用CPG填充的色谱柱,以0.2N磷酸盐溶液为淋洗液,研究了几种不同来源HA的体积排阻色谱特征。土壤HA、海底沉积物HA和泥炭HA的体积排阻色谱图上都有两个明显的淋出峰,一个淋出峰在Vo处,另一个淋出峰淋出体积较大,而风化煤HA只有一个代表分子量较小的淋出峰,褐煤HA的淋出峰主要是一个代表分子量较小的淋出峰,在Vo处仅有一个小肩峰,讨论了HA的体积排阻色谱特征与其形成历程的关系。 相似文献

利用分相法制备了Na2O B2O3 SiO2 Al2O3 TiO2系统的多孔玻璃微珠。研究发现:当其他条件不变的情况下,随着分相温度从590℃到610℃,分相时间从24h到48h,玻璃微珠的平均孔径都在增大;当盐酸的浓度小于0.5mol/L时,玻璃微珠的孔径随着酸浓度由0.1mol/L到0.5mol/L的增加而增加;当盐酸的浓度在0.5mol/L到1mol/L时,玻璃微珠的孔径随着酸浓度的增加反而减小。当Al2O3的质量分数由0.5%增加到1.5%,玻璃微珠孔径在减小;当TiO2的质量分数由0.5%增加到1.5%,孔径则反而在增大。当玻璃的质量分数为Na2O7.50%,B2O329.20%,SiO261.80%,Al2O31.5%和TiO20.5%时,分相温度590℃和时间为24h,酸浓度和处理时间为0.1mol/LHCl和48h时,可制备出孔径分布小于50nm的光催化载体材料。 相似文献

针对层析介质的孔径分析,基于刚性球状分子进入柱状孔的假设,分别采用高斯正态分布和对数正态分布描述孔径分布,利用简化的单孔分配因子模型,建立了孔径分布函数和分配因子Kd的关联,通过体积排阻层析实验测定系列标准物的Kd,从而拟合得到孔径分布信息,建立了逆体积排阻层析法。以葡聚糖作为分子大小的标准物,测定了5种典型层析介质(SP Sepharose FAST FLOW、Q Sepharose FAST FLOW、ToyopearlDEAE-650M、Streamline DEAE和Sephadex G-150)的Kd,计算和比较了不同介质的孔径分布,分析了介质的可吸附孔表面积等结构参数,证实了逆体积排阻层析法分析层析介质孔径分布的可行性和实用性。 相似文献

Urea bridged organic–inorganic hybrid mesoporous SiO2 materials (U-BSQMs) were synthesized through a sol–gel procedure by co-condensation of bis(triethoxysilyl propyl) urea (BSPU) under basic conditions using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as organic template. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) confirmed the mesoporous structure of the sample. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), solid state CP-MAS NMR spectroscopy of 29Si (29Si CP-MAS NMR) and 13C (13C CP NMR) indicated that most of the Si–C bonds are unbroken during the synthesis process. The N2 adsorption–desorption results revealed that these hybrid mesoporous SiO2 materials have bimodal distribution of pores with pore diameters of 2.4 and 3.8 nm, respectively. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) demonstrated that about 16% Si–C bonds have been broke during the synthesis progress. This kind of material is expected to find possible application in ion supporting, drug delivery and catalysis. 相似文献

The development of ordered mesoporous solids is revised. Acid, base, and redox catalytic properties are presented together
with their application for a series of organic reactions of fundamental and practical interest. Finally it is explained that
it is possible to make use of the high surface and regular porosity of MCM–41 to prepare supported metals, and bifunctional
catalysts. The above properties together with the presence of a large number of surface silanol groups allow the grafting
of catalytically active transition metal complexes.

介孔结构的表征和分析对于介孔材料的开发至关重要,其中低温氮气吸脱附法是最常用的介孔表征方法之一。然而,目前氮气吸脱附法采用的分析模型仍基于平行孔假设,无法描述脱附过程堵孔现象,以及获取孔道连通性等重要孔结构信息。本文建立了低温氮气吸脱附的孔道网络模型,用于分析介孔结构对氮气等温吸脱附行为的影响。通过对比氧化铝材料的氮气吸脱附实验数据和模拟结果,证实了建立的孔道网络模型能很好地描述介孔材料中低温氮气吸脱附行为。模拟结果表明平均孔径较小时,毛细凝聚分压低,液氮堵孔效应显著,氮气吸脱附曲线回滞环的范围和面积较大;孔径分布较宽时,小孔和大孔数量均较多,毛细凝聚和堵孔效应显著,回滞环面积较大;孔道连通性不会影响吸附过程,但会通过改变堵孔效应显著影响脱附过程,连通性越差,堵孔效应越强。证实了堵孔效应对氮气脱附过程影响显著,因而氮气吸脱附法需要考虑堵孔效应,建立的孔道网络模型也可为介孔结构分析提供合理的模型工具。 相似文献

An improved method to analyze lipid classes of edible oils and fats by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and high-performance size-exclusion chromatography (HPSEC) is presented. A mixture of lipid standards was fractionated by the solid-phase extraction procedure (NH2 phase) into polar and nonpolar fractions; these were then submitted to analysis by HPSEC. The size-exclusion chromatographic columns were three styrene/divinylbenzene columns with pore sizes of 100 Å and 50 Å. Light-scattering was used for the detection system, and the parameters of the detector were optimized to minimize the difference between the responses of the compounds studied. With this procedure it was possible to separate the following lipid classes: triacylglycerols, diacylglycerols, monoacylglycerols and free fatty acids, sterols, sterol esters, tocopherols and carotenoids. Quantitative analysis was studied for a light-scattering detector with several lipid standards of different molecular weights and unsaturation levels. 相似文献

A number of procedures have been investigated for the calibration of a size-exclusion chromatography (s.e.c.) column in the determination of molecular mass (MM) distributions of coal derivatives. The behaviour of narrow fractions of coal extracts in the MM range 200–3000 was compared with a variety of the more generally available calibration standards. Calibration with preparative s.e.c. subfractions of materials similar to those under study has been recommended. Polystyrene standards are satisfactory, however, for MM < 1000, but above this range other polymer standards should be sought. Universal and molar volume calibration do not apply to coal-derived materials. 相似文献
