实验对比研究了Ti- IF和Ti+Nb- IF钢热轧、退火过程中微观组织和织构的变化,采用透射电镜和能谱仪研究分析了二相粒子在热轧、冷轧、退火过程中的形貌、尺寸及分布。实验结果表明:添加Nb使得Ti+Nb- IF钢中析出粒子较Ti- IF钢更为细小且弥散,抑制了γ纤维再结晶织构的发展,削弱了{111}〈110〉在γ纤维织构中的强度,且细小的析出物有助于提高IF钢的抗拉强度,但两者成形性能没有明显差异。  相似文献

Effects of ultrasound-aided deep rolling (UADR) process on the microstructure of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel were studied using nanohardness tester, x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD), and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results show that surface nanocrystallization, grain refinement, strain-induced martensite transformation, shear bands, intense shear texture {110} 〈111〉, and rolling texture {112} 〈131〉 in the surface and subsurface were produced by the severe plastic deformation in the UADR process. Although deep compressive residual stress, work hardening, and grain refinement were generated in the treated surface and subsurface, the full width at half maximum (FWHM) value of the XRD peak in this zone decreased “abnormally”, which means that the FWHM value may not characterize correctly the degree of work hardening and grain refinement in this situation.  相似文献

对64%压下率的低碳铝镇静钢板进行不同温度保温4 h试验,利用金相显微镜、维氏硬度计和电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)等手段,研究了其在再结晶过程中的显微组织、织构和晶界特征分布的演化规律。结果表明,490、580、610和730℃保温4 h后,试验钢分别处于回复、初始再结晶、完全再结晶和晶粒长大阶段;随再结晶过程的进行,有效晶粒尺寸逐渐增加,在730℃保温后达到峰值13. 6μm,晶粒均匀程度则在610℃保温后达到最高;有利的{111}[112]和{111}[110]取向织构密度值都先增加后降低,在610℃保温后都达到峰值10,形成强度很高的γ纤维织构;低ΣCSL晶界出现频率先增加后降低,在610℃保温后达到峰值11. 23%。低碳铝镇静钢再结晶过程中,取向织构和低ΣCSL晶界分布相互作用和影响,能够保证其在完全再结晶时具有高强度的γ纤维织构和高频率的低ΣCSL晶界,保证钢板具有优异的深冲性能和抗二次加工脆性性能。   相似文献

The effect of strain and drawing temperature on the evolution of microstructure and fiber textures of aluminum wires drawn at room temperature and cryogenic temperature was investigated by TEM and EBSD observations. The results show that low angle boundaries frequency increases and high angle boundaries frequency decreases with strain increasing when the strain is low. At high strain, most of grain and dislocation boundaries are parallel to the drawn direction and low angle boundaries frequency decreases and high angle boundaries frequency increases with strain increasing. The decrease of deformation temperature leads to microstructure finer and low angle boundaries frequency increasing. Texture analysis indicates that volume fraction of complex texture component decreases with strain increasing and a mixture of 〈111〉 and 〈100〉 fiber texture forms at high strain. 〈111〉 is stable at low strains but 〈100〉 becomes stable at high strain. The decrease of temperature can enhance the stability of 〈111〉 orientation at high strain.  相似文献

Effect of annealing treatments at 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 °C on the microstructure, texture, grain boundary characteristic and recrystallization fraction of Nb-microalloyed X60 steel is evaluated by using x-ray diffraction and EBSD techniques. The results indicate that bimodal as-received microstructure is changed to a homogeneous equiaxed grain structure above annealing at 1000 °C. Macro-texture investigations depict that increasing annealing temperature results in considerable variation of texture intensity, especially at 1200 °C. Maximum intensity corresponds to {001}〈310〉, Goss, copper texture components as well as near γ-fiber at 1200 °C. Recrystallization analysis shows that volume fraction of recrystallization noticeably is increased by annealing temperature at 1200 °C. Recrystallized grains are mainly oriented along γ-fiber, especially close to {111}〈112〉 texture component. Moreover, coincidence site lattice (CSL) analysis shows that the effect of annealing temperature on the volume fraction of Σ3 boundary is negligible.  相似文献

采用电子背散射技术(EBSD)定量研究AZ31镁合金在225~400°C往复挤压大变形过程中的晶粒细化。结果表明:在225°C往复挤压3道次即获得了超细晶AZ31镁合金。随着变形温度的降低,变形组织的平均位相差和大角度晶界的比例逐渐增加。在3道次的AZ31组织中,只发现少量的{1 012}孪晶,位错滑移是主要的变形机制。施密特因子计算表明,在225~350°C变形时,锥面滑移系{1011}1 120被大量激活。而在400°C变形时,基面滑移系{0001}1 120被大量激活。亚晶界的详细分析为连续动态再结晶在镁合金大变形过程中晶粒细化的重要作用提供了直接的证据。  相似文献

以工业生产的Ti-IF钢热轧板为研究材料,结合连续热镀锌线的工艺特点,采用实验室冷轧、盐浴退火方法和金相、X射线织构测试和力学性能检测等分析手段,研究了冷轧压下率对组织、织构和深冲性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,随着冷轧压下率从60%提高到90%,冷轧态α取向线上的取向密度不断增强,主要形成了{223}〈110〉和{114}〈110〉织构,γ取向线上的{111}〈011〉和{111}〈112〉织构亦有所增强;退火后铁素体晶粒尺寸从9.0级细化到10.5级,导致强度(特别是屈服强度)有所增加,η_(90°)值有所降低。试验钢退火后仍具有较强的{223}〈110〉和{114}〈110〉织构,此外,随着冷轧压下率从60%提高到80%,{111}〈110〉和{111}〈112〉织构有增强的趋势,且{111}〈110〉织构比{111}〈112〉织构强,r_(90°)值有所提高;当冷轧压下率进一步提高到90%时,{111}〈112〉织构明显增强,但{111}〈110〉织构变化较小,导致{111}〈112〉织构比{111}〈110〉织构强,使r_(90°)值反而有所降低,这与γ织构分布变化导致制耳分布曲线由典型的4制耳特征转变为6制耳特征有关。  相似文献

Microstructure evolution and hardness changes of an ultra-high strength Cu-Ni-Si alloy during thermo-mechanical processing have been investigated. For hot-compressive deformation specimens, dynamic recrystallization preferentially appeared on deformation bands. As deformation temperature increased from 750 to 900 °C, elongated grains with the Cubic texture {001} 〈100〉 were substituted by recrystallized grains with Copper texture {112} 〈111〉. For the samples having undergone cold rolling followed by annealing, static recrystallization preferentially occurred in the deformation bands, and then complete recrystallization occurred. Goss, Cubic, and Brass textures remained after annealing at 600 and 700 °C for 1 h; R texture {111} 〈211〉 and recrystallization texture {001} 〈100〉 were formed in samples annealed at 800 and 900 °C for 1 h, respectively. For samples processed under multi-directional forging at cryogenic temperature, the hardness was increased as a result of work hardening and grain refinement strengthening. These were attributed to the formation of equiaxed sub-grain structures and a high dislocation density.  相似文献

Fe-3%Si电工钢铸锭中普遍存在柱状晶,其晶体学及形状各向异性对随后的热轧、冷轧及退火织构产生很大的影响.利用xRD与EBSD技术对长轴分别平行于轧面法向(ND),轧制方向(RD)和横向(TD)的柱状晶冷轧样品的织构及组织进行了研究,并对晶界的特殊作用进行了分析.结果表明,中等压下量下,3种柱状晶样品具有不同程度的{001}织构遗传性,即3种样品均不同程度的摆脱了{111}线织构的形成;柱状晶长轴平行于ND和TD时,{001}取向在冷轧时得到大的保留;柱状晶长轴平行于RD时,得到最强的{111}〈112〉织构;柱状晶长轴平行于TD时,冷轧组织中旋转立方织构及{111}〈110〉织构较强.此外,3种样品的织构均表现出由立方→{001}〈130〉→{113}〈251〉的过渡路径,与等轴多晶样品沿α线和γ线转动的路径不同.不同方向的柱状晶晶界对冷轧变形过程中晶粒转动的作用不同,但因晶粒尺寸大而作用有限,且与初始取向相关.  相似文献

采用硬度测试、X射线衍射(XRD)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等方法研究了单向轧制、交叉轧制和退火温度对Al-4Cu-0.73Mg(wt%)合金织构演变和微观组织的影响。结果表明:单向轧制试样在100~300 ℃退火保温1 h后显示出明显的Copper织构{112} <111>、S织构{123} <634>和Brass织构{011}<211>,而交叉轧制试样表现出强烈的Brass织构和H织构{011}<755>。当退火温度高于300 ℃,单向轧制和交叉轧制试样中的变形织构逐渐沿α取向线转变为由P织构{011}<001>、L织构{011}<011>、E织构{111}<110>和R织构{124}<211>等组成的再结晶织构。单向轧制和交叉轧制试样的晶粒尺寸随退火温度的升高先增加后减小,均在350 ℃退火1 h后有最大晶粒尺寸,分别约为8.2 μm和11.5 μm。单向轧制和交叉轧制试样均在冷轧后硬度值最高,约为108 HV,之后硬度值随退火温度的升高而逐渐下降,两种轧制试样的硬度值最终均稳定在50 HV左右。总体来看,轧制方式对试样织构的影响比对力学性能的影响大。  相似文献

采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)和电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD),并结合微观组织观察分析了Ti-IF钢罩式退火过程中织构演变规律和{111}再结晶织构形成机制.结果表明:随退火温度的升高,再结晶量逐渐增多,{111}再结晶织构强度亦逐渐增强,同时{100}织构强度逐渐减弱.{111}取向的品粒主要在再结晶过程中形成,依靠吞并其他取向[主要是{100}取向]的晶粒而长大;并且在{111}取向品粒长大过程中,γ纤维织构之间也发生相互转化,主要由{111}<112>织构转变为{111}<110>织构;冷轧IF钢再结晶退火后具有较强的γ纤维织构,主要是"取向形核"和"取向长大"共同作用的结果,其中Σ重位晶界在再结晶γ纤维织构形成过程中起着重要作用.  相似文献

Asymmetric rolling, in which the circumferential velocities of working rolls are different, imposes shear deformation and in turn shear deformation textures to sheets through the thickness. A component of ND//〈111〉 in the shear deformation textures can improve the plastic strain ratios of aluminum sheets. In order to understand the evolution of ND//〈111〉, the strain histories and distributions in the sheets and the texture evolution during the asymmetric rolling have been measured and calculated. The shear deformation texture can vary with the ratio of shear to normal strain increments. As the ratio increases from zero to infinity, the texture moves from the plane strain compression texture (β fiber) to the ideal shear deformation texture consisting of {001}〈110〉, {111}〈110〉, and {111}〈112〉. The ratio increases with rolling reduction per pass in asymmetric rolling. However, it is practically difficult to develop a rolling reduction per pass high enough to obtain the ideal shear deformation texture. Imposing the positive and negative shear deformations on the sheet by reversal of the shearing direction can give rise to the ideal shear deformation texture.  相似文献

 本文通过金相和EBSD等技术,观察了不同热轧终轧温度对00Cr21Mo1铁素体不锈钢热轧态、热轧退火态、冷轧退火态织构的变化的影响情况,并分析讨论了较高终轧温度下铁素体不锈钢00Cr21Mo1塑性应变比(Rm)较低的原因。结果表明,较低的终轧温度下,00Cr21Mo1热轧态组织形变带宽度较小,受轧辊切应变而形成的{110}<001>、{110}<112>、{4 4 11}<11 11 8>织构组分强度较小,且均匀、分散,最终冷轧退火态以{111}面织构为主,塑性应变比较高。  相似文献

Abnormal growth of “giant” grains in the millimeter range was observed in silver thin films with thicknesses of 2.0 and 2.4 μm. The effect depends on deposition temperature and deposition geometry. The microstructure and texture of as-deposited and annealed films have been characterized using X-ray, electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and focused ion beam (FIB) techniques. Abnormal grain growth is found whenever a special texture is formed during film deposition. Otherwise normal grain growth occurs. The texture type—and thus the grain growth mode—can be controlled by adjusting the process parameters. During abnormal grain growth, the initial 〈111〉 texture transforms completely into 〈001〉. Growth of 〈111〉-oriented grains stagnates at a size smaller than the film thickness with a non-columnar grain structure. This stagnation promotes orientation-selective growth of 〈001〉 grains.  相似文献

The microstructure and crystallographic texture characteristics of an extruded ZK60 Mg alloy subjected to cyclic extrusion and compression (CEC) up to 8 passes at 503 K were investigated. The local crystallographic texture, grain size and distribution, and grain boundary character distributions were analyzed using high-resolution electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The results indicate that the microstructure is refined significantly by the CEC processing and the distributions of grain size tend to be more uniform with increasing CEC pass number. The fraction of low angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) decreases after CEC deformation, and a high fraction of high angle grain boundaries (HAGBs) is revealed after 8 passes of CEC. Moreover, the initial fiber texture becomes random during CEC processing and develops a new texture.  相似文献

突破传统ECAP变形全过程通道等截面思路,提出一种耦合剪切应变和正应变于一体的新型等通道球形转角挤压(equal channel angular extrusion with spherical cavity,ECAE-SC)工艺。在自行研制的模具上对工业纯铝进行室温单道次ECAE-SC挤压实验,采用OM、EBSD和TEM等技术手段,研究了ECAE-SC变形过程中工业纯铝微观组织的演变规律,并测试了变形后试样的显微硬度。结果表明,在ECAE-SC工艺剧烈简单剪切变形诱导下,工业纯铝仅需1道次挤压变形即可获得等轴、细小、均匀的超细晶组织,平均晶粒尺寸约为400 nm;工业纯铝室温ECAE-SC变形以位错滑移为主并伴有不完全连续动态再结晶,其微观组织经历了剪切带→位错胞→小角度亚晶→大角度等轴晶粒等动态演化过程。1道次ECAE-SC变形后,工业纯铝组织以{110}001高斯织构为主,同时存在部分{111}112铜型织构;材料显微硬度值大幅提升,由初始289.4 MPa提高到565.3 MPa,增幅高达95.33%,且分布均匀性良好。  相似文献

使用室温压缩变形与再结晶退火处理研究了Inconel 625高温合金冷变形及再结晶行为,采用EBSD技术分析冷变形过程中的应变分布、晶粒尺寸变化、组织与织构演变,分析冷变形Inconel 625合金再结晶过程中再结晶分数、晶粒尺寸、组织及织构演变。研究表明,Inconel 625合金在变形量为35%~65%时具有良好的塑性,随着变形量的增加,晶粒尺寸减小,应变分布越均匀,{111}<112>织构和{110}<001>织构逐渐减弱,而{001}<110>织构和{112}<111>织构略为增强。冷变形Inconel 625合金再结晶退火处理后,随着退火温度与保温时间的升高,再结晶分数增大;随着变形量的增大,Inconel 625合金发生完全再结晶时温度减小,且发生完全再结晶时的晶粒尺寸变小,变形量为35%时,再结晶过程主要是{112}<111>织构{123}<634>变形织构转变为{110}<112>织构、{001}<100>织构与{124}<211>织构。随着变形量增加到50%及65%时,冷变形产生的{123}<634>织构在再结晶过程中转变成了{124}<211>织构。  相似文献

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), electron backscattered diffraction imaging (EBSD) and X-ray diffractometry were used to analyze the microstructure and texture characteristics of Al?9.8Mg?1.5Li?0.4Mn alloy cross-rolled and extruded plates, and the tensile properties and deep drawing performance were measured. The results show that the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization was promoted, the grains were refined and the preferred orientation of the recrystallized grains was improved by large strain cross rolling. Compared with CBA and CCB rolling methods, CBB rolling method significantly reduced the orientation density of the typical Brass texture {110}〈112〉 in the extruded plates. The orientation densities of Copper texture {112}〈111〉 and Brass texture {110}〈112〉 on the β orientation line in the CBB rolled plates were the lowest, and there were no typical texture features in the plates. Meanwhile, better deep drawing could be gained in the CBB rolled plates, and the mechanical properties of the 0°, 45° and 90° directions were basically the same. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at room temperature for the CBB rolled plates were 617 MPa, 523 MPa and over 20.1%, respectively. The deviation of the mechanical properties at different directions was less than 3%.  相似文献

采用光学显微镜(OM)、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等研究了铌对取向硅钢冷轧过程中的组织与织构的影响。结果表明:含铌正火板和不含铌正火板经冷轧后都是条带状组织,但含铌冷轧板在宽度方向更窄。铌元素的存在对织构也具有优化作用,经过中间退火后,含铌冷轧板二次冷轧织构得到明显改善,相较于不含铌二次冷轧板拥有强度较低的旋转立方织构以及强度较高的{111}<112>织构,其取向密度最高可达12.460。  相似文献

本文研究了Mg-9Gd-4Y-0.6Zr挤压合金在静态退火过程中的微结构与织构的演变。采用金相显微术、扫描电子显微术、透射电子电子显微术、差热分析仪、XRD织构测试仪及EBSD分析技术表征了合金的晶粒长大、析出相沉淀及织构改变。结果表明,退火初期的晶粒尺寸下降是由再结晶引起的;晶间不均匀变形诱发了晶间的局部析出,继而抑制了再结晶过程。织构分析表明,热挤压产生了常见的基面纤维织构和不常见的柱面纤维织构,即c轴平行于挤压方向;在静态再结晶过程中,新晶粒形核会弱化柱面纤维,而晶粒长大过程会强化柱面纤维。晶界与亚晶界上的大量析出相抑制了织构改变。  相似文献
