In an attempt to obtain accurate values of the gas permeability of the microporous layer (MPL), substrates with negligible MPL penetration and of known gas permeability, i.e. membrane filters, have been employed. The values of the MPL permeability obtained using the membrane filters were compared with those obtained conventionally using the carbon substrates. Due to MPL penetration, the MPL permeability obtained using the carbon substrate were found to decrease with carbon loading. On the other, due to negligible penetration, the MPL permeability obtained using the membrane filters were found to be almost invariant with the carbon loadings. Furthermore, the MPL permeability was found to be sensitive to the substrate used: more cracks (and subsequently substantially higher permeability) were shown by the MPLs coating the carbon substrates. This implies that the MPLs coating the carbon substrates and the MPLs coating the membrane filters are structure-wise different. It subsequently means that the MPL permeability obtained using the membrane filters cannot be used to estimate the MPL penetration into the carbon substrates. 相似文献

应用柴油机颗粒过滤器来控制柴油机废气中排放的颗粒含量是十分重要的。纤维过滤器结构简单,所用材料低廉,是一种十分有效的柴油机颗粒过滤器。但迄今为止,讨论与时间相关的纤维过滤器模型的文献很少。本文提出了一种简单纤维过滤器的机理模型,其中过滤器的压力降、颗粒收集量及收集效率是运行时间和过滤器设计参数、运行参数的函数,这些参数包括纤维填充密度、过滤器长度、废气的流速和废气中颗粒浓度。根据此模型可以进行过滤器的优化设计,得到合理的设计参数和运行参数。 相似文献

为了评估生活垃圾流化床焚烧炉的运行条件对PCDD/Fs生成与排放的影响,在不同燃烧温度和活性炭喷射条件下,分别对4个不同处置能力的典型流化床焚烧炉系统不同点位的PCDD/Fs进行了采样分析和研究.结果表明:尽管燃烧温度对PCDD/Fs的生成影响很大,但并不是影响二嗯英最终排放的主要原因,烟气流经净化设备时PCDD/Fs的低温异相生成反应是二嗯英超标排放的主要原因.布袋除尘器的使用年限对PCDD/Fs的排放控制有重要影响,新安装的布袋除尘器能够很好地控制PCDD/Fs的排放,较旧的布袋除尘器由于“记忆效应”,其PCDD/Fs的脱除能力较弱,甚至会产生负的脱除效率. 相似文献

One method of achieving improved electrical conversion efficiencies in solar power plants is to employ a spectrally selective filter that splits the collected beam into optimised components for two or more spectral receivers. The added cost of supplementary optics and receivers can only be justified if the filter has high performance in operation. The design and manufacture of broadband, low-loss filters however, face several challenges. One of these is the wide range of incidence angles at which the collected beam hits the beam splitter, as the performance of common filters degrades when the incidence angle deviates from the design angle. Dish receivers and micro-tracking Fresnel concentrators, such as the heliostat field in a central receiver design, may provide a fixed distribution of incidence angles across the receiver surface so that the filter can be spatially optimised for a defined angular and energy flux distribution pattern. This paper will discuss the theory and application of such a strategy based on flux mappings produced by raytracing methods for a Multi Tower Solar Array central receiver system planned for construction in Newcastle, Australia. 相似文献
