分子印迹技术是近年来发展的一门边缘分支学科,广泛的应用在医药、环境、食品、军事等领域。反季水果在种植期间会施撒一些化学物质进行除草、施肥等,除此之外,反季水果还有"非正常"的加入化学物质进行增产、催熟以及保鲜等。因此利用分子印迹技术对于反季水果中痕量物质的检测有利于减小其对于身体造成的危害,此种方法具有很好的应用前景。  相似文献

Ion mobility spectrometers (IMS) are small, lightweight, extremely robust devices with low power requirements, no moving parts, no absolute requirement for gases or vacuums, that can be operated at ambient temperatures and pressures, and yet are capable of measuring vapour phase concentrations of organic chemicals at very low levels (sub-μg/l). IMS are capable of analysing complex mixtures and producing a simple spectral output. Volatile components produce measurable negative and positive product ions in the spectrometer through chemical ionization. The spectra produced are essentially the vapour phase fingerprints of the target molecules/mixture. Quantitative data can be obtained provided instrument response is within the linear dynamic range of these instruments, but most practical applications of IMS have used the technology in a qualitative manner in situations which require just an above/below threshold or positive/ negative response.In the manufacturing industry there are many examples where the aroma/odour of raw materials has safety or product quality implications. IMS was not developed to replace traditional methods of analysis, e.g. GC/MS or sensory panels, but rather to provide a rapid, qualitative response complementary to more established methods. This paper reports on the use of a hand-held ion mobility spectrometer to characterize the vapours produced by volatile organic compounds,fresh herbs and retail spice mixtures at ambient temperature and pressure. The results show that by monitoring in both ion acquisition modes, ion mobility spectrometers are capable of discriminating between a wide range of products.  相似文献

用5% FeCl3溶液对海泡石进行改性,制得铁改性海泡石(Iron Modified Sepiolite),简称IMS吸附剂.IMS对含锑废水的吸附性能依次为10%IMS>5%IMS>2.5%IMS>海泡石精矿,其稳定性随温度的升高、FeCl3用量的增加而增强,盐对其稳定性的影响较小,强酸使IMS的结构严重破坏,负载铁大量脱落,对锑吸附能力下降.  相似文献

A new modification of electrical low pressure impactor (ELPI) for the particle effective density measurement is presented. The system is capable of real-time operation and it is based on the serial measurement of mobility and aerodynamic diameter. In the studied configuration, a zeroth order mobility analyser is installed inside of the ELPI-instrument. The system is feasible for single modal distributions. For several particle materials and varying size distributions, the measured average density values were within 15% of the values obtained with a reference method.  相似文献

Oxidative folding in the mitochondrial intermembrane space (IMS) is a key cellular event associated with the folding and import of a large and still undetermined number of proteins. This process is catalyzed by an oxidoreductase, Mia40 that is able to recognize substrates with apparently little or no homology. Following substrate oxidation, Mia40 is reduced and must be reoxidized by Erv1/Alr1 that consequently transfers the electrons to the mitochondrial respiratory chain. Although our understanding of the physiological relevance of this process is still limited, an increasing number of pathologies are being associated with the impairment of this pathway; especially because oxidative folding is fundamental for several of the proteins involved in defense against oxidative stress. Here we review these aspects and discuss recent findings suggesting that oxidative folding in the IMS is modulated by the redox state of the cell.  相似文献

Measuring aerosols and molecular clusters below the 3 nm size limit is essential to increase our understanding of new particle formation. Instruments for the detection of sub-3 nm aerosols and clusters exist and need to be carefully calibrated and characterized. So far calibrations and laboratory tests have been carried out using mainly electrically charged aerosols, as they are easier to handle experimentally. However, the charging state of the cluster is an important variable to take into account. Furthermore, instrument characterization performed with charged aerosols could be biased, preventing a correct interpretation of data when electrically neutral sub-3 nm aerosols are involved. This article presents the first steps to generate electrically neutral molecular clusters as standards for calibration. We show two methods: One based on the neutralization of well-known molecular clusters (mobility standards) by ions generated in a switchable aerosol neutralizer. The second is based on the controlled neutralization of mobility standards with mobility standards of opposite polarity in a recombination cell. We highlight the challenges of these two techniques and, where possible, point out solutions. In addition, we give an outlook on the next steps toward generating well-defined neutral molecular clusters with a known chemical composition and concentration.
