励下的压电性能测试表明,数字锁相技术的引入能有效抑制系统噪声,并提高激光多普勒系统的位移检测分辨率,使其达到皮米量级。此外,研究了用溶胶-凝胶技术和溶胶-电雾化技术制备得到的PZT薄膜的电压-位移曲线和压电位移"蝴蝶线",实验结果表明:在5 V直流偏置下测得两种方法制备得到的PZT薄膜的d33压电系数分别为218.7 pC/N和215.8 pC/N,相应的标准偏差分别为12.7和28.6。 相似文献

为了实现对压电薄膜电滞回线的自动化测量,设计了一款压电薄膜电滞回线测量系统。基于FPGA设计系统的下位机,基于Lab VIEW设计系统的上位机。以PZT薄膜为测试材料,在搭建好的系统上进行测试实验。实验结果表明:系统能实现测量过程的控制,数据的采集,电滞回线的补偿,相关参数的获取。整个系统具有自动化程度高、体积小的特点。 相似文献

提出了一种基于PT/PZT/PT压电薄膜微悬臂梁结构的微力传感器.运用Sol-Gel(溶胶-凝胶)法制作了PT和PZT薄膜,采用X射线衍射技术表征了PZT和PT/PZT/PT两种薄膜的成相特征,用阻抗分析仪测试了PZT和PT/PZT/PT薄膜的介电常数.结果表明,在PZT薄膜退火温度同为600℃时,PZT和PT/PZT/PT薄膜均为完整的钙钛矿结构,而且PT/PZT/PT薄膜沿(100)晶向强烈取向;在测试频率为1 kHz时,经600℃热处理条件下制备的PZT和PT/PZT/PT薄膜的相对介电常数分别为525和981.最后应用MEMS工艺制作了基于PT/PZT/PT压电薄膜微悬臂梁结构的微力传感器.在静态和准静态下对微力传感器的传感特性进行了测试.测试结果表明,力与位移或电荷具有良好的线性关系.两种尺寸微力传感器的灵敏度分别为0.045 mV/μN和0.007 mV/μN,力分辨率分别为3.7 μN和16.9μN,满足了微牛顿量级微小力的测量. 相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法在NiTi形状记忆合金冷轧薄片基体上沉积铁电陶瓷PZT薄膜,再通过650℃烧结处理而得到NiTi/PZT复合材料,采用动态热机械分析方法测试了该复合材料及相同温度时效处理的NiTi形状记忆合金的内耗随温度及振动频率的变化曲线,比较了两种材料内耗曲线特征的差异;通过分析内耗曲线随温度、振动频率变化规律研究了材料的振动响应特性.结果表明:对于NiTi/PZT复合材料,响应振动载荷的能力相对于单纯NiTi形状记忆合金有明显改善,响应范围从10 Hz以内提高到33 Hz以内;tanδ-t曲线特征凸起峰高度值(材料的响应程度)从3%增加到5%,提高60%以上. 相似文献

We present a simple but versatile piezoelectric coefficient measurement system, which can measure the longitudinal and transverse piezoelectric coefficients in the pressing and bending modes, respectively, at different applied forces and a wide range of frequencies. The functionality of this measurement system has been demonstrated on three samples, including a PbZr(0.52)Ti(0.48)O(3) (PZT) piezoelectric ceramic bulk, a ZnO thin film, and a laminated piezoelectric film sensor. The static longitudinal piezoelectric coefficients of the PZT bulk and the ZnO film are estimated to be around 210 and 8.1 pC∕N, respectively. The static transverse piezoelectric coefficients of the ZnO film and the piezoelectric film sensor are determined to be, respectively, -0.284 and -0.031 C∕m(2). 相似文献

A pulse coherent automated nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer designed to study samples of magnetically ordered materials in the frequency range 20–200 MHz is described. The spectrometer provides the programming of time and frequency parameters of pulse sequences and allows phase-sensitive detection of echo signals with their subsequent representation in digital form. A system has been designed which provides for measurements of many thin film parameters without removal from the deposition chamber. These parameters include thickness as well as film structural, electrical, and magnetic properties. Scanning near-infrared (NIR) spectrometers commonly employ analog lock-in amplifiers for demodulation that require complex circuitry and are sensitive to electromagnetic interference. Here, a new sampling system based on digital phase-sensitive detection is reported that used a quadrature sampling algorithm to establish the sampling frequency as an integral multiple of four times the optical signal frequency. A complex programmable logic device was used to control the analog-to-digital converter. A digital signal processor was used to receive data, complete the quadrature calculations, and transfer the results to a computer. Consequently, the circuitry was simplified with reduced electromagnetic interference. Spectra were obtained using instrumentation based on analog and digital sensitive detection that showed the latter provided more accurate results. The optimum signal-to-noise ratio of 66.34 dB was higher than the value obtained by the analog system. 相似文献
