含氟聚合物绝缘电线通常作为航天用电线,具有柔软、耐高低温、优异的耐化学环境等性能。随着科技的进步,航天器在轨寿命延长,电子元器件也需要能够保证在长周期内保持稳定的性能。由此,对发展较早的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)、可熔性聚四氟乙烯(PFA)绝缘航天电线进行了长周期寿命研究。为表征上述航天电线在高温下的长周期寿命能力,从热分解动力学理论着手,采用Kissinger最大失重率法和Ozawa等失重百分率法计算了电线绝缘材料PTFE、FEP和PFA的分解活化能,并根据"时温等效"原理,预估了PTFE、FEP和PFA绝缘航天电线在使用温度下的寿命。 相似文献

Two types (A and B) of 25-μm-diameter bare Au bonding wire and their corresponding insulated wire were used to produce 50-μm-diameter free-air balls (FABs) for heat-affected zone (HAZ) and FAB deformability analyses. Insulated wires showed no significant
difference in HAZ length compared with bare wire for type A, while their difference lay in the range of 4% to 12% longer for
type B. The HAZ breaking load of bare wire is 0.3% to 1.8% smaller than that of insulated wire for type A and not significantly
different for type B even though the HAZ length is shown to be larger for insulated wire B. The deformability of the FAB from
insulated wires is 1.0% to 2.1% smaller than that from bare wires for type A and 2.1% to 3.4% larger for type B. 相似文献

In this paper, an efficient method is proposed for the analysis of insulated wires above a lossy half-space. The reaction concept is used to formulate the electromagnetic boundary value problem. The solution is a Galerkin moment method solution with piecewise sinusoids as basis and testing functions. The influence of lossy half-space is taken into account via equivalent images, and the currents of images are related to the source current. The dielectric coating is modeled by equivalent volume polarization currents, which are simply related to the conduction current distribution. In this way, the dielectric-coating and lossy half-space cause no new unknowns to the problem solution, the size of the impedance matrix for insulated wires above lossy ground is the same as that of bare wires in free space. The insulation is accounted for entirely through a modification of the symmetric impedance matrix. The results obtained exhibit excellent agreement with those by rigorous method or experiments. 相似文献

A method of moments procedure to obtain the capacitance matrix for a cable harness is presented. The geometry consists of multiple, parallel, insulated wires, possibly above a ground plane. The method uses Fourier harmonic expansion functions for the total charge and Galerkin testing functions. The capacitance matrix is obtained by the relationship of free charge to potential.
