伟晶岩型锂辉石矿浮选研究综述 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
基于对伟晶岩型锂辉石矿资源现状,锂辉石矿中主要组成矿物的理化性质与可浮性,锂辉石矿浮选基础研究和工艺现状的分析和总结,指出了伟晶岩型锂辉石矿浮选过程中的主要影响因素及所面临的主要问题。主要影响因素包括:磨矿细度、矿泥及易浮杂质、水质影响、搅拌强度、温度影响和合理用药;所面临的主要问题表现在:锂辉石矿中主要矿物浮选行为的研究有待加强、浮选捕收剂的捕收性和浮选分离抑制剂的选择性有待进一步提高、矿泥的浮选行为及其对锂辉石浮选行为的影响以及矿泥高效处置技术的研究有待加强、高海拔地区锂辉石矿浮选行为及其影响因素有待加强研究。提出锂辉石矿浮选应着重对锂辉石浮选动力学、锂辉石浮选药剂构效关系、泥质矿物浮选行为及对锂辉石浮选行为影响等方面的研究。 相似文献

本文分析了传统常规浮选金、铜矿物损失的原因,介绍了闪速浮选机的构造和提高金、铜浮选回收率的工作原理,指出闪速浮选是强化粗粒金、铜矿物早收,大幅度提高金回收率的有效工艺.对鸡笼山金铜矿,在磨矿分级回路中引入闪速浮选工艺,能提高金回收率5.13%.铜精矿铜品位提高1.11%. 相似文献

文章通过浮选试验、接触角测量等研究了硫化矿浮选体系中滑石的可浮性。研究结果表明:滑石具有不受pH影响的天然可浮性,硫化矿浮选体系中戊基钾黄药(PAX)和金属离子不会影响滑石的可浮性;滑石层面接触角约为69°,端面接触角低于层面,约小10°,弱碱性条件下PAX和金属离子不会影响滑石的表面润湿性;弱碱性硫化矿浮选体系中滑石具有良好的可浮性。 相似文献

Clay minerals are widely present in various ore deposits as gangue minerals. The processing of high-clay-content ores is becoming a significant challenge for the mining industry owing to the poor flotation performance caused by the presence of clay minerals. Different types of clay minerals are typically present in ore bodies, and they cause several detrimental effects to flotation that require different treatments. In this article, a comprehensive review of the studies on understanding and mitigating the negative effects of clay minerals in flotation is presented. It starts with a review of the classification and structures of clay minerals commonly occurring in ore deposits and their properties that determine the behavior of clay minerals in flotation. It is followed by a critical review of two main negative effects of clay minerals on flotation, the recent research findings mainly from The University of Queensland group. The first negative effect is the coating of clay minerals on the surface of valuable minerals that decreases the floatability of valuable minerals. The second negative effect is the formation of network structures in the slurry. Depending on the type and strength of the network structure, it can cause either high pulp viscosity or increased gangue entrainment, which reduces the flotation recovery and flotation product grade, respectively. In this section, the mechanisms and key factors behind each negative effect are presented and critically discussed. Then, the approaches and techniques developed to mitigate the different negative effects of clay minerals are reviewed. To conclude, future directions for a more complete understanding of mechanisms and problem solving are recommended. 相似文献

研究了氢氟酸(HF)在油酸钠浮选体系中对五类结构九种硅酸盐矿物的调整作用.通过矿物ξ-电位和X光电子能潜(XPS)的测定,以矿物晶体化学特征和表面特性为依据.分析了氢氟酸在硅酸盐矿物浮选中的作用机理.并着重探讨了HF对石英和绿柱石的活化作用.结果表明,氢氨酸对硅酸盐矿物的调整作用与矿物的晶体化学特征具有密切的关系,HF对矿物表面的清洗作用,溶蚀矿物表面硅酸及在矿物表面Al3 形成铝氟络合物,使矿物表面性质发生改变.是氢氟酸调整作用的主要机理. 相似文献

A new method for true flotation and entrainment evaluation is proposed and compared with three renowned methods. Therefore, reverse froth flotation tests were conducted in a laboratory Denver cell with a kaolinitic ore. The evaluation of entrainment and true flotation was based on the recoveries of iron, titanium, and manganese oxides (FeO, TiO2, and MnO), and the contributions of each oxide on kaolin minerals determined by electronic microprobe. The effect of particle size in the flotation process was analyzed by particle size distributions of four fractions (<25 µm; +25–45 µm, +45–63 µm; and >63 µm). The contribution of entrainment is similar for the three oxides and the degree of entrainment decreases with increasing particle size; however, the recovery by true flotation is different because of its discriminatory effect on minerals. MnO has the greatest recovery, as a consequence of the major contribution of its hydrophobic minerals, while FeO has the lowest recovery values. The results of the proposed method, developed for fully liberated feeds, are coherent with those obtained by the other three methods, despite the slightly overestimated contribution of entrainment in the case of fraction greater than 63 µm. 相似文献
