为克服传统微带低通滤波器结构尺寸大和过渡带衰减慢的缺点,基于椭圆函数低通滤波器原型,设计了一款结构紧凑、插损小、过渡带陡峭的高低阻抗线微带低通滤波器。给出了该滤波器结构尺寸的计算公式,并通过仿真软件ADS和HFSS对其进行了仿真优化,采用微波材料板制作出滤波器实物并进行了测试验证,实测结果与仿真结果具有较好的一致性,且验证了该设计方案的可行性。  相似文献

Quasi elliptic filters are of great demand in the present day communication systems. Coupling matrix analysis of pseudo-elliptic low pass filter using conventional microstrip line is presented in this paper. The conventional microstrip line has no non-zero cut off frequency. The conventional microstrip line is transformed into a pseudo-elliptic low-pass filter using the concept of slow wave. The slow wave microstrip line exhibits pseudo-elliptic low-pass behavior with transmission zeros at finite frequencies unlike the conventional Butterworth and Chebyshev filters. The coupling matrix of the slow wave microstrip line is arrived at by using the generalized Chebyshev functions. The coupling matrix of the slow wave line is validated using the MATLAB tool box. Finally, the prototype is fabricated and the performance is measured.  相似文献

An iterative method for the design of microstrip low-pass elliptic function filters is described. The method, which is a direct extension of the work of H.J. Orchard (IEEE Trans. Circuit Syst., vol.CAS-32, no.11, p.1089-96, 1985), determines the microstrip line parameters that produce the same locations of the frequencies of transmission zeros and reflection zeros of an equivalent lumped-element prototype. Effects of the discontinuities at the junction are easily accounted for in the iteration. A design example is included, and an experimental seventh-order filter designed and constructed using the procedure gives measured results that agree closely with theory  相似文献

微带线结构的不连续性,使反射损耗和插入损耗较大,影响滤波器性能。利用平衡法提升滤波器并联分支中较低的特性阻抗,达到降低微带线宽度的目的,从而均衡整个滤波器的宽度,使版图仿真优化。以一个5阶切比雪夫微带低通滤波器设计为例,仿真结果表明,滤波器通带内反射损耗从-9.566dB降低到-15.837dB,插入损耗从0.679dB降低到0.322dB,与直接采用Richards变换和Kuroda规则设计微带低通滤波器相比,该方法能缩短滤波器设计周期,获得满意的滤波器性能。  相似文献

首先借助三维全波电磁仿真软件HFSS对CSRR微带线进行了仿真,并引入慢波因子(SWF)分析了其慢波特性。然后根据CSRR微带线幅频曲线的单极点低通特性,以一阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器为原型,建立了CSRR微带线的等效电路模型,通过高频电磁仿真结果和电路仿真结果的对比,二者吻合较好,从而验证了该等效电路模型的正确性和有效性。最后,基于该等效电路模型研究了CSRR的结构变化对其电路特性的影响。CSRR微带线必将在未来微带电路设计中具有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

本文提出了一种超宽带带通滤波器的改进设计方法,通过这种设计方法能够有效展宽阻带,实现谐波抑制的效果.该设计方式基于微带和共面波导(CPW)耦合的结构,其中,微带与输入,输出共面波导分别设计在介质基板的两个不同面上.本文在输入/输出端口附近的共面波导中心导带处做了改进,用于抑制高频段的谐波,从而在保证通带性能良好的基础上,有效抑制了寄生通带.文中给出了改进后滤波器的结构以及通过仿真和实验获得的性能参数,结果显示该滤波器具有良好的谐波抑制作用,使得阻带的高端达到20.0GHz,约为中心频率的3倍左右.  相似文献

含广义交叉耦合的N个谐振器滤波器,即含源-负载交叉耦合的滤波器能产生N个传输零点,通过给出这种滤波器的等效网络模型和传输函数,设计了两种新颖六边形结构的含源-负载交叉耦合的微带滤波器,一种为对称结构,一种为非对称结构.对其进行了仿真分析,仿真结果与理论值吻合较好.与传统两腔发夹形滤波器相比,这种两腔六边形结构的滤波器尺寸要缩小27.5%,频率选择性更高.  相似文献

A novel method is proposed to synthesize dual-band bandpass filters (BPFs) from a prototype low-pass filter. By implementing successive frequency transformations and circuit conversions, a new filter topology is obtained which consists of only admittance inverters and series resonators, and is thereby easy to be realized by using conventional distributed elements. A dual-band BPF with center frequencies of 1.8GHz and 2.4GHz is designed and fabricated using microstrip lines and stubs. The simulated and measured results show a good agreement and validate the proposed theory.  相似文献

This paper presents an improved and efficient method for the design of a two-channel quadrature mirror filter (QMF) bank. In the proposed method, the filter bank design problem is formulated as a low-pass prototype filter design problem, whose responses in the passband and stopband are ideal and their filter coefficients value at quadrature frequency is 0.707. A new method is developed for the design of a low-pass prototype filter which minimizes the objective function by optimizing the filter taps weights using the Levenberg–Marquardt method. When compared with other existing algorithms, it significantly reduces peak reconstruction error (PRE), error in passband, stopband and transition band. Several design examples are included to show the increased efficiency and the flexibility of the proposed method over existing methods. An application of this method is considered in the area of subband coding of the ultrasound images.  相似文献

利用复功率守恒法(CCPT)分析了波导纵向E面金属插片,得到了插片基本单元的广义散射矩阵公式。针对经典低通滤波器原型,不能获得较宽带宽的带通滤波器的设计,本文基于半波分布阶梯阻抗滤波器原型求得归一化阻抗倒置器值,编写了波导E面带通滤波器CAD程序,设计了几只宽带和窄带的带通滤波器,所得结果与其它方法吻合。  相似文献

This work presents a new configuration of single-side band (SSB) harmonically pumped mixer implemented by using two kinds of wide-band quadrature couplers to achieve the characteristics of wide operation bandwidth, high side band suppression and compact circuit size. A new type of 3 dB re-entrant microstrip coupler, which is easy to integrate with the surface-mounted devices, is adopted to achieve the required quadrature phase shifts of the radio frequency (RF) and local oscillation signals. The lump-element type of intermediate frequency coupler is not only able to have broadband characteristics and compact circuit size, but also provide the low-pass filtering function to eliminate the low-pass filter of the mixer in the conventional design. An experimental prototype of the proposed SSB mixer was manufactured. The measured conversion losses of the prototype, which includes the losses caused by couplers, are lower than 13 dB. It also shows greater than 20 dB side-band suppression over the RF frequency range of 2.2 to 2.85 GHz and the measured side-band suppression at some RF frequencies are up to 45 dB. The size of the S-band prototype fabricated on FR4 PCB is only about $40times 45 {rm mm}^{2}$.   相似文献

This letter presents a compact multisection sharp-rejection microstrip low-pass filter. Each section consists of a microstrip line section and an interdigital capacitor. The analysis for optimizing the attenuation poles by adjusting the finger number, and the width and length of the microstrip line section, is presented. The cascaded four-section low-pass filter has a return loss of better than 17 dB and an insertion loss of less than 0.7 dB from DC to 1.6 GHz. The rejection is better than 20 dB from 2.1 to 7.5 GHz.  相似文献

为了得到较纯净的真实信号,对巴特沃斯模拟滤波器的幅频特性、设计方法及设计步骤进行了研究,利用Matlab程序,设计了巴特沃斯模拟滤波器,给出了Matlab设计程序,并分析了巴特沃斯模拟滤波器的幅频特性.利用Matlab程序绘制了巴特沃斯模拟滤波器的幅频特性曲线,并利用Matlab实现了模拟滤波器原型到模拟低通、高通、带通、带阻滤波器的转换.由模拟滤波器原型设计模拟高通滤波器的实例说明了滤波器频率转换效果.  相似文献

An exact design procedure for band-stop filters is used to design a transmission-line filter with one point of perfect match at a fundamental frequency and one point of infinite attenuation at a harmonic frequency. This design method is based on the mapping of the response of a low-pass prototype into that of a transmission line filter. Here a three-element Chebyshev filter is chosen as the prototype and the otherwise general procedure is adapted for the special case of rejection of the second harmonic.  相似文献

 本文首次提出综合PBG结构和微带线结构两因素,来设计滤波器的概念.与普通PBG结构滤波器不同的是,本文采用具有T形和十字形短截线的微带线代替直线微带线,在接地板上只需刻蚀一列PBG结构即可构成宽阻带低通滤波器.文中以T形短截线PBG结构的低通滤波器为例,运用时域有限差分法(FDTD),分析了在不同短截线长度和PBG结构方孔边长的情况下,该滤波器的传输特性.文中还给出了该滤波器和Rumsey方法与Kim方法设计的级联、并联两种PBG结构低通滤波器的传输特性的模拟结果及其对比分析.最后,文中给出了模拟结果和测试结果,来验证所设计的低通滤波器的有效性.  相似文献

基片集成波导(SIW)技术使得包括平面电路、接头和矩形波导在内的完整电路可以以平面形式集成在印刷电路板上;本文简要介绍SIW这一新技术,然后利用其高通特性,再加载一个低通微带滤波器,设计了一个中心频率为18 GHz,相对带宽为33%的SIW带通滤波器,CST的数值计算结果显示该途径是成功的。  相似文献

Filters for switched-mode power converters have traditionally relied on low-pass networks-with corner frequencies well below the ripple fundamental-to attenuate switching harmonics over a range of frequencies. The filters explored in this report provide extra attenuation at discrete frequencies, easing the filtering requirement of accompanying low-pass networks. When a converter's switching frequency is tuned to a filter resonance using a novel phase-lock control scheme, a resonant filter can match the ripple-attenuation performance of a low-pass network for less volume, weight, and expense. The design and application of resonant filters and active-tuning control are discussed, and experimental results from the input filter and power stage of a prototype DC-DC converter are presented.  相似文献

A spurious-suppressed transversal filter using the multiple-coupled line is proposed. The frequency characteristics of the multiple-coupled line are analyzed in detail. In order to compare the performances, the novel spurious-suppressed transversal filter using triple-coupled half-wavelength directional couplers is designed at 30 GHz. The spurious-suppression characteristics of the proposed transversal filter are verified by the full wave analysis and the measurement. The spurious response of the fabricated filter is effectively suppressed and the large attenuation is obtained in the stopband.  相似文献
