In this paper, a new design scheme of multiloop predictive self‐tuning PID controllers is proposed for multivariable systems. The proposed scheme firstly uses a static pre‐compensator as an approximately decoupling device, in order to roughly reduced the interaction terms of the controlled object. The static matrix pre‐compensator is adjusted by an on‐line estimator. Furthermore, by regarding the approximately decoupled system as a series of single‐input single‐output subsystems, a single‐input single‐output PID controller is designed for each subsystem. The PID parameters are calculated on‐line based on the relationship between the PID control and the generalized predictive control laws. The proposed scheme is numerically evaluated on a simulation example.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of designing PID controllers that achieve the guaranteed gain and phase margin specifications for a given but arbitrary single‐input single‐output plant. Using definitions of gain and phase margins, the given specifications are translated into simultaneous stabilization of two families of polynomials. Thereafter, an extension of the results of PID stabilization to the case of complex polynomials is shown to be useful in providing a solution to this simultaneous stabilization problem. A computational characterization of all admissible PID controllers is given. This characterization for all admissible PID controllers involves the solution of a linear programming problem. An example is presented to illustrate use of the design procedure in detail.  相似文献

In this paper, a new method is proposed to design the robust PID controllers for uncertain linear time‐invariant systems. We describe a simple and programming procedure for designing PID controllers by applying Kharitonov's theorem and LMI method. In this paper, we propose a robust PID controller tuning method for parametric uncertainty systems (or interval plant family) using fuzzy neural networks (FNNs). This robust controller is based on robust gain and phase margin (GM/PM) specifications that satisfy user requirements. Here, the FNN system is used to identify the relation between the PID controller parameters and robust GM/PM. We can use the trained FNN system to determine the parameters of the PID controllers in order to satisfy robust GM/PM specifications that guarantee robustness and performance. Simulation results are shown to illustrate the effectiveness of the robust controller scheme.  相似文献

针对立磨粉磨系统的非线性、大滞后、慢时变问题,设计了广义预测PID控制器(GPC-PID).通过构造广义预测控制目标函数中的控制加权序列使广义预测控制具有PID控制算法的结构,通过广义预测控制和PID的相互递推关系计算PID参数.仿真结果表明,广义预测PID控制能较好地稳定磨内压差,并且具有响应速度快、抗干扰性强、鲁棒性好等优点.  相似文献

In this paper, a robust controller design method is first formulated to deal with both performance and robust stability specifications for multivariable processes. The optimum problem is then dealt with using a loop‐shaping H approach, which gives a sub‐optimal solution. Then a PID approximation method is proposed to reduce a high‐order controller. The whole procedure involves selecting several parameters and the computation is simple, so it serves as a PID tuning method for multivariable processes. Examples show that the method is easy to use and the resulting PID settings have good time‐domain performance and robustness.  相似文献

A fractional‐order PID controller is a generalization of a standard PID controller using fractional calculus. Compared with the standard PID controller, two adjustable variables, “differential order” and “integral order”, are added to the PID controller. Fractional‐order PID is more flexible, has better responses, and the precise adjustment closed‐loop system stability region is larger than that of a classic PID controller. But the design and stability analysis is more complicated than for the PID controller. Therefore, the optimal setting of parameters is very important. A firefly algorithm in standard mode has only local optimization and accuracy is low. In order to fix this flaw an improved chaotic algorithm firefly is proposed for a design controller FOPID. To evaluate the performance of the proposed controller, it has been used in the control of a CSTR system with a variety of fitness functions. Simulations confirm the optimal performance of the proposed controller.  相似文献

This paper presents a new PID and PID‐like controller design method that permits the designer to control the desired dynamic performance of a closed‐loop system by first specifying a set of desired D‐stable regions in the complex plane and then running a numerical optimisation algorithm to find the controller parameters such that all the roots of the closed‐loop system are within the specified regions. This method can be used for stable and unstable plants with high order degree, for plants with time delay, for controller with more than three design parameters, and for various controller configurations. It also allows a unified treatment of the controller design for both continuous and discrete systems. Examples and comparative simulation results are provided to illustrate its merit.  相似文献

在小脑神经网络(CMAC)与PID并行控制的基础上,提出了一种新型的CMAC控制器,即FCMAC控制器。这种把小脑神经网络与模糊控制(Fuzzy)结合起来的控制方法,具有两种控制方法的优点。本文中以某交流伺服电机作为控制对象,用MATLAB进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,FCMAC控制器具有较高的控制精度、良好的自适应特性。  相似文献
