通过简单的熔体共混方法,将不同质量分数的高熔点高活性的四苯基氯化鏻(TPPC)与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)混合,探究了TPPC对PVDF极性相的诱导作用,并研究了此体系与熔体结晶过程最为相近的非等温结晶过程。结果表明,添加极少量(0.4%)的TPPC即可以使PVDF直接从熔体中全部以极性相结晶,这归因于TPPC固体表面的电荷与PVDF分子链之间强烈的相互作用。TPPC的加入使PVDF的非等温结晶行为发生了很大的变化,当TPPC含量达到0.4%时,降温结晶曲线出现两个结晶峰,也是这种反常的结晶行为才能使PVDF几乎全部以极性相结晶。  相似文献

A dynamic mechanical study of four blends of PVdF and PMMA plus the constituent homopolymers indicates that these two polymers are partly compatible, but that a crystalline PVdF phase also exists. The pure PVdF sample showed four transitions at ?95°, ?25° 75° and 100°C which are ascribed to a restricted chain motion of the Schatzki type, to a crystalline phase transition, to the glass transition and to premelting of poorly formed crystallites respectively. A longitudinal sonic velocity versus composition plot is interpreted in terms of the overall morphology of the blends whilst differential scanning calorimetry measurements are used to study crystalline melting.  相似文献

The ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of newly synthesized polymer systems have been studied. To date PVDF and its copolymers P(VDF-TrFE) have provided the bulk of the knowledge pertaining to ferroelectricity in polymers. Recently, ultrathin ferroelectric films of P(VDF-TrFE) 70:30 have been fabricated using the Langmuir-Blodgett technique [4]. In this study, various new polymers have been synthesized by chemically altering the PVDF structure. This alteration was performed in order to enhance the amphiphilic nature of the polymer and thus improve the LB film quality and control. Various chemical groups have been used to replace the electropositive hydrogen and electronegative fluorine found in the traditional PVDF chemical structure, including Nitrile, Ester, and Methyl groups. In all cases the resulting chemical structure provides for a net dipole moment directed from the electronegative side of the monomer to the electropositive side. However, to obtain ferroelectricity these microscopic dipoles must first pack in a manner such that a reversible macroscopic dipole is obtained. Both structural and dielectric studies have been performed on a number of newly synthesized systems. The structural properties of these new materials were probed using both temperature-dependent x-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry, while dielectric properties were investigated using electric field and temperature-dependent capacitance and polarization measurements.  相似文献

The importance of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) as a membrane material has long been recognised in many membrane processes. Compared to other types of polymeric membranes, the PVDF membranes have received great attention because of its outstanding properties including high hydrophobicity, thermal stability, chemical resistance and excellent mechanical strength. This article provides an overview of recent development in PVDF membrane processes, focussing on the commercial PVDF membrane products for water and wastewater treatment and possible applications of PVDF membranes in areas such as membrane based gas absorption and membrane distillation where no substantial commercial PVDF membrane processes are available so far.  相似文献

以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)-六氟丙烯(HFP)中PVDF的仲氟原子直接引发甲基丙烯酸(3-磺酸钾)丙酯(SPMA)的原子转移自由基聚合,成功得到以PVDF-HFP为主链、侧链含磺酸基团的接枝聚合物(PVDF-HFP-g-PSPMA)质子交换膜. 通过红外、核磁分析方法对PVDF-HFP-g-PSPMA的结构进行表征. 反应不同时间得到的PVDF-HFP-g-PSPMA离子交换容量为0.051~0.59 meq/g,质子传导率为(2.58~30.9)×10-2 S/m.  相似文献

The melt and physical properties of PVC compounds and articles are strongly influenced by the morphology of the PVC. PVC powder exists as various agglomerates [l-41 wherein the primary particles are bound together as “grains” which in turn may be collected and enveloped in a “skin” in the case of the most common, suspension polymerized, PVC. A poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) hollow fiber membrane surface was modified by alkaline treatment in this study. This subject was selected with the aim to confirm the mechanisms of alkaline degradation of PVDF membranes, characterize the variations of membrane surface morphology (e.g., average pore size, pore size distribution, porosity, etc.), and estimate the membrane fouling potential by a bench-scale test with synthetic surface water. The conditions of the alkaline treatment covered various concentrations, temperature, and processing time. The results of this study indicate that the hydrophilic PVDF membranes can be obtained after appropriate treatment without loss of integrity of the membrane surface. All factors, including the concentration of NaOH, temperature, and processing time affect membrane properties. The surface images and air flow rate of unmodified and modified membranes showed difference in their average pore size and pore size distribution. In general, the increase of the processing time decreases the average pore size at constant concentration and temperature; the increase of the NaOH concentration in solution and temperature fastens the degradation process. Membrane pure water flux decreased after alkaline treatment. This can be attributed to the decrease of pore size. However, the membrane anti-fouling potential increased after alkaline treatment due to the enhancement of hydrophilic property of membrane surface.  相似文献
