提出了基于UWT(非抽样小波变换)去噪与FastICA(快速独立分量分析)算法相结合的含噪盲源分离方法,采用先去噪后分离的方式实现了在加性高斯噪声环境下混合图像的盲分离。仿真结果表明,该方法能很好地从加性高斯噪声中分离出源图像,与曲波阈值去噪后的FastICA方法相比较,该方法能获得更好的峰值信噪比。  相似文献

以独立分量分析(ICA)技术作为主要研究对象,对基于独立分量分析的定点算法进行了详细的分析和推理。传统定点算法具有结构简单、运算速度快的特点,但是在图像盲分离中数据有时不能完全满足独立性假设,因此在有些情况下,该算法是否收敛仍具有不确定性。由此,提出了一种能够自适应调整学习率的改进定点图像盲分离方法。将该方法用于混合图像的分离中,较传统方法而言,有收敛速度更快、鲁棒性更强、对数据相关性要求相对较低的优点。计算估计图像的峰值信噪比可知,分离效果是十分有效的。可见,该算法是一种新的、快速有效的图像分离方法。  相似文献

曲波(Curvelet)变换有两种数值实现方法,一种是基于非均匀采样的快速Fourier变换即usfft算法;另一种是基于特殊选择的Fourier采样的卷绕即wrapping算法。将这两种实现方法针对图像去噪性能进行了比较,并且提出将曲波变换的wrapping算法和FastICA算法结合起来,对含有噪声的混合图像进行了盲分离。仿真研究结果表明,对于含有加性观测噪声的混合图像,该方法有更好的去噪分离效果,并且运算速度显著提高。  相似文献

独立分量分析(ICA)是基于信号高阶统计量的盲源分离方法,在高阶统计量方法中,由于高斯信号的高阶累计量为零,所以系统存在加性高斯噪声时就难以处理。提出了一种基于curvelet阈值去噪和FastICA算法的含噪信号盲分离的方法,并对高斯噪声环境下的混合图像进行了盲分离的仿真。结果表明,该方法能很好地解决由于存在加性高斯噪声而导致经典ICA算法性能发生严重恶化的问题;同时将curvelet变换去噪应用于含噪图像的盲源分离中,可以提高混合图像的信噪比,相对于小波去噪后的ICA算法,其分离性能有很大改善。  相似文献

独立分量分析(independent component analysis,ICA)是基于信号高阶统计量的盲源分离方法。在分析独立分量分析的基本模型及方法的基础上,讨论了有噪信号的独立分量分析(Noisy ICA),利用小波阈值去噪和FastICA算法进行了有噪混合图像分离的仿真研究。结果表明,对于含有加性观测噪声的混合图像的分离,先去噪处理再进行独立分量分离的效果要优于独立分量分离后再去噪的效果。  相似文献

针对隐写术的特点,提出了一种新的隐写提取算法。该算法不同于传统提取算法基于逆嵌入算法的思想,将快速独立分量分析(FastICA)引入提取算法中,进行载体图像与秘密图像的分离。隐写是在真彩色图像的小波系数上进行的,有效地将近几年来比较热门的隐写术、小波分析与独立分量分析结合在一起。实验验证独立分量分析技术不仅能够用于秘密信息提取而且还能够实现真正的盲提取。  相似文献

针对含噪环境下数字调制混合信号盲源分离(BSS)误码率(BER)过高的问题,提出了一种基于RobustICA的二阶段盲源分离算法R-TSBS。该算法采用RobustICA算法对阵列响应向量构成的混合矩阵进行估计,然后利用数字调制信号的有限符号集特征,在第二阶段用最大似然估计(MLE)方法估计各个数字调制源信号发送的符号序列,达到盲源分离的目的。实验仿真表明,传统的独立成分分析(ICA)算法如RobustICA算法和FastICA算法误码率很高,在信噪比(SNR)为10 dB时,其误码率达到了3.5×10-2左右,而基于FastICA的二阶段盲源分离算法F-TSBS和基于RobustICA的二阶段盲源分离算法R-TSBS的误码率则下降到了10-3,分离性能得到了明显改善;在较低的信噪比(0~4 dB)下,R-TSBS算法较F-TSBS算法约有2 dB性能提升。  相似文献

Complexity pursuit is an extension of projection pursuit to time series data and the method is closely related to blind separation of time-dependent source signals and independent component analysis. The goal is to find projections of time series that have interesting structure, defined using criteria related to Kolmogoroff complexity or coding length. In this paper, we first derive a simple approximation of coding length for unifying model that takes into account nongaussianity of sources, their autocorrelations and their smoothly changing nonstationary variances. Next, a fixed-point algorithm is proposed by using approximate Newton method. Finally, simulations verify the fixed-point algorithm converges faster than the existing gradient algorithm and it is more simple to implement due to it does not need any learning rate.  相似文献

针对传统的固定点算法对分离矩阵初始值敏感的问题,提出一种改进的独立分量分析(ICA)算法,通过在传统的算法核心迭代过程中加入搜索因子,降低算法对矩阵初始值的依赖,提高处理效率。将ICA算法应用于作物精细光谱的分类,分别利用传统固定点算法和改进的固定点算法对混合光谱进行信息提取与分离。实验证明,改进的ICA算法在与传统算法作物光谱分类效果相当的情况下,迭代次数减少26%,提高了独立分量的分离效率,是一种有效的作物光谱分类方法。  相似文献

Independent component analysis (ICA) is a statistical method for transforming an observed multidimensional random vector into components that are statistically as independent from each other as possible. We use a combination of two different approaches for linear ICA: Comon's information theoretic approach and the projection pursuit approach. Using maximum entropy approximations of differential entropy, we introduce a family of new contrast functions for ICA. These contrast functions enable both the estimation of the whole decomposition by minimizing mutual information, and estimation of individual independent components as projection pursuit directions. The statistical properties of the estimators based on such contrast functions are analyzed under the assumption of the linear mixture model, and it is shown how to choose contrast functions that are robust and/or of minimum variance. Finally, we introduce simple fixed-point algorithms for practical optimization of the contrast functions  相似文献

The author previously introduced a fast fixed-point algorithm for independent component analysis. The algorithm was derived from objective functions motivated by projection pursuit. In this paper, it is shown that the algorithm is closely connected to maximum likelihood estimation as well. The basic fixed-point algorithm maximizes the likelihood under the constraint of decorrelation, if the score function is used as the nonlinearity. Modifications of the algorithm maximize the likelihood without constraints.  相似文献

Independent component analysis (ICA) and blind source separation (BSS) methods have been used for pattern recognition problems. It is well known that ICA and BSS depend on the statistical properties of original sources or components, such as non-Gaussianity. In the paper, using a statistical property—nonlinear autocorrelation and maximizing the nonlinear autocorrelation of source signals, we propose a fast fixed-point algorithm for BSS. We study its convergence property and show that its convergence speed is at least quadratic. Simulations by the artificial signals and the real-world applications verify the efficient implementation of the proposed method.  相似文献

针对脑功能磁共振成像在处理数据时空间维数较大的问题,提出一种空间独立分量分析(ICA)方法。研究空间ICA方法的基本模型结构和空间ICA的3种常见算法,即Infomax算法、Fixed-Point算法和Orth-Infomax算法。设计中文词义辨别实验,并使用线性相关方法进行算法比较。实验结果表明,与Infomax算法、Fixed-Point算法相比,Orth-Infomax算法任务相关分量的时间序列与参考函数的平均相关系数最大,具有较高的求解质量和求解效率,能够有效处理脑功能磁共振成像系统中存在的大量数据。  相似文献

介绍了盲源分离的基本概念以及基于负熵的盲源分离技术。以交流电机变频调速系统振动信号为研究对象,介绍了快速定点独立分量分析(Fast ICA)方法,并通过MATLAB软件编程,对系统的实测振动信号进行了分离。分离结果表明,该算法能够从复杂振动信号中有效地分离出大部分源信号,实现主要振动源信号的提取。  相似文献

In this note we study scaling rules and roundoff noise variances in a fixed-point implementation of the Kalman predictor for an ARMA time series observed noise free. The Kalman predictor is realized in a fast form that uses the so-called fast Kalman gain algorithm. The algorithm for the gain is fixed point. Scaling rules and expressions for rounding error variances are derived. The numerical results show that the fixed-point realization performs very close to the floating point realization for relatively low-order ARMA time series that are not too narrow band. The predictor has been implemented in 16-bit fixed-point arithmetic on an INTEL 8086 microprocessor, and in 16-bit floating-point arithmetic on an INTEL 8080. Fixed-point code was written in Assembly language and floating-point code was written in Fortran. Experimental results were obtained by running the fixed- and floating-point filters on identical data sets. All experiments were carried out on an INTEL MIDS 230 development system.  相似文献

A new gradient technique is introduced for linear independent component analysis (ICA) based on the Edgeworth expansion of mutual information, for which the algorithm operates sequentially using fixed-point iterations. In order to address the adverse effect of outliers, a robust version of the Edgeworth expansion is adopted, in terms of robust cumulants, and robust derivatives of the Hermite polynomials are used. Also, a new constrained version of ICA is introduced, based on goal programming of mutual information objectives, which is applied to the extraction of the antepartum fetal electrocardiogram from multielectrode cutaneous recordings on the mother's thorax and abdomen.  相似文献
