由于设备的限制,高安全性电网对过电压的监测精度较低,为减少过电压对电网的侵入,进行高安全性电网在线运行数据自动监测系统设计。设计监测系统整体架构,选择INSULAD2053型号数据采集卡,使数据采集频率最大化,实现在线运行数据的高精度采集。按照点、线、面3种电网基本消纳模式,通过灵活协调控制方式实现干扰电源的完整消纳。软件系统包括自动在线监测软件和离线分析软件,利用自动在线监测软件进行数据的采集与储存,实现连续数据流高效处理;通过离线分析软件对过电压数据进行进一步的离线分析。设计保护电路单元,选择压敏电阻作为导通电阻,保证高安全性电网在线运行数据自动监测系统的运行稳定性。实验结果显示,该系统对于过电压的监测效果好,监测覆盖率在95%以上,具有实用性。  相似文献

一种装在发动机进气滤清器内的装置,对进气进行过滤处理。发动机采用处理后的进气,其综合性能可以得到显著改善。对一台具有16气门的四缸汽油机上应用结果表明,装了该装置后,发动机外特性上的燃油比油耗最多可以降低9%,同时其废气排放品质也有一定程度改善。对一台轿车进行的实车道路试验也表明具有同样的效果。加装该装置的前后对比,在同样的行驶距离、道路工况前提下,燃油消耗量减少2.94%。显示出该装置对减少燃油消耗以及降低汽车有害尾气排放具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

电力变压器的短路电抗是设计及运行过程中表征变压器本体抗短路电流冲击能力的重要参数。本文分析了基于电气量特征的短路电抗在线测量方法及对变压器运行状态进行实时监测的可行性,研究了基于变压器励磁电流补偿法和消去法的两种短路电抗在线测量方法的原理,推导了计算公式。动模实验在线测量结果与离线短路实验结果的比较表明了两种方法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

汽轮发电机的轴承箱及油挡渗漏油的缺陷是威胁电力工业安全生产的重大隐患之一,特别是老型高温高压机组,油挡多、热工引出线多等诸多因素易造成渗漏油现象,既影响了文明生产,又易于发生火灾事故(在汽轮机高温区更是危险),据统计汽轮发电机组的火灾绝大部分都是由于渗漏油引起。通过对渗漏油原因的分析,并结合本厂的处理措施作出进一步的探讨。  相似文献

Frequency separation methods (FSMs) are frequently used to implement energy management of fuel cell hybrid vehicle (FCHV), due to their flexible online implementation and resilience under diverse driving environments. However, predefined static rules of FSM generally result in inefficient operation of FCHV and rapid deterioration of sources. Additionally, allocated limits of storage devices are likely to be violated in the conventional FSM. With this inspiration, the paper proposes a novel health-aware FSM (HFSM) to appropriately distribute the traction power among energy sources of FCHV with efficient urban utilization. The power separation rules of HFSM are tuned in an instantaneous manner to concurrently realize the fuel economy, lifespan extension and allocated storage limits. Within HFSM, an online optimizer is formulated, which introduces the concept of soft/hard limitations and rationalized cost structure to adequately quantify the fuel consumption and health degradation of fuel cell. An adaptive droop adjustment is then integrated with HFSM to consistently realize the storage limitations. Compared to conventional FSM, considerable improvements in the fuel economy and fuel cell service life are observed over an extended iterative loop of standard urban driving cycles.  相似文献

汽轮机润滑油系统的清洁度,直接影响到机组的安全运行。介绍了2011年沙洲电厂排查1号主机润滑油系统中5~15μm颗粒数超标的分析思路及消缺经验。润滑油中5~15μm颗粒数超标的主要原因是主油箱人孔门密封不好,周围空气中污染物侵入油箱造成颗粒数超标,经过严密封堵人孔门后油中5~15μm颗粒数指标已经合格。在经过调研比对后,参照目前国内大部分同类电厂主油箱负压维持在-0.3~-1.5kPa的技术规范,利用排油烟风机出口碟阀进行节流,将1号机主油箱负压由-4.1kPa逐渐调至-1.0kPa左右,机组运行至今安全、可靠,证实了该运行方案可行。  相似文献

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is a valuable tool for characterizing fuel cells. It was previously used for offline testing and only applied to single cells or short stacks with low-power equipment. Recently, there has been a trend on bringing it to high-power fuel cell stacks (FCSs) for in situ operation, especially in vehicular applications, with the required EIS ac perturbations generated by the power processing converter. However, the effects of adding such an extra function to a converter in the powertrain have not been investigated previously. Aiming at filling this gap, this paper focuses on the oscillations brought by the converter based EIS operation and their transfer in a typical hybrid fuel cell powertrain. The presented results indicate that it is favorable to operate EIS during motor is idling. The oscillation on the dc link reaches its maximum at the resonant frequency of the energy storage converter, while its magnitude is influenced by various factors, i.e., system parameters and operating conditions. Moreover, it is found that the worst-case condition of oscillation can be determined by a healthy stack at the beginning of its life.  相似文献

This paper aims at studying the effect of hydrogen induction on engine performance, emission and combustion behaviour of a diesel engine fuelled with the emulsion of used palm oil (called as WCO-waste cooking oil) as pilot fuel and hydrogen as primary fuel. A single cylinder water-cooled direct injection diesel engine was tested at 100% and 40% loads. Results were compared with neat diesel, neat WCO and WCO emulsion at both loads in single fuel operation. WCO emulsion in single fuel mode indicated improvement in performance and reduction in all emissions as compared to neat WCO. Dual fuel operation with hydrogen induction further reduced the emissions of smoke HC and CO with WCO as pilot fuel at all power outputs. However, hydrogen induction resulted in reduced thermal efficiency at 40% load. WCO emulsion showed higher ignition delay as compared to neat WCO. Dual fuel operation with hydrogen induction increased the ignition delay further. Heat release pattern showed higher premixed combustion rate with hydrogen induction mainly at high power outputs. Premixed combustion rate became very high at higher rates of hydrogen admission mainly at high power output. In general, hydrogen induction showed superior performance at high power output and inferior performance at low power output with WCO emulsion as injected fuel.  相似文献
