连铸机出坯系统改造

为满足生产165 mm系列矩形坯的需要,对天津天钢联合特钢有限公司R10.5 m六机六流连铸机的出坯系统进行改造,将原捞钢机改造为推钢机,原单流出坯辊道出坯改为多流共用辊道出坯,步进冷床改为平推分堆冷床,同时调整控制监控方式及工艺参数。改造后的出坯系统结构简单,铸坯移送能力提高,能够满足不同定尺的生产要求,保证出坯系统长时间稳定高效运行,取得了较好的经济效益。     

碳、硅、锰含量对低碳冷拔拉丝钢力学性能的影响

在多年生产冷拔拉丝钢Q195的基础上，成功地开发了低碳冷拔拉丝钢(HL钢)以代替Q195。与Q195相比，该钢伸长率δ10。增加了7．2％，抗拉强度降低了70MPa。介绍了HL钢相关的生产工艺，探讨了钢中碳、硅含量对其力学性能的影响。     

双流板坯侧面鼓肚与边角挂钢原因与对策

通过对柳钢六台板坯连铸机生产工艺和结晶器工况进行对比研究,分析了7#板坯铸机生产低碳系列钢种出现铸坯侧面鼓肚和铸坯的边角部挂钢纵裂原因。通过调整侧辊喷淋喷嘴型号,改善结晶器出口坯壳冷却效率,增加宽面铜板夹紧力,加强角缝检查清理等措施,解决了铸坯侧面鼓肚和铸坯的边角部挂钢纵裂问题。     

天钢生产TS06拉丝专用钢盘条的实践

介绍了天钢利用顶底复吹转炉、LF精炼炉、方坯连铸、高速线材轧机工艺生产TS06拉丝专用钢盘条的实践。通过对转炉终点控制、LF钢包精炼工艺及控冷控轧工艺等方面的探索，顺利生产出了TS06低碳拉丝专用钢盘条，完全能够满足镀锌钢丝生产的需求。     

莱钢六机六流方坯连铸机出坯系统适应性改造

莱钢六机六流连铸机出坯系统原设计存在冷床出坯能力不足,铸坯无法进行热装,移坯车、翻钢机因整体强度、刚度低易变形,以及拨爪机构不合理等,为此对重点部位进行适应性改造。增加移坯机车架强度,拨爪升降机构改为减速机通过链条拖动,并改造拨爪结构;增加梁、加厚钢板等,增强翻钢机的抗变形能力;取消翻转冷床及推钢机液压系统,增加滑轨冷床,保证了钢坯的热装热送。改造后,系统运行稳定,故障率低。     

模内加小块钢板切边改善低碳沸腾钢的质量

1. 现状与设想武钢生产的WO8F低碳沸腾钢,主要供1700mm轧机用于轧制镀锡、镀锌、自行车、搪瓷等用薄板。1979年9月第一炼钢厂开始在500t吹氧平炉进行试炼.这种钢用作镀锡板的原板,虽然质量和力学性能均符合国际镀锡板的要求,但由钢锭轧成板坯的成坯率低,因而造成大量长度小于4m的短尺坯,致使供热轧厂用坯的成坯率只有45％左右。生产WO8F这类低碳沸腾钢,关键在于控制钢液的氧化度和温度,只有在适量的[O]和温度下,才
