基于行为理论视角,探讨了有色金属行业高管团队薪酬差距和高管离职的关系,以及高管团队薪酬差距和内、外部相对薪酬水平如何交互影响高管离职。基于2013年沪深两市A股上市公司有色金属板块高管数据的实证分析表明:高管团队薪酬差距越大,高管离职率越高;高管团队薪酬差距和内、外部相对薪酬水平交互影响高管离职;与所处薪酬差距较小团队的高管相比,高管所处团队薪酬差距越大,则内、外部相对薪酬水平对高管离职的影响越大。  相似文献

In this paper we present a concise review of experiments on sensorimotor performance in man from the perspective of new opportunities provided by research in microgravity, which will contribute to our basic understanding of sensorimotor processes. In particular, we will discuss some new results on strategies for dealing with the large number of degrees of freedom in biological limbs with special emphasis on human motor control and on the specific role for mono- and bi-articular muscles. Finally, we propose some ideas for future experiments on motor function in microgravity, which will reveal new basic knowledge about the role of the CNS in motor control and which will contribute to a better performance of man in sensorimotor tasks in microgravity conditions.  相似文献

Tumor cells are protected from antibody-dependent complement-mediated lysis by membrane-bound regulators of complement activation (m-RCA). m-RCA are expressed on uveal melanoma cells. We determined whether cytokine treatment affects expression of m-RCA on these cells in vitro. m-RCA expression on uveal melanoma cell lines was studied by flow cytometry, using monoclonal antibodies directed against CD46, CD55, and CD59. Cytokines studied were interferon-alpha (IFN-alpha), IFN-gamma, interleukin-1B (IL-1B), IL-12, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha). All three m-RCA were expressed on the uveal melanoma cell lines (CD59>CD46>CD55), although in variable amounts. With a few exceptions, the cytokines had no effect on m-RCA expression. CD55 expression was not influenced by any of the cytokines. IFN-gamma downregulated expression of CD46 on one cell line (p < 0.01). TNF-alpha upregulated CD59 expression on two of the five cell lines (p < 0.012 and p < 0.001, respectively), which effect was dose dependent. IFN-alpha, IFN-gamma, IL1-beta, IL12, and TNF-alpha had limited effects on m-RCA expression on uveal melanoma cells in vitro.  相似文献

"This is a review of evidence regarding the effects of educational desegregation on the scholastic achievement of Negroes. It focuses on the problem of identifying the important situational determinants of Negro performance in the racially mixed classroom. Only a few studies have dealt directly with this problem, so that much of the evidence… is only inferential. Included are reports on the academic progress of Negro children attending integrated schools, evidence on aspects of the minority child's experience in desegregation that presumably affect his motivation to learn, relevant research on the behavioral effects of psychological stress, and finally, a series of experiments on Negro productivity in biracial settings." Based on recent experimental studies of complementary gradients of receptor density (R) on the retinal surface and ligand density (L) on the tectal surface, and mapping of the high point on the receptor gradient to the low point on the ligand and vice versa, the servomechanism model was constructed involving a mechanism for the retinal axon to reach its target automatically sensing a difference between the signal strength (R.L) and the standard value (S). Computer simulations based on the model demonstrated desired two-dimensional topographic mapping of the retinal axons on the tectum, and explained three strange behaviors of the retinal axons that had been observed in stripe assays for retinal axons using stripes composed of tectal membrane fragments: repulsive behaviors of the retinal axons by the ligand substances, uncertainty of the nasal axons whether or not they show regional selectivity between substances of anterior and posterior tecta, and abrupt transition of growth of the axons originating at continuously varied retinal positions on the stripes having graded ligand density. Finally we suggested what is to be improved in stripe assays with the artificial gradient of the tectal membrane fragments.  相似文献

 为了研究不同上冷床温度对螺纹钢组织演化规律及性能的影响,利用拉伸试验机和扫描电子显微镜对不同上冷床温度的螺纹钢进行了力学性能检测和金相组织分析,并通过相变理论解释了发生相变的原因,探讨了上冷床温度对螺纹钢性能的影响。结果表明,为了发生相变,其体系化学驱动力减少必须克服体系弹性能的增加和形成新相引起表面能的增加。同时形变会使形变储存能ΔGD增加。从而使相变驱动力增加,进而导致相变温度上升。随着螺纹钢上冷床温度的降低(不应低于临界相变温度),表面和中心均形成铁素体和珠光体,屈服强度由435升高到440 MPa,表面维氏硬度由207上升到257,这是因为随着上冷床温度降低,其表面形成越来越多的回火索氏体,抗拉强度有升有降无明显规律,而其晶粒度由10.5上升到13.5。  相似文献

The livers of normal rabbits were subjected to microwave tissue coagulation (MTC), and comparison was made of the subsequent time-course changes in tissue observed on MRI, CT and histopathological examination. 16 rabbits were used. MTC was performed with a 21 gauge needle electrode inserted into the liver at laparotomy. 1-2 h after thermal coagulation, a region with slightly lower attenuation than that of surrounding normal liver parenchyma was observed on CT, and no enhancement was detected. With MRI, change from high signal intensity to iso-signal intensity from the inner zone to the margin was found on T1 weighted images (T1WI), and heterogeneous high signal intensity was observed on T2 weighted images (T2WI). On Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI, no enhancement occurred. 1-4 weeks after coagulation, the cellular structure at the site of coagulation was lost on histological examination, and the tissue became necrotic. On CT, homogeneous water density was observed, and no enhancement was detected. With MRI, regions of iso- or slightly low signal intensity were observed on T1WI, and regions of heterogeneous high to low signal intensity were seen on T2WI. After 1 week, a granulation layer consisting mainly of fibrous tissue developed, and a ring-shaped enhancement was observed in the low signal intensity region on T1WI and in the high signal intensity region on T2WI. The ring-shaped enhancement was also noted on CT. MRI appears to be useful for observation of time-course changes following MTC therapy because of its sensitivity in the detection of tissue changes.  相似文献

It was hypothesized that level of acculturation and counseling style would affect Hispanic students' perceptions of certain counselor attributes and willingness to see a counselor. Pretesting on an acculturation scale placed 94 Hispanic undergraduate college students in one of three types, Hispanic acculturated, bicultural, or Anglo acculturated. The participants viewed a counseling videotape of one of two White female counselors portraying either a directive or a nondirective counseling style and rated her on two scales. Results indicated that acculturation had a significant effect on ratings of trustworthiness and counselor understanding. Counseling style had a significant effect on the students' perception of counselor knowledge of psychology, counselor willingness to help, and on their own willingness to see a counselor. This study was conducted in order to determine and understand the effect of substrate on the behavior of eutectic In-Sn. Samples for mechanical testing were produced with either bare Cu or Ni on Cu substrates. Both the microstructure and the mechanical behavior are strongly dependent on substrate. When eutectic In-Sn is joined to bare Cu, Cu diffusion into the joint causes the alloy to become off-eutectic, giving a nonuniform and irregular microstructure. The addition of a layer of Ni acts as a diffusion barrier, preventing Cu diffusion sufficiently such that a uniform, normal colony-based eutectic forms. Deformation is more uniform in the In-Sn on Ni, while it is concentrated along the length of the joint in the In-Sn on Cu. This distinction is reflected in the different shapes of shear stress-strain curves between In-Sn on Cu and In-Sn on Ni. The stress exponents and activation energies for creep also vary with substrate. Creep deformation is governed by the In-rich β phase for In-Sn on Cu and by the Sn-rich γ phase for In-Sn on Ni. If In-Sn on Ni samples are aged, the microstructure coarsens and the mechanical behavior changes to resemble that of the as-cast In-Sn on Cu. 在生产过程中,热镀锌双相钢表面出现明显的山峰纹缺陷,严重影响热镀锌双相钢产品的表面质量。缺陷处有漏镀、锌层不均和抑制层形成不良等特征,基板表层有脱碳及微裂纹、表层毛刺突起等现象。通过分析认为,基板表层微裂纹是造成热镀锌双相钢表面山峰纹的根本原因。采用低温快烧的加热制度,适当降低轧制温度,合理控制除鳞及酸洗工艺,降低热卷厚度以降低冷轧压下率,可有效控制冷轧板浅表层微裂纹的形成,从而有效解决热镀锌双相钢表面山峰纹问题。  相似文献

When searching on Scots pines, females of the aphid parasitoid Pauesia silvestris responded to differences in mortality risks, host distribution and host quality by changing foraging tactics. They foraged more successfully (i.e. they laid more eggs per unit time) on the pine aphid Cinara pini than on Cinara pineaTherefore, the former species was considered to be of higher quality. However, P. silvestris suffered from a high mortality (19.5%) from ant aggression when foraging for C. piniwhile mortality was zero on pines with C. pineaAll females that were killed were foraging on the bark, while females searching on needles were safe from ant attacks. When searching for C. pineaP. silvestris spent significantly more time on needles if the aphid colonies were ant-attended. On pines with C. piniin contrast, females spent more time on bark in ant-attended colonies. The high adult mortality risk on bark was counterbalanced by a significantly higher foraging success in ant-attended colonies.  相似文献

Albumin immunoreactivity in the liver was examined on days 2, 5 and 10 after two-thirds partial hepatectomy by light and ultrastructural immunoperoxidase methods and the ultrastructural area of the rough endoplasmic reticulum (ER) in hepatocytes was measured. Albumin immunoreactivity was seen in the rough ER and Golgi apparatus of all hepatocytes in the hepatectomized liver and ultrastructural analysis showed a significantly greater area of rough ER on day 5 than on days 2 or 10. Albumin mRNA was studied by the in situ hybridization technique using radioisotopes and their numbers were determined visually. Albumin mRNA was present as grains in all hepatocytes and the grains varied in number during regeneration of the liver, being more abundant on day 5 than on days 2 or 10. The activity of [3H]-leucine incorporated into albumin synthesis, an indicator of translational activity, was higher on days 5 and 10 than on day 2 and was highest on day 5. In conclusion, albumin synthesis varied during liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy, being reduced at the peak of cell proliferation on day 2 and being most active on day 5.  相似文献

An issue in the assessment of toxic effects on neurobehavioural function in occupational or environmental settings is the presence and relative contribution of confounding variables. Factors such as education level and alcohol use are well-known to exert effects on the performance of neurobehavioural tests. In a prospective study of a cohort of vehicle spray painters, measures of neurobehavioural function, demographic characteristics, daily habits including alcohol-use and general health status were taken from the onset of their exposure on four occasions for three full years. This study provided the opportunity to assess the relative contribution of confounding variables and the study factor, solvent exposure, on neurobehavioural function in a study design which limits the heterogeneity of the study sample. In such a design the effects of confounding would expected to be reduced. Multiple linear regression analysis was used with three confounding variables, education level, alcohol use and occupational experience as well as solvent exposure as predictor variables of neurobehavioural test performance. Although the level of solvent exposure was considerably less than the composite threshold limit value for the solvent mixtures encountered, the results indicated that psychomotor performance deteriorated with increasing solvent exposure, but only on the hand steadiness test. The confounding variables showed even greater influences on performance. Education level affected performance on both psychomotor and cognitive tests in the expected direction. Occupational experience also influenced test performance but only for psychomotor tests. With increasing time in the trade, spray painters showed significantly superior performance on reaction time, hand steadiness and visual pursuit tests. Since training in spray painting focuses on psychomotor coordination, this result would be expected. Alcohol use was associated with mixed effects on neurobehavioural function. Painters who reported using greater amounts of alcohol showed significantly poorer performance on the visual test, critical flicker fusion, but better performance on the short term memory and learning measures of the paired associates test so supporting the findings of previous studies of facilitating effects of lower levels of alcohol on memory. These findings reinforce the importance of separating effects due to confounders from effects due to toxic exposures in studies of neurobehavioural function. They emphasise the dilemma of test selection, choosing tests that are sensitive enough to detect effects due to toxic exposure but which are not affected by confounding variables.  相似文献

The influence of traces of specifically added impurity oxides on the reduction behavior of hematite to magnetite has been investigated. Oxides of Al, Ca, Mg, or Si have a direct influence on the nucleation and growth of the magnetite. To distinguish between these nucleation and growth phenomena on the basis of the reduction rate, the nucleation model of Avrami-Erofeyev has been used. Cracking of the magnetite was observed, which was found to depend on the nature and amount of added impurities. Explanations based on mineralogical data are presented for the observed behavior.  相似文献
