用于干燥超细粉体介质的旋转闪蒸干燥器密封装置,常常因粉体颗粒进入密封装置引起“抱轴”,导致密封失效和电机损坏等事故。针对这一问题,设计了一种气体保护填料迷宫组合密封结构。该密封装置允许少量气体通过迷宫疏齿以较大的动能进入干燥器内,阻止粉体颗粒进入密封腔内,保护密封装置正常工作。保护气体采用洁净气体,填料密封易于实现。通过对组合密封原理分析,介绍了气体保护填料迷宫组合密封装置设计及保护气体进入量及速度的计算方法,并实际应用,运行效果良好。  相似文献

采用环境扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪、光学接触角测量仪等手段研究了漆酶处理对木材表面结构、热力学性质、表面浸润性以及持水力性能的影响。结果表明:漆酶处理后木材出现表面壳状木质素覆盖层被部分移去并出现孔洞、木材玻璃化转变温度下降、表面浸润性提高、持水能力增强等有利于人造板生产的性能变化。验证实验表明,漆酶处理后木材的加工性能得到了提高。  相似文献

Abstract

Milled aspen wood was thermochemically modified with citric acid for the purpose of improving the copper (Cu2+) ion sorption capacity of the wood when tested in 24-hour equilibrium batch tests. The wood-citric acid adducts provided additional carboxyl groups to those in the native wood and substantially increased Cu2+ ion uptake of the modified wood compared with that of the unmodified wood. Sorption capacity (qe) measured with an unbuffered standard solution increased to a maximum of 7.9 mg Cu2+ ion/g of wood (treated) from 1.3 mg Cu2+ ion/g wood (untreated). When measured with a buffered standard solution, the qe increased to a maximum of 13.8 mg Cu2+ ion/g of wood (treated) from 4.1 mg Cu2+ ion/g wood (untreated). The treatment necessary for maximum qe was 2 hours at 130°C. Modification treatments included three time periods (2, 4, 6 hours) and three temperature regimes (110, 120, 130°C). To further evaluate the efficacy of modification treatments, weight change after treatment was monitored as an indirect measure of bound citric acid. It was found that increases to the original mass of greater than about 30% were associated with no further increase or a decline in qe. The contribution of citric acid ester linkages to increasing mass at longer reaction times was monitored with ATR/FTIR.  相似文献

木片筛渣为木材原料制浆削片备料过程中产生的废弃物,由木屑和木针组成。本课题分别采用1mol/L的HNO_3、1mol/L的H_3PO_4和1mol/L的NaOH对木片筛渣进行功能化改性,探讨了不同改性的木片筛渣,在不同吸附条件下对含铬废水中Cr(VI)吸附(去除)效果的影响。结果表明,当Cr(VI)初始浓度为15 mg/L,木片筛渣用量为40 g/L,吸附体系的pH值为2,吸附温度为30℃左右,吸附时间为80 min时,不同改性后木片筛渣对Cr(VI)的去除率均可达到70%以上,其中经HNO_3改性的木片筛渣吸附效果最好,Cr(VI)的去除率可达93.8%。  相似文献

The study evaluated the concentration and particle size distribution of air-borne wood dust in the Rubberwood furniture manufacturing industry. Air quality samples were measured at routing and hand-sanding work stations in furniture factories using the micro-orifice uniform deposit impactor (MOUDI) air-quality measuring instrument. It was found that less than 25% of the air-borne wood dust particles at the two work stations were less than 10 μm in size, which in turn did not pose major respiratory health hazards. However, the high wood dust concentrations at the two work stations is a matter of concern, and efforts must be taken to minimize the air-borne wood dust exposure levels workers are subjected to in the Rubberwood furniture manufacturing industry.  相似文献
