利用FactSage软件对28MnCr5钢液和镁铝尖晶石夹杂物的平衡反应进行了分析,当w[Al]在0.02%~0.04%之间,w[Mg](0.39~0.42)×10-6的临界范围时开始生成镁铝尖晶石。计算发现:在现有28MnCr5钢精炼工艺条件下,钢液中会不可避免生成镁铝尖晶石夹杂物。当钢液w[Mg]8.5×10-6时,加入钙不能使其转变成低熔点液态夹杂物;而当钢液w[Mg]小于此值时,增加w[Ca]时,夹杂物按照"镁铝尖晶石→CaO-Al2O3-MgO系液态夹杂物→CaO"路径转变,钢液w[Ca]增加至3×10-6左右时均能将其转化为CaO-Al2O3-MgO系液态夹杂物。计算表明,精炼渣还原提供的[Ca]不能使28MnCr5钢中镁铝尖晶石夹杂物完全变性,须采用向钢液中喂钙线等手段来提高钢液中的钙含量。 相似文献

采用40 t电弧炉-LF-VD-3.7 t锭模铸-轧制工艺开发了20MnCr5H-1高品质齿轮钢(/%:0.17~0.22C,≤0.12Si,1.0~1.5Mn,≤0.035P,0.015~0.035S,0.8~1.3Cr,≤0.0020O,0.015~0.045A1)-Φ80 mm材。通过控制EAF终点[P]≤0.015%,LF精炼渣碱度≥2.5,并调整钢中元素含量,VD处理、喂硫线等工艺措施,试制的5炉20MnCr5H-1钢的成分为(/%):0.16~0.20C,0.05~0.12Si,1.20~1.30Mn,0.009~0.025P,0.020~0.035S,1.00~1.10Cr,0.0008~0.0015O,0.015~0.040Al,淬透性带宽△HRC为4,各项指标均满足要求。 相似文献

提出了100 t EAF-LF-VD-CC-CR全流程控制齿轮钢氧含量的工艺措施;研究了0.00053%~0.00145%氧含量20MnCr5齿轮钢的旋转弯曲疲劳性能、断口和夹杂物尺寸。结果表明,钢中总氧含量越高,最大夹杂物尺寸也越大,疲劳强度越低,当[O]≤0.0010%时,随[O]降低,疲劳强度升高幅度较小;试验钢在表层不产生疲劳裂纹的临界夹杂物尺寸为21μm,距表面深度30~430μm的浅层区域为相对安全区域,其中的夹杂物很难引起疲劳开裂。 相似文献

摘要:20MnCr5齿轮钢通常有较好的疲劳性能及切削性能,而钢中夹杂物是影响这些性能的重要因素。为了研究镁对20MnCr5齿轮钢中夹杂物的改质行为和规律,开展了相应的工业实验,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜以及非水溶液电解腐蚀技术对铸坯和轧材进行了分析。结果表明:镁处理后,钢液更加洁净,夹杂物数量变少,尺寸也变小;以Al2O3为核心外围包裹着MnS的复合夹杂,转变为以MgO·Al2O3为核心外围包裹着MnS的复合夹杂物,且复合夹杂物的占比从4.2%提高到8.3%。对轧材进行分析,发现镁的加入使20MnCr5轧材中长条状的硫化物更加短小弥散,硫化物的细系评级从2.5级显著降低到1.5级;由于复合夹杂物内部硬质MgO·Al2O3核心抑制了轧制过程中夹杂物的变形,使夹杂物保持球形或椭球形。 相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。 相似文献
