In persons without clinical symptom it is difficult to assess an impact of probiotics regarding its effect on health. Background
Supplementation of nutritional deficiencies helps to improve immune function and resistance to infections in malnourished subjects. However, the suggested benefits of dietary supplementation for immune function in healthy well nourished subjects is less clear. Among the food constituents frequently associated with beneficial effects on immune function are micronutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin E, β-carotene and zinc, and colostrum. A new diamine was designed and synthesized to improve the flexibility of colorless polyimides by reducing residual stress. Four variations of colorless polyimides with the same dianhydride (4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)-diphthalic) and four different diamines (bis[4-(3-aminophenoxy)-phenyl] sulfone, bis(3-aminophenyl) sulfone, 2,2′-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzidine, and 2,2-bis(4-aminophenyl)-hexafluoropropane) were used. A series of colorless polyimides were prepared by adding the new diamine. The carbon and ether bonds between the benzene rings of the new diamine affected the flexibility and optical properties of colorless polyimide. The synthesis of the new diamine was confirmed by NMR measurements. Furthermore, the decrease in residual stress at room temperature and the glass transition temperature was confirmed. The effect of the new diamine was most evident for polyimide with a bulky and rigid structure. Though a slight yellow color appears because of the broken charge transfer complex balance, controlling the content of the new diamine will allow application of polyimides in flexible display. 相似文献

目的制备小刺猴头菌发酵浸膏寡糖,并检测其对肠道菌群体外生长的影响。方法采用酶降解、酸降解两种方法制备小刺猴头菌发酵浸膏寡糖,通过葡聚糖凝胶层析法与荧光辅助糖电泳法(fluorophore assisted carbohydrate electrophoresis,FACE)进行分离分析,并观察不同降解条件产物对大肠埃希菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌体外生长的影响。结果最佳酶降解反应条件为料液比1∶45,反应温度50℃,反应时间5 h,选取还原糖得率低(21.67%)、中(32.33%)、高(36.11%)3组寡糖产物,分别命名为HFP-M1、HFP-M2、HFP-M3;最佳酸降解反应条件为反应温度25℃,pH 3,反应时间1 h,选取还原糖得率低(39.72%)、中(44.93%)、高(48.25%)3组寡糖产物,分别命名为HFP-S1、HFP-S2、HFP-S3;层析结果显示,酸降解寡糖比酶降解寡糖相对分子质量小;FACE分析显示,在32%的凝胶浓度下,酶降解寡糖可分离出较明显的条带,而酸降解寡糖条带不太清晰;两种方法降解获得的6种寡糖均能显著抑制大肠埃希菌的繁殖,促进鼠李糖乳杆菌的生长,且效果优于小刺猴头菌发酵浸膏多糖。结论采用酶降解和酸降解两种方法制备的小刺猴头菌发酵发酵浸膏寡糖对大肠埃希菌的繁殖具有抑制作用,对鼠李糖乳杆菌的生长均有促进作用。本实验为大分子小刺猴头菌发酵浸膏多糖及其降解产物应用于医药保健或功能性食品的开发提供了实验依据。 相似文献

固体聚合硫酸铁的制备及对生活污水的处理 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
以硫铁矿烧渣为原料,加入适量自制硫酸亚铁,采用氯酸钠氧化法制备固体聚合硫酸铁(PFS),并应用于生活污水的处理。研究了其分子形态,探讨了用量、碱化度和pH值对COD、浊度和磷的去除率的影响。结果表明:随着碱化度的增加,单核铁离子(Fe(a))的含量逐渐减少,高聚合物[Fe(c))的含量增加,过渡性低度聚合物[Fe(b))的含量接近;碱化度对处理效果影响小;适宜的pH范围为6~10;当生活污水的COD和浊度分别为143.9mg/L和53NTU时,铁的最佳用量为55.53mg/L,COD、浊度和磷的去除率可分别达65.18%,98.68%和76.16%。 相似文献

以废弃聚氨酯塑料为原料,通过碳化、二氧化碳活化制得活性炭材料。通过比表面积测试(BET)、红外光谱(FTIR)、元素分析对聚氨酯基活性炭进行表征;同时采用硫酸锌溶液模拟电镀废水,探究硫酸锌溶液pH值、浓度、吸附时间对聚氨酯基活性炭吸附重金属锌离子的影响。结果表明,聚氨酯基活性炭含有丰富的表面官能团,BET为836.42 m2/g,微观结构以微孔为主;其对Zn2/g,微观结构以微孔为主;其对Zn(2+)的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附和准二级动力学方程,最大吸附能力为23.7 mg/g。Zn(2+)的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附和准二级动力学方程,最大吸附能力为23.7 mg/g。Zn(2+)吸附量在pH为2~6的区间内随pH的升高而逐渐升高,其吸附速率随着pH的增加而降低。 相似文献

研究了溶胶-凝胶法和反胶团法制备的超微细SiO2填充天然橡胶(NR)硫化胶的硫化特性和力学性能,并与未改性纳米SiO2、KH-570改性纳米SiO2进行了比较结果表明:SiO2的制备方法和SiO2的填充质量分数对NR硫化胶的硫化特性有很大的影响,溶胶-凝胶法和反胶团法制备的超微细SiO2填充NR硫化胶的门尼焦烧时间缩短,综合力学性能优于纳米SiO2/NR硫化胶;试片的拉伸断面电子扫描显微镜(SEM)观察表明,制备的超微细SiO2在NR硫化胶中的分散性较好,拉伸断面的NR基质产生了剪切变形的痕迹。体现了超微细SiO2对NR硫化胶较强的补强效果。 相似文献

采用简化双碱法制备K2FeO4,以NaOH代替了部分KOH,省去了除杂、干燥程序,降低了制备的成本,克服了难以大规模制备、储运的弱点。将简化法制备的K2FeO4用于处理印染厂废水,pH为6~9,投加35 mg/L的K2FeO4和4 mg/L的PAM,可以达到较好的处理效果,其中色度、SS去除率超过95%,COD、BOD5去除率超过60%,同时提高了废水的可生化性。 相似文献
