中国煤矿重大瓦斯爆炸事故规律分析 总被引:18,自引:1,他引:18
通过对中国煤矿1980年到2000年20年间发生的重大瓦斯爆炸事故和发生在国有重点煤矿的重大瓦斯爆炸事故的对比分析显示在所有导致中国煤矿重大瓦斯爆炸事故的直接原因中.人因(含故意违章45.89%、管理失误44.89%、缺陷设计6.90%)所占比率高达96.59%以上,这一数据在国有重点煤矿为人因(故意违章48.78%、管理失误35.36%、缺陷设计4.90%)占89.02%。这使我们对中国煤矿重大瓦斯爆炸事故的致因规律有了全新认识。在研究重大瓦斯爆炸事故环境特征、特征源交叉数据的基础上,对比得出中国煤矿雷大瓦斯爆怍事故规律图并分析。 相似文献

煤矿水害是我国煤矿频发且较严重的事故之一,预先探明煤矿矿区水体分布及其水量是防止和避免煤矿水害事故发生的有效方法.地下水(煤矿水害事故的主体)是良导体,其流动时受到天然电磁场的作用会产生相应的特征信息,采用磁流体探测仪接收并提取该特征信息,能比较准确地对地下水的位置分布及水流的瞬时流量进行预测.阐述了地下磁流体探测方法的基本原理和工作方法,并在四川仁寿县汪洋煤矿进行了水害隐患探测验证,探明了该煤矿指定区域内的地下水体分布,准确地找出了主水仓的位置,探测结果与实际相符. 相似文献

在统计2000—2021年我国煤矿安全生产事故的基础上,得出如下事故特征:2002年以后,我国煤矿事故起数和死亡人数分别以年均18.4%、17.6%快速下降|重特大、较大和一般事故起数占比总体稳定在1∶4:45,这表明要有效防范重特大事故,必须从化解一般事故做起|近五年顶板、运输、其他和瓦斯事故依然多发,瓦斯、顶板、水害、火灾事故易造成群死群伤|5月份事故多发,1月、11月、12月重特大事故多发|部分国有重点煤矿安全管理滑坡、乡镇煤矿违法违规仍是诱发群伤的主要原因。 相似文献

In 2012, China’s State Administration of Coal Mine Safety conducted a reconnaissance and statistical analysis to better understand and characterize water inrush accidents in China’s coal mines. Data collected from 12,985 mines from 26 provinces and municipalities were used to study each mine’s hydrogeological classification, water content coefficient, and the level of effort being spent in preventing and controlling these accidents. Analysis of the water inrush accidents in these mines suggests that their likelihood reflects a mine’s hydrogeological characteristics, and that they can be controlled by professionals who are specifically trained for mine water prevention and emergency responses. In terms of hydrogeological complexity, there were 78 extremely complex coal mines, 827 complex mines, 4141 moderately complex mines, and 6458 relatively simple mines. Advances in mine water control and management methods and techniques and implementation of safety standards and regulations have significantly reduced the number of people killed per ton of coal produced, but analysis of the 2013 water hazard accidents indicates that continued effort is needed to better understand hydrogeological classification and implement safe procedures in water prospecting and dewatering. 相似文献

Major mineral hazard identifications should consider perilous types of fatal accidents in collieries from its definition,
and then set existent hazardous objects and their relevant amount as referenced factors. Eliminating hazards in systems and
decreasing risks are their essential purposes with help of hazard identification, risk evaluation and management. By pre-control
on major hazards, fatal accidents are avoided, stuffs’ safety and healthy are protected, levels of safe management are enhanced,
and perpetual systems are built up finally. However, choosing the proper identification and evaluation is a problem all along.
Based on specific condition in Jiangou Coal Mine, method of LEC was applied for hazard identification and evaluation in the
pre-blasting process within horizontal section top-coal mechanized caving of steep seams. And control measures to of each
hazard were put forward. The identification method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. So, it is practical and
operable for the method to develop the given scientific research and has a distinctive impact on high efficiency and safety

本文主要就铀矿冶系统历年来的死亡和重伤事故,从事故类别、事故原因,死者年龄和事故造成的经济损失四个方面进行了分析,并对如何搞好安全生产,提出了五点意见。生产中发生伤亡事故,原因虽然很多,但多数是人为因素造成的。要避免伤亡事故,必须从加强对职工的安全教育入手,杜绝违章作业和违章指挥;同时要加强安全管理工作,积极采取有效措施,消灭事故隐患;并且要依靠科技进步,提高抗灾害能力,使职工在十分安全可靠的条件下作业,确保生产安全。 相似文献
