核桃隔膜总黄酮和微量元素的测定 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
本实验采用分光光度法测定了核桃隔膜中总黄酮的含量,黄酮总含量为6.259%(62.59mg/g),微量元素的测定采用了火焰原子吸收法,10种微量元素含量分别为Na5.69×102μg/g、K6.95×103μg/g、Ca6.22×102μg/g、Mg6.10×102μg/g、Zn6.10μg/g、Fe1.20×102μg/g、Cu2.03μg/g、Co<0.05μg/g、Ni6.10μg/g、Mn16.27μg/g。总黄酮是最新发现的一种激发脑潜能的物质,它能有效地激发脑活力,对提高青少年智力产生积极作用,并且能有效抑制成人及老年人脑功能衰退。 相似文献

本实验采用水提取法、醇提取法和石油醚提取法对准噶尔铁线莲的化学成分进行了定性研究。水提取物中检出蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类、生物碱、有机酸等,醇提取物中检出酚类、有机酸、挥发油、黄酮类和生物碱等,酸水液中检出生物碱,石油醚提取物主要检出挥发油、甾体、油脂、皂甙、内酯及香豆素等亲脂性成分。 相似文献

目的:分离纯化核桃隔膜多糖并分析其单糖组成。方法:核桃隔膜经水提醇沉、冷冻干燥得水溶性多糖,经DEAE-纤维素52离子柱和SephadexG-100凝胶柱分离纯化后得到多糖组分PDJL-A11(diaphragma of juglans regiaL. acid polysaccharide)。运用紫外光谱鉴定纯度,气相色谱分析多糖的单糖组成。结果:核桃隔膜多糖PDJL-A11单糖组成为:阿拉伯糖、果糖、甘露糖、鼠李糖和葡萄糖,其物质的量比为2.11:6.52:8.81:12.59:15.58。结论:建立了核桃隔膜多糖分离纯化的方法,确定了其单糖组成及其物质的量比、可为核桃隔膜药理学的研究提供参考。 相似文献

以提高核桃蛋白产品的附加值为目的,探索核桃蛋白制备工艺。利用单因素实验和正交实验分别对水酶法结合超声法制备核桃蛋白工艺和糖化酶处理纯化核桃蛋白工艺条件进行优化。结果表明:核桃蛋白的最佳制备工艺条件为料液比1∶20、酶解时间2.0 h、加酶量2.0%、温度50℃、p H9.0,在此条件下核桃蛋白得率为78.16%,蛋白质含量为82.53%;核桃蛋白的最佳纯化工艺条件为酶解温度50℃、pH 4.5、酶解时间140 min、加酶量0.4%,在此条件下,核桃蛋白纯度为94.16%。 相似文献

用化学发光法和硫代巴比妥酸法研究了核桃壳的抗氧化作用。结果表明 ,核桃壳对超氧阴离子自由基 (O2 -·)无清除作用 ,但能清除羟基自由基 (OH·) ,并可有效地抑制脂质过氧化 ,其正己烷、乙酸乙酯提取物抑制脂质过氧化的效果可与茶多酚相媲美。提示核桃壳含有良好的抗氧化物质 ,如加以利用 ,可变废为宝 ,充分利用核桃壳资源 相似文献

The present article focuses on the effect of different combinations of metal mordants on color characteristics and fastness properties of natural dye extracted from Juglan regia L bark powder. The influence of different types of mordant combinations such as alum + ferrous sulphate, alum + stannous chloride, ferrous sulphate + stannous chloride, and alum + ferrous sulphate + stannous chloride on color parameters has been investigated in terms of CIELab (L*, a*, b*, c*, and h°) and K/S values. The fastness properties with respect to light, washing, and crocking of developed shades were determined according to ISO and AATCC test methods. Based on the experimental results, it has been found that 96 shades with novel and fashionable hues were produced by the use of these metal salt combinations. It was also found that all mordanted samples had satisfactory light and wash fastness ratings. Dry rub fastness was found relatively better than wet rub fastness. 相似文献

ABSTRACT: The ability of tree nuts to inhibit production of aflatoxins by Aspergillus flavus was investigated in vitro. Walnuts were much more resistant to aflatoxin formation than almonds or pistachios. The walnut cultivar 'Tulare' showed complete suppression of toxin production. Kernel without seed coat had no activity and the inhibitory factor(s) were shown to be specifically located in seed coat tissue. When seed coat was added back to 'Tulare' kernel media, aflatoxin was decreased to the detection limit or below. Aflatoxin production declined rapidly with seed coat maturity and was independent of growing location and rootstock. Breeding programs could increase resistance, enhancing marketability and safety of walnuts for human consumption. 相似文献

目的:通过黔产白鬼笔子实体干品的菌盖、菌柄、菌托3 个部位石油醚和乙醇提取物的化学成分研究,寻找并拓展白鬼笔的利用价值。方法:在常温条件下先后用石油醚和乙醇分别对白鬼笔的3 个部位进行超声提取,应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对提取物的化学成分进行研究,气相色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX极性柱,程序升温条件为:60 ℃保持2 min,以10 ℃/min升至160 ℃,保持6 min,以3 ℃/min升至220 ℃,保持17 min,用NIST 08谱库进行成分比对。结果:2 种提取物共检出67 种成分,其中66 种成分在白鬼笔的研究中尚未见报道。石油醚提取物共检出35 种成分,菌盖、菌柄、菌托3 个部分分别检测出24、18、18 种成分。乙醇提取物共检出38 种成分,菌盖、菌柄、菌托3 个部位分别检测出26、28、12 种成分。结论:从白鬼笔中检出的顺,顺-9,12-十八碳二烯酸、二丁基羟基甲苯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、异山梨醇、1,2-环戊二酮、α-吡咯烷酮、烟酰胺、9,12-十八碳二烯酸乙酯等具利用价值的成分可为白鬼笔3 个部位的开发利用提供科学依据。 相似文献
