This paper describes a detailed procedure into the investigation of optimised control strategies for CO2 cycles in medium temperature retail food refrigeration systems. To achieve this objective, an integrated model was developed composing of a detailed condenser/gas cooler model, a simplified compressor model, an isenthalpic expansion process and constant evaporating temperature and superheating. The CO2 system can operate subcritically or transcritically depending on the ambient temperature. For a transcritical operation, a prediction can be made for optimised refrigerant discharge pressures from thermodynamic cycle calculations. When the system operates in the subcritical cycle, a floating discharge pressure control strategy is employed and the effect of different transitional ambient temperatures separating subcritical and transcritical cycles on system performance is investigated. The control strategy assumes variable compressor speed and adjustable air flow for the gas cooler/condenser to be modulated to achieve the constant cooling load requirement at different ambient conditions. 相似文献

针对多联机常规的制热控制策略导致系统运行不稳定的特性,提出新的控制策略,建立了压缩机输出比控制模型和压缩机切换控制模型,设计一套10HP数码涡旋多联机系统进行验证.控制模型中以一个周期时间内排气压力的平均值作为当前压力值按照给定的目标压力区域来调节压缩机输出比,并给出了控制模型中的目标压力基准值的确定原则.压缩机切换控制策略中,设置数码压缩机为优先级高的压缩机,调节其输出能力,直到100%输出比,再切换启动定频压缩机,有利于提高性能系数.实验证明这种控制策略对提高系统运行的稳定性、可靠性以及性能系数是可行的. 相似文献

This paper presents a steady state simulation model to predict the performance of alternative refrigerants in vapour compression refrigeration/heat pump systems. The model is based on the NTU-ε method in analysing the heat exchangers following an elemental approach. The model extends its applicability to new refrigerants including hydrocarbons and uses a large database of REFPROP package for refrigerant properties. The main inputs to the model include the physical details of the heat exchangers, compressor efficiency, mass flow rates of heat transfer fluids and their inlet temperatures to the evaporator and the condenser, the pressure drops across the heat exchangers and the capacity of either the evaporator or condenser (in kW). The model results are validated with a wide range of experimental data of HCFC22 and propane (HC290) on a heat pump test facility for a number of parameters, e.g. coefficient of performance, condenser capacity, mass flow rate of the refrigerant and compressor discharge temperature. Although the model is currently tested for pure refrigerants using compact brazed plate (counter flow type) heat exchangers, it can also be applied to mixture of refrigerants as well as to other types of heat exchangers. 相似文献

Performance analyses of separate components of an automobile air conditioning system have been carried out under various operating conditions. The air conditioning system consists of a laminated type evaporator, a swash plate type compressor, a parallel flow type condenser, a receiver drier and an externally equalized thermostatic expansion valve. A computer program for performance analysis of the laminated type evaporator has been developed on the basis of the overall heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop which were obtained experimentally. A computer program for performance analysis of the parallel flow type condenser, using an empirical equation for the heat transfer coefficient, has been developed, which demonstrates that the predicted condensing capacity agrees very well with the experimental data. Then, a model for combining the performance analysis programs of separate components of an automobile air conditioning system is proposed, which simulates very well the performance of the integrated automobile air conditioning system. Further, the effects of condenser size and refrigerant charge on the performance of the integrated automobile air conditioning system are discussed. 相似文献
