基于智能建筑的社会化报警服务体系建设

在各类智能建筑蓬勃发展和社会治安情况复杂的综合形势下,安全防范系统相应地形成了独立报警服务、集成报警服务和社会化报警服务三类模式。本文通过对智能建筑中各自独立运行的安全防范子系统的集成应用,形成跨建筑群、跨区域的报警服务方式的研究,进而探讨基于智能建筑的社会化报警服务体系过程中体系构架与应用服务功能。     

基于FEAHP的绿色建筑项目风险模糊综合评价

风险评价是绿色建筑项目风险管理的重要内容。本文在文献分析的基础上,构建绿色建筑项目风险因素层次结构模型。采用集成三角模糊层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,计算出绿色建筑项目风险的模糊综合评价值,识别出关键风险因素,提出了风险应对措施。研究结果对业主提高绿色建筑风险管理水平,确保绿色建筑项目的取得成功具有理论和实践价值。     

基于新地域文化视角的建筑构思——以太仓医药大厦为例

该文对全球化涵义进行解读,对全球化与地域化关系进行研究,得出全球化背景下建筑设计的对策。并以太仓医药大厦为例,论述其设计构思,立足于传统历史文脉的发掘、与城市空间的有机融合、打造鲜明时代特征,提供了一种建筑设计的思路。

民间信仰是一种民众自发地对超自然力量的神灵信奉与崇拜。它是民间普遍存在的一种文化现象。民间信仰建筑是乡土建筑中特殊的类型。在田野调查和文献考释基础上,探讨了民间信仰建筑基本构成要素的源流。并以福州近代民间信仰建筑为例,探讨民间信仰建筑的组成要素和构成方式。     

基于合同性质的PPP项目中社会资本的救济途径

PPP已经成为公共部门与私人部门合作的一种管理模式,但是还存在社会资本进入障碍以及公私矛盾、法律缺失等问题。从合同性质的角度重点研究PPP项目中社会资本的救济途径,分析我国目前PPP项目存在的主要问题以及借鉴国外PPP模式的社会资本救济经验。并根据不同的PPP项目类型,分析其合同性质,提出以合同的缔约节点为界对合同缔约前后的社会资本分别采取相应的救济途径。

'Dig In' to Social Capital: Community Gardens as Mechanisms for Growing Urban Social Connectedness

This article reports on research undertaken with members of a Melbourne urban community garden to explore the extent to which such a natural amenity provides opportunities for enhancing social capital. It is apparent even from this small qualitative study that membership of 'Dig In' community garden offers many benefits to its members. These benefits include increased social cohesion (the sharing of values enabling identification of common aims and the sharing of codes of behaviour governing relationships), social support (having people to turn to in times of crisis) and social connections (the development of social bonds and networks). However, the study indicates that, at least in the early stages of development, such benefits do not necessarily extend beyond the garden setting. This raises a question about the time required to develop high levels of social capital, and points to the need for further research into 'time' and 'space' aspects of community gardens.

Improving the System of Historic and Cultural Heritage Protection Through Social Participation: Based on the Practice of Guangdong

The early historic and cultural heritage protection is regarded as the responsibility of the government, and is promoted by the government, protection experts, planners, and a few other elites. These bodies constitute a top-down historic and cultural heritage protection system based on their cultural consciousness. In the social transition of market-oriented reform and property right reform, due to the profit-driven demands of individuals, enterprise, and development-oriented government, the protection system was gradually differentiated and a lot of "protective development" practices emerged. With the advent of the post-industrial era, based on the need for cultural identity, the historic and cultural heritage protection began to get attention from third-party organizations, community residents, and even the public, who launched "bottom-up" social participation. Therefore, this paper, based on social governance theory, takes the development of civil cultural conservation organizations in Guangdong as the research object, explores how to construct a society participation network in Guangdong, and discusses the influence and limitation of the network in promoting the historic and cultural heritage protection. The paper puts forward the idea of improving the system of historic and cultural heritage protection through social participation.

光伏建筑对社会与环境有什么重要的意义,“太阳能十项全能”的一个重要目的在于推广光伏建筑。在2010年马德里举办的竞赛中,最新的电池组件及光伏技术被应用到建筑中,在建筑的一体化设计上有许多借鉴之处,该文结合竞赛中部分优秀作品分别从电池纽件、光伏技术厦建筑一体化三个方面探讨光伏建筑的发展。     

Aleatory Construction Based on Jamming: Stability Through Self-Confinement

The physical process of jamming could take architectural sustainability/recyclability to a whole new level. It involves achieving structural rigidity through the crowding of particles within a confined space, rather than by permanent bonding. Project Z-Form, a collaboration between a team of physicists from the JaegerLab at the University of Chicago – including PhD students Kieran Murphy and Leah Roth and professor Heinrich Jaeger – and artist Dan Peterman , sets out to develop a pourable material that not only self-supports but can also bear loads. Social Belonging,Social Capital and the Promotion of Home Ownership: A Case Study of Hong Kong

The Hong Kong Government is vigorously promoting home ownership, a major rationale being to increase the community's sense of belonging and reduce the rate of emigration. This paper evaluates whether home owners in Hong Kong have a higher sense of social belonging than renters and finds that tenure status is a spurious independent variable in assessing respondents' sense of belonging to Hong Kong. Logistic regression analysis suggests that the significance of tenure is greatly reduced when other variables, namely age, identity, income and foreign abode right are controlled. The analysis also shows that those possessing a comparatively high sense of social belonging tend to bear the identification of Hong Kong Chinese, be older, have high incomes, and hold no foreign right of abode. Of the control variables, the factor of 'identity' appears most influential. Hong Kong's relationship with China, the uncertain nature of a Hong Kong identity and the territory's economic trajectory as a higher order services economy has meant that housing policy, specifically the promotion of home ownership, is perceived by the government as influencing values and behaviour very narrowly defined as promoting social belonging primarily in a territorial or geographical sense, with wider implications of neighbourhood stability unconsidered.
