利用硅烷偶联剂与正硅酸乙酯共水解法对SiO2纳米颗粒进行原位疏水化处理,并采用共水解后的溶胶在玻璃基底上浸渍提拉成膜,两次成膜后即可以使玻璃表面呈现良好的超疏水性并保持较好的透明度。论文通过扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱、接触角仪进一步对超疏水表面进行了表征。实验结果显示制备的超疏水表面不仅具有较大的表观接触角(≥150°),而且该表面有着较小的接触角滞后。通过该方法制备的超疏水表面不需要使用昂贵的全氟烷进行后续疏水化处理,从而简化了超疏水表面的制备工艺。 相似文献

A highly hydrophobic conductive polyester (PET-HE) fabric was prepared by a simple two-steps method. Firstly, homogeneous coating (the mixture of PET and carbon black (CB)) was uniformly coated on the PET fabric, which through curing in water coagulation bath and electrically conductive (PET-E) fabric was prepared. Then the solvent-induced crystallization process was adopted to PET-E fabric to endow the hydrophobic property. Investigations showed that PET-HE treated fabrics exhibited better hydrophobic and conductivity when the content of PET is 9wt% and the content of CB is the range of 8wt%-10wt%. The prepared polyester fabric proved to have such features as WCA was about 145°and surface resistance was about 300 Ω.GRAPHICAL ABSTRACT 相似文献

磷石膏(PG)是磷酸湿法工艺中产生的固体废渣,大量堆存造成环境污染。PG经球磨和煅烧处理得到的无水磷石膏(APG)再经表面疏水改性后可用作高分子材料的填料,在材料中起到增韧、增强作用,提高材料的综合力学性能,成为PG资源化利用的一种有效途径。以APG为主要原料,以活化指数为响应值,通过单因素试验和响应面法对APG疏水改性工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,响应曲面建立的数学模型拟合度较高,NaOH浓度、KH570添加量和反应时间3个因素对活化指数均有显著影响,其中KH570添加量是影响改性效果的主要因素。APG最优疏水改性条件为:NaOH浓度2.6 mol/L,KH570添加量3.10 g,反应时间149 min。最优条件下改性APG的活化指数为0.968 9,接触角为84.51°。 相似文献

This work illustrates the complexity of protein adsorption by ion exchange and hydrophobic interactions and the important role of nonspecific effects in the establishment of the adsorptive process. In ion exchange the interaction mechanism between chymotrypsinogen and lysozyme and two commercially available cation-exchange resins at different pH values and salt concentrations was studied. In hydrophobic interaction, the effect of temperature on the adsorption mechanism of bovine serum albumin onto epoxy-(CH2)4-sepharose was analyzed. In both cases observations have been made with respect to the results obtained from flow microcalorimetry. A direct correlation between the heat of adsorption data and isotherm measurements were observed. 相似文献

研究了氯化镧对镁合金疏水膜耐蚀性的影响。采用中性盐雾试验和电化学试验测试了疏水膜的耐蚀性,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察了疏水膜的表面形貌。结果表明:氯化镧对镁合金疏水膜有一定的改性作用,使膜层由乳突状结构转变为层片状结构,进而使膜层由疏水表面转变为超疏水表面,其接触角可达153°。另外,添加氯化镧后疏水膜的盐雾时间延长至109.0 h,耐蚀性大幅提高。 相似文献

The aim of this study is to synthesize a hydrophobic surface coating with abrasion-resistant inorganic-organic hybrid materials. First, the copolymer of poly (MMA-co-MPTS)-colloid silica was synthesized by using the free radical polymerization of the methyl methacrylate (MMA) with γ-methacrylate propyltriethoxysilane (γ-MPTS). Next, the copolymer was hydrolyzed with tetraethoxylsilane (TEOS), fluoroalkylsilane (FAS), and colloid silica in the weak acid condition by a sol-gel process to obtain the surface coatings of hybrid material of poly (MMA-co-MPTS)-colloid silica. Finally, the effects of the colloid silica content on the optical properties, abrasion resistance, and morphology of the hybrid surface coatings were discussed in this study. 相似文献
