高温钛合金溅射NiCrAlY涂层氧化行为的研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
研究了Ti-1100高温钛合金表面溅射NiCrAlY涂层对钛合金在600℃-800℃空气中氧化性能的影响。结果表明:由于在涂层表面形成均匀连续的Al2O3保护膜而显著改善了高温钛合金的抗氧化性,涂层本身的微晶组织使其具有良好的抗剥落能力。但在800℃时,基体中少量Ti扩散到涂层表面形成TiO,同时涂层中的Ni强烈向基体扩散,在基体和涂层中分别形成扩散带和空洞。  相似文献

NiCrAlY涂层的表面状态对高温氧化行为的影响   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
将原始喷涂态和表面抛光的NiCrAlY涂层在1050℃恒温氧化300h,利用XRD、SEM,EDS方法,测定涂层的氧化物及其相转变,分析表面氧化膜的生长破坏行为,结果表明:两种涂层在1050℃保温,在150h以内均能生成α-Al2O3氧化膜,150h后,抛光态涂层保护性氧化膜被破坏,抗氧化能力下降,喷涂态涂层表面粗糙,连续Al2O3保护膜的形成较晚,氧化早期氧化膜中存在微裂纹,可释放应力,有利于氧化膜与涂层的结合。氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律,氧化至300h,表面氧化膜只有少量微裂纹,无剥落,说明喷涂涂层的长期恒温抗氧化能力比抛光态涂层强。  相似文献

利用XRD,SEM和EDS检测了爆炸喷涂NiCrAlY涂层的高温氧化行为。结果表明,涂层1050℃恒温氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律,涂层表面生成Al2O3保护膜。氧化300h,表面氧化膜基本保持完好,涂层/基体界面无开裂,基体表层出现铝与氮的化合物。与不加涂层的单晶镍基高温合金基体比较,爆炸喷涂的NiCrAlY涂层高温抗氧化能力明显增强。  相似文献

对溅射NiCrAlY涂层进行了900℃,1000℃,1100℃空 气中高温氧化。实验表明,氧化初期生成快速长大的亚稳态θ-Al2O3相,随着氧化时间 延长,θ-Al2O3逐渐转变成α-Al2O3,氧化动力学抛物线常数kp也随之下降 。θ→α-Al2O3相变速度与温度有关,温度越高,相变越快。对涂层进行真空热处理可 促进θ→α-Al2O3转变,使涂层表面快速形成保护性能优异的α-Al2O3。  相似文献

采用热重分析及现代表面分析方法研究了低压等离子喷涂Ni CrAlY涂层在纯氧以及含5%水蒸气的O2中的高温氧化行为,结果表明:在纯氧的氧化环境中 ,NiCrAlY涂层氧化动力学遵循抛物线规律,在含有5%的水蒸气的O2中,NiCrAlY涂层在氧 化至110 h后氧化动力学几乎呈直线规律.XRD及SEM分析显示,NiCrAlY涂层在O2中氧化180 h后,表面形成一层致密的Al2O3;而在含5%水蒸气的O2中氧化180 h后表面氧化层中 除了有Al2O3外,还有NiO和Cr2O3.其原因在于水蒸气中的氢在氧化物中的溶解,致 使Ni2+扩散 速度增加,使氧化层变得疏松,降低其抗氧化性.  相似文献

用SEM、XRD和EPMA等手段,研究了溅射NiCrAlY涂层渗Al前后在1000℃和1100℃的高温氧化行为.结果表明,溅射涂层在1000℃形成了单相的α-Al2O3,具有优异的抗氧化性能;但在1100℃由于Al的过度消耗而失去保护作用.渗Al涂层在1000℃快速增长θ-Al2O3相,使其抗氧化性能稍逊于溅射涂层;在1100℃表面形成了以α-Al2O3为主的保护膜,抗氧化性能优于溅射涂层.  相似文献

采用电弧离子镀技术在炮钢表面制备NiCoCrAlYSi涂层,涂层在空气中950℃恒温氧化100h,借助XRD、SEM和EDS对涂层及氧化产物进行分析,研究其高温氧化行为。结果表明,包覆NiCoCrAlYSi涂层的炮钢极大的提高了其高温抗氧化性,涂层表面主要形成了连续、致密的α-Al2O3氧化膜,涂层氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律;同时,由于电弧离子镀涂层存在的针孔缺陷,O2会进入到涂层内部,并在针孔内和涂层与炮钢基体的界面反应形成富Al的氧化物。  相似文献

Aluminum coatings were sprayed on the substrate of steel Q235 by arc spraying. The test samples of Q235, Al coatings and Al coatings with seal coat were placed in box type electric resistance furnace at 400, 500,600, 650 ℃ when their oxidation behaviors were studied. And their oxidation kinetics curves were protracted. Microstructure, microhardness, bond strength and distribution of section elements were investigated by optical microscope(OM), Vickers microhardness instrument, electric tensile test machine and EPMA. Al coatings and Al coatings with seal coat can enhance the oxidation-resistance of substrate under 500 ℃. The latter has the best corrosion resistance. The coatings can't protect the substrate against oxidation above 600 ℃. After a long time corrosion there is enriched oxygen element at interface.  相似文献

研究了300M钢在700~1200 ℃高温下的氧化行为,利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪等手段观察分析了氧化层的表面形貌、微观组织结构成分,并结合氧化动力学曲线,分析了300M钢在700~1200 ℃高温氧化的氧化机理。研究结果表明,300M钢在700~1200 ℃的氧化遵循抛物线规律。高温条件下其氧化皮为典型的3层结构,即内氧化层、中间氧化层及外氧化层,中间氧化层又分为多孔层和疏松层。当氧化温度为1200 ℃时,FeO层晶粒内部的合金化元素Si、Cr等快速聚集并形成粗大的氧化物,此时FeO层完全失去抗氧化作用,氧化速率急剧加快。  相似文献

The oxidation behaviour of NiCrAlY coatings made by laser cladding on Hastelloy X is presented in this study. Laser cladding is an alternative method to thermal spraying for the production of bond coats. Comparable dense layers with approximately zero porosity should improve the oxidation behaviour. The oxidation behaviour of the coated specimens was assessed by air furnace oxidation tests at 1100 °C for up to 450 h. The coatings were analysed by means of light and electron microscopy techniques, microprobe analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The analysis was performed before and after the oxidation tests. The as-clad coating had a columnar dendritic structure and it did not show the presence of the relevant defects. After the oxidation tests an oxide scale was present which consisted of two distinct layers. The layers consisted of an outer layer of mixed spinel-type oxides and an inner continuous layer, in which alumina was present. The obtained results suggested that up to 450 h the system was able to form a continuous alumina layer that could protect the substrate from oxygen diffusion.  相似文献

Nanostructured NiCrAlY bond coating was deposited using a milled powder by cold spraying. A shot-peening treatment was then applied to the as-sprayed coating to modify the coating surface morphology. The oxidation behavior of the coating with the as-sprayed surface and shot-peened surface was investigated under isothermal oxidation at 900 °C and 1000 °C for different times. The oxidation behavior of the coating was characterized through surface morphology and cross-sectional microstructure by scanning electron microscopy. It was found that a uniform oxide layer was formed on the surface of the shot-peened nanostructured NiCrAlY coating during oxidation at temperatures of 900 °C and 1000 °C. The surface morphology of the coating has significant effect on the morphology of the oxide. The surface geometry of the cold-sprayed MCrAlY coating must be modified to promote formation of a protective oxide film during oxidation, through application of a post-treatment process such as shot-peening.  相似文献

本研究在不同的Al含量的条件下应用粉末包埋法制备了Y-Cr-Al涂层,并对其高温氧化行为进行了研究。结果显示:Al含量为2%所生成的涂层为三层结构,Al含量为2.5%,3%所形成的涂层为两层结构。Al含量为2%,3%的条件下涂层主要以α-Cr ,NiAl为主,Al含量为2.5%时生成的涂层富含Cr的NiAl相,许多Cr原子固溶于NiAl相中。Al含量为2%所生成的涂层氧化性能最差,Al含量为2.5%所生成的涂层展现了较为优异的氧化性能。  相似文献

Protective coating systems were applied to Mo–9Si–8B (at.%) alloys to prevent oxidation at elevated temperatures. The coatings produced by magnetron sputtering and subsequent annealing consisted of an outer oxidation protection layer and an interlayer between this and the substrate. Three amorphous outer layers with different compositions were deposited: Mo–45Si–25B, Mo–55Si–10B and Mo–29Si–15B (all in at.%). The interlayer was selected to give a diffusion barrier with the composition of the Mo5SiB2 (T2) phase. All coatings were dense and well-adherent. During vacuum annealing the amorphous as-deposited coatings became crystalline exhibiting mainly the intermetallic Mo5SiB2 compound as interlayer and the MoSi2, Mo5Si3 and MoB phases in the top layers. The samples were exposed to dry laboratory air in the pesting regime at 800 °C and above, i.e. at 1000 and 1300 °C for up to 100 h under cyclic conditions. All coatings were protective at 800 and 1000 °C for at least 100 h and showed a marked improvement in mass change compared to the uncoated substrate. For protection at 800 °C higher boron content is preferential, while at higher oxidation temperatures a lower boron content provides improved oxidation protection. At 1300 °C stress induced failures like cracking, spallation and buckling occurred due to the relatively high CTE mismatch between PVD coating and substrate. Even though, the mass change was still markedly reduced as compared to the bare substrate.  相似文献
