Q——你在开办自己的设计公司之前有怎样的职业经历？ A——我从香港理工大学毕业后就开始在香港做设计了。1978年毕业，是香港理工学院（现在的香港理工大学）第一届产品设计专业的毕业生。毕业后去了不同的公司工作．当时的香港很像现在上海的状况．电子工业的发展非常迅速．但当时香港没有大工业的发展．大多数企业都是电子产品生产公司．规模都很小。我的第一份工作是在工厂做老板的助手．所以可以接触到的面比较广，对生产实践很了解，尤其是对一些结构和加工的知识（如果一开始就到设计公司工作．往往没有那么多机会接触这些知识）。后来我与朋友就开设了Design Next设计咨询公司。

Q：您是否可以简单介绍一下经纬设计的规模和设计服务结构呢？ A——经纬设计是一个有10年历史的综合性设计公司，公司目前有十二位专职设计师和很多优秀的兼职设计师。我们提供企业形象设计．产品设计，平面设计．视觉传达．环境设计．展览展示设计．广告代理以及企业管理咨询和广告营销等全方位的服务项目。其中企业形象设计占有很大的比例。

Q：当时是什么样的机遇促使您创办了这家设计公司？ A——对工业设计的热爱和多年的工作经验让我们一直在暗暗积蓄能量．寻找机会创办一家专业的工业设计公司。刚好有机会碰到一家有外资背景的知名软件设计公司，他们在走软件外包道路的过程中逐渐发现工业设计在国际市场上的巨大潜力．面临中国正在从制造大国向设计大国过渡的转型时期．工业设计必然将面临快速的提升．所以在合作的基础上我们不仅一步步打开了国内市场．也不断接触到越来越多的国外设计项目。     

尽其心以事天——专访海事法规造船标准专家沈治平

标准导报：您是一位船舶设计师,是什么让您与标准,进而与综合标准化结缘的？沈治平：是的,我的职业足做船舶设计技术工作。曾在日本船企工作多年,常年接触日本工业标准及所在著名公司的企业标准,也会涉及一些欧美标准。后来有机会加入全国船舶舾装标准化技术委员会（SAC／TC129）,参与中国标准化活动。有一些想法总萦绕辗转,我们的标准怎么能做得更好些？     

论博物馆临时展览中如何提高展板展示效果

临时展览是博物馆陈列展览的重要组成部分,是丰富博物馆永久性展览厅展览的重要方式。丰富多彩的临时展览为吸引观众多次走进博物馆的重要法宝之一。因此,办好临时展览对树立博物馆形象,扩大博物馆影响力和吸引力,实践文化惠民具有重要的现实意义。然而,不可否认的是,在这种办展的热潮中,也出现了一些问题,本文作者作为博物馆陈列设计的一员对博物馆临时展览展板展示中的禁忌对此做一粗浅探讨。     

聚焦欧洲家具展

当今全球的家具展览层出不穷．他们不但吸引着各地买家和卖家的参与，同时也成为了设计师展示他们创意才华的平台。最具代表性的非米兰家具展莫数．但还有许多具有地方特色的家具展览同样吸引着人们的注意力。34期《icon》杂志为我们展示了巴黎．斯德哥尔摩和科隆家具展览．这些展览树立了不同展示主题和概念，力图表现出明确的地方特色。     

非标冷轧冶金设备设计中Inventor带来的改进

作为一名机械设计人员,我曾经参与过几个冷轧处理线的非标设备设计,过去一直采用传统的二维设计软件做设计。从2006年开始我正式学习和使用Autodesk公司的三维设计软件Inventor,自己便切身感受到了这款软件的强大功能,以及它带给非标冷轧冶金设备设计流程的一些改进。     

日本设计师泽田泰广

泽田泰广毕业于日本东京美术与音乐大学平面设计专业，1985年开始他的设计生涯，在日本著名的Suntory酒业公司创作部担任美术指导，1989年，泽田泰广创建了自己的公司——泽田泰广设计工作室，从事广告，出版、包装，纺织品及展览设计，1994年至今他担任日本著名设计学府多摩美术大学的平面设计系副教授。     

时尚·历史：融合

我从小学习国画,后来念了中国美院的设计系,毕业前在上海的广告公司实习了两个月,觉得那样的日子并不适合我,想想还是做自己最喜欢的。之后休息了半年,也拍了一些自己的东西,就慢慢接触到一些杂志,开始给杂志拍摄大片。上世纪90年代初,我还在念美院附中的时候看到过一个展览。一个戏剧演员找来当时国内很有影响的几个摄影师给自己拍照,在各种场景里的各种情景展现,相互间的反差和想象空间特别大。现在来看那些作品也许很平常了,但在当时相对闭塞的资讯环境里,那次展览给我的震撼是巨大的。     

A Noise-Tolerant Hybrid Model of A Global and A Local Learning Module

Proposed is GLLL2, a hybrid architecture of a global and a local learning module, which learns default and exceptional knowledge respectively from noisy examples. The global learning module, which is a feedforward neural network, captures global trends gradually, while the local learning module stores local exceptions quickly. The latter module distinguishes noise from exceptions, and learns only exceptions, which makes GLLL2 noise-tolerant. The results of experiments show the process in which training examples are formed into default and exceptional knowledge, and demonstrate that the predictive accuracy, the space efficiency, and the training efficiency of GLLL2 is higher than those of each individual module.

     

A GENERALIZED CONCEPT OF A FATIGUE THRESHOLD

Abstract— The conditions for non-propagating LEFM type fatigue cracks were investigated on an Inconel, 617 Alloy in the range of K _max between 10 and 50 MPa m^1/2 under four different types of fatigue loading conditions. In all tests, K _max was held constant during the fatigue cycling prior to determining the non-propagation condition. It was found that with decreasing range of applied K the fatigue tolerance range Δ K _{eff, th} increases. Furthermore, there is slight increase of Δ K _eff,th with decreasing K _max of approximately 20–30% when K _max is decreased from 50 to 10 MPa m^1/2. The results of the four types of tests are considered in respect to the damage in the near-region of the crack front, i.e. increasing K _max increases the damage zone and therefore decreases the fatigue tolerance range Δ K _eff,th.     

GENERATING A LAYOUT FROM A DESIGN SKELETON

In the past, researchers have proposed several types of design skeletons from which a human designer can generate good facilities layouts. Examples are flow graphs, SLP space relationships, bubble diagrams, planar adjacency graphs, matching based adjacency graphs, centroid locations, and cut trees. In this paper, we introduce a linear programming model which efficiently generates a layout from a graphical representation of any design skeleton. We demonstrate how the model can be used to enhance most design skeleton based layout approaches.     

A switched-capacitor successive-approximation A/D converter

A switched-capacitor successive-approximation analog-to-digital (A/D) converter that incorporates a serial digital-to-analog (D/A) subconverter for generating the threshold voltage sequence is developed. The conversion process is insensitive to parasitic capacitances and offset voltages of the comparator and operational amplifiers. Error analyses and Spice simulations show that a resolution higher than 11 b, a sampling rate up to 440 ksamples/s with 10-b resolution, and a power consumption less than 60 mW are attainable with monolithic implementation using present CMOS technologies. The required chip area is small because of a low device count. The architecture described is therefore best suited for high-accuracy, medium-speed A/D converters in application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs). A prototype converter breadboarded using discrete components has confirmed the principles of operation     

Linear and Nonlinear A/D, D/A, A/A Conversions Using the Dual-Slope Principle

New methods for precise linear and nonlinear A/D, A/A, and D/A transformations, based on the principle of the dual-slope conversion are proposed. These methods enable multiplication, exponential and logarithmic conversion, determination of nth roots, and the solution of polynomial equations to be performed during the conversion cycle.     

值得重新认识的一个人物,一个群体和一段历史 谈杭稚英与月份牌画对中国现代美术史和设计史的意义

月份牌为何而热月份牌是中国近代广告的特殊载体。说到“老月份牌画”就不能不说其代表之一杭稚英先生。杭稚英活跃在20世纪20-40年代的上海。20年代前期在商务馆向外籍教师学得西画技法，后来在商务馆从事广告设计、名声鹊起，终于自立门户，组成规模可观的稚英画室，成为中国早期“装潢”广告事业先驱群体的代表、因其艺术成就和经营规模，当时有“月份牌半壁江山”之誉。     

A／D非线性的一种修正方法

本文提出了一种Ａ／Ｄ非线性的修正方法。通过引入非线性ＡＤＣ，不仅易于集成电路的实现，而且能够得到高精度、高速度，同时，还可实现智能输出。
