蒸汽-燃气联合循环装置由于其较高的发电效率而被广泛应用于各大、中型电厂。然而,在微小型燃气-蒸汽发电装置中,蒸汽轮机的应用无疑使得装置体积和成本费用大增。因此,本文提出在小型分布式发电装置中,采用环境压力吸热燃气轮机循环(APGC)装置来替代蒸汽轮机装置吸收燃气轮机排出的废气能量,组成燃-燃联合循环,增加系统本身的做功能力和效率,达到节能、减少燃料消耗的目的。本文从热力学第一定律和第二定律出发,基于ASPENPLUS软件分别建立了燃-燃联合循环、蒸-燃联合循环模型,比较分析了两种循环装置在能量质量和数量上的利用程度。结果表明:燃-燃联合循环装置的效率较高,这在要求能源高效利用的今天具有一定的理论意义。 相似文献

The bases of the performed energy analyses are the elaborate mathematical models describing the behaviour of main elements of the gas-steam power plants integrated with coal gasification, such as the gas generator, raw-gas cooler with the gas desulphurisation system, compressor, combustion chamber, gas turbine, heat-recovery steam-generator and steam-turbine cycle. A mixed ionic and electronic conducting (MIEC) membrane provides an alternative to the palladium alloy membrane for water gas shift membrane reactor. It exhibits much better sulfur resistance performance than the palladium alloy membrane. In this paper, the thermodynamic performance of the integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) system with MIEC membrane reactor is predicted for the first time. The effects of reactor operation parameters on system flowsheet and performance are investigated and illustrated by sensitive analysis. When the reactor operation temperature is 900 °C and the H2O decomposition ratio is 0.5, the system net efficiency is about 38.90%, which is 2.6% points higher than that of the IGCC with Selexol. The system net efficiency increases with the decrease of operation temperature. With the net efficiency of the conventional system as the reference, the minimum H2O decomposition ratios at different operating temperatures are provided. 相似文献

我国生活垃圾产量逐年增加,焚烧是目前主流的生活垃圾减量化和资源化处理技术。但是未经预处理的生活垃圾成分复杂、热值偏低,导致在焚烧过程中存在污染物排放和发电效率低等问题。针对上述问题提出了一种全新的生活垃圾气化甲烷化发电技术。该技术将生活垃圾筛选、破碎、干化后制成废弃物衍生燃料RDF-5,利用气化、净化、甲烷化工艺制成高热值可燃气体,并采用内燃机-蒸汽轮机联合循环发电,能够降低污染物排放并提高发电效率。基于该技术,对各个工艺环节开展分析讨论与比较选型,以每天处理300t RDF-5燃料为例,进行了热平衡计算及发电机组配置方案设计。 相似文献

化学回热循环是一种先进的燃气轮机循环方式。为系统研究燃气轮机化学回热循环热力学性能,在循环过程热力学分析的基础上,建立了燃气轮机化学回热循环温熵图,定义了燃料热值相对增加率,推导循环的热效率的数学表达式,对该循环性能进行了分析和计算。结果表明:化学回热循环具有较高的效率,最大效率可达55%以上。化学回热循环效率最佳压比取决于燃气轮机简单循环中的最佳压比,所以化学回热循环是不受压比限制的回热循环。化学回热循环燃料蒸汽转化的深度受排气温度的影响较大,排气温度越低燃料热值的增加率越小。 相似文献

In this work, low temperature Organic Rankine Cycles are studied as bottoming cycle in medium and large scale combined cycle power plants. The analysis aims to show the interest of using these alternative cycles with high efficiency heavy duty gas turbines, for example recuperative gas turbines with lower gas turbine exhaust temperatures than in conventional combined cycle gas turbines. The following organic fluids have been considered: R113, R245, isobutene, toluene, cyclohexane and isopentane. Competitive results have been obtained for toluene and cyclohexane ORC combined cycles, with reasonably high global efficiencies. 相似文献

针对抛物面聚光器因受光器阻挡造成的聚光不均匀、加工难度大、不能使用直射光线、占地面积大等缺陷,提出了一种使用两次反射的多平面镜聚光器,给出了单镜面的面积计算方法和太阳能电池表面积接收的光强达到最佳光强的镜面数量计算方法,并分析了太阳能聚光器的跟踪控制方式。仿真试验结果表明,采用这种方法太阳能电池可接收额定光强的5倍左右太阳能辐射,可以在太阳能电池标准配置下大大提高光伏系统的输出功率。 相似文献
