用于玻璃纤维喷丝器(玻纤漏板)的弥散强化铂基电热合金是20世纪弥散强化铂基高温合金材料发展和推广应用的重要成就,目前该类材料的产品设计和制造工艺日趋成熟,应用范围更加广泛。本文论述了弥散强化铂及铂合金的发展和制造技术、结构组织及强化机理,并指出在制造玻纤喷丝器中的注意事项。  相似文献

薄膜铂电阻在温度测量领域应用日益广泛,但由于自热效应等特性影响导致实际测量准确度不高,因而结合多点测温的实际需求,提出通过控制流过铂电阻电流的时间方法,保证了铂电阻与被测环境温度保持一致,消除了自热效应影响。主要设计实现以C8051F350为主控制器的电流切换控制电路和信号采集电路,通过计算系统在标准温度点测量值的重复性指标和比较多路测量结果的一致性对性能进行了验证,结果表明设计的系统性能稳定,采集精度高。该方法为薄膜铂电阻应用于高精度温度测量领域提供了有益参考。  相似文献

Waveguides and interferometric light amplitude modulators for application at the 1.3- and 1.55-μm fiber communication wavelengths have been fabricated with thin-film hydrogenated amorphous silicon and its related alloys. The technique adopted for the thin-film growth is the plasma- enhanced chemical vapor deposition, which has been shown to give the lowest defect concentration in the film. Consequently the proposed waveguiding structures take advantage of the low optical absorption shown by a-Si:H at photon energies below the energy gap. In addition a good radiation confinement can be obtained thanks to the bandgap tailoring opportunity offered by this simple and inexpensive technology. In particular rib waveguides, based on a a-SiC:H/a-Si:H stack, have been realized on crystal silicon, showing low propagation losses. Recently, however, a new interest as low as 0.7 dB/cm. The same structure has been utilized for the fabrication of thermooptic Fabry-Perot modulators with switching times of 10 μs. Modulators based on the alternative waveguiding configuration ZnO/a-Si:H, giving comparable results, are also presented  相似文献

In continuous process manufacturing, process downtime resulting from electric variable speed drive equipment shutdown due to momentary power line dips or outages can incur heavy cost penalties brought about by loss of product or long process-restart times. In the case of ac adjustable speed inverter drives, the continuous process industries involved in this problem are presently synthetic textile manufacturing and thin-film products processing industries. Existing momentary voltage dip ride-through techniques as applied to adjustable speed inverter motor drives are reviewed with reference to the requirements of continuous process applications. Configurations considered are the variable voltage, input, the pulsewidth modulated, and the current source inverter types. Emphasis is placed on electrical ridethrough techniques as opposed to electromechanical techniques. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are discussed, and basic design and application considerations are outlined.  相似文献

The thin-film and thick-film technology of fabricating hybrid integrated circuits has become of increasing importance as requirements for precision components, such as in active filters and digital to analog converters, are imposed on present circuit designs. This paper describes a series of experiments used to demonstrate this technology at the undergraduate level. The main objective of these experiments was to allow the undergraduate student to acquire a working knowledge of how the two hybrid integrated circuits were fabricated. A secondary objective was to allow him to evaluate the two techniques in terms of the equipment used and the electrical results obtained. In addition, the equipment and techniques used for monolithic I-C fabrication were introduced by these experiments. The methods used to fabricate photomasks, copper-beryllium evaporation masks, thick-and thin-film conductors, and resistors are described.  相似文献

用CuInSe2制造的太阳电池是仅有的三种产业化的化合物薄膜太阳电池之一。电化学沉积CuInSe2的方法具有价格低、低温成膜、可大面积连续成膜、原材料消耗最少、无污染等特点。但是,电化学沉积中CuInSe2的组成难以控制、工艺参数的变化对组成的影响大,且多数条件上得到的是富铜薄膜。采用电化学沉积方法在钼箔上制备Cu-Se、In-Se和Cu-In-Se薄膜,对电沉积的工艺参数进行了测试,发现Cu-In-Se是一种诱导共沉积,虽然沉积膜不具备化学计量比,但具有一定的光电性能。  相似文献

The performance of organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) has improved significantly in the last several years and it now appears likely that they will find application in low-cost large-area electronic applications. Active-matrix displays are of special interest and integration of OTFTs with organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) in all-organic displays is particularly attractive. The device requirements for active-matrix OLED displays are very similar to those of active-matrix liquid crystal displays (AMLCDs) and can be satisfied with OTFTs fabricated using stacked pentacene active layers. Such devices have demonstrated field-effect mobility near 1.5 cm2/V·s, on/off current ratio near 108, near-zero threshold voltage, and subthreshold slope less than 1.6 V/decade. These characteristics are similar to those obtained with hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) devices and such devices would allow the use of polymeric substrates with advantages in weight, ruggedness, and cost compared to glass substrates currently used with a-Si:H devices in AMLCDs  相似文献

Thin-film resonator technology has been under development for over 40 years as a means to reach higher frequencies than obtainable with conventional quartz-crystal technology. Using advances in microelectronic processing, thin films of piezoelectric materials are used to fabricate resonators and filters over a range of 500 MHz to 20 GHz. 提出了一种基于BIM-5D技术的特高压换流站工程管控能力提升方法,在BIM-5D系统整体框架上,利用多次自适应最小二乘曲线拟合和分段预警方法建立了施工进度和成本管控预警模型。采用挣得值法对预警模型进行了参数校正和预警阈值范围设置,获取最终的特高压换流站工程管控系统。结合具体案例对特高压换流站工程的施工进度和成本进行分析,并得到了相应的应用场景。案例分析结果表明,基于BIM-5D技术的特高压换流站工程管控系统,能够有效对施工进度和成本进行管控。  相似文献

伺服电机在装备制造、新能源和家电等领域有着广阔的应用,为得到高精度转子位置信息,通常采用旋转变压器或光电编码器等高分辨率位置码盘,但其价格普遍较高,增加了系统设计成本。而无传感器技术当前还很难全面满足工业及家电等领域的应用要求。低分辨率位置传感器永磁同步电机驱动技术是一种能够保证电机运行性能,同时能有效控制系统成本、提高系统可靠性的转子位置检测技术,受到国内外产业界的广泛关注。介绍开关型霍尔位置传感器的使用方法与工作原理,总结原始霍尔位置信息误差的来源与校正方法;重点讨论基于插值法、同步坐标系滤波器法和观测器法的转子位置/转速估算策略,从提高低分辨率位置传感器电机系统低速性能等方面分析和比较不同估算策略的原理、优缺点、适用范围及应用情况;最后,总结现有研究成果及有待解决的问题。  相似文献
