共情(empathy)和反移情(counter-transfcrence)分别是人本主义和精神分析理论中的重要概念.理论上两者有很大的差别,但在实际的心理咨询与治疗过程中,两者却有着一些共同之处.

Problems in the "evidence" of "evidence-based medicine"

The potential influence of racially or ethnically diverse cultural perspectives on patient compliance with post-transplant treatments is discussed. Domains of competency regarding culturally sensitive clinical practice are outlined to assist providers in better understanding the perspectives that may influence the views and behavior of culturally diverse patients.     

基于语料库的Assure和Ensure两词的对比研究

利用语料库研究方法,基于英国国家语料库(BNC),比较分析意义相近的动词assure和ensure的词频、搭配、类联接及语义韵.研究发现,assure较ensure更常用于口语和小说中,ensure多用于学术文章和新闻中.assure用来表示向某人保证某事将要发生,既可以用来确证某事,也可以表示使某人确信,assure的宾语通常是人名或人称代词,抽象名词较少,而且做宾语的抽象名词多为积极语韵;而ensure后面的宾语通常是抽象名词,较少使用人名或人称代词,且做宾语的抽象名词也是多为积极语韵.通过观察索引行还得出ensure的5种典型搭配.     

"Through-glass" injuries

This prospective trial collected all cases where injuries had resulted from the hand passing through or striking glass and had been referred to a hand injury service during 1 year. Eighty-seven cases were referred and the factors relating to these injuries were examined. A record was made of the structures damaged, the surgery performed and prevailing socioeconomic factors. These injuries were very costly in terms of morbidity, surgical effort and time, with significant resource implications. The study appears to confirm other reports that current legislation on glazing safety was too long delayed and is inadequate now that it is in place.

The afterimages of "hallucinated" and "imagined" colors.

"These experiments indicate that another claim for the 'hypnotic transcendence of normal functions' is not substantiated. Some individuals 'hallucinate' a color and 'see' its appropriate afterimage after a minimal 'hypnotic induction procedure'; other individuals do essentially the same thing without a 'hypnotic induction procedure.' In fact, some Ss do better on this task without the 'hypnotic procedure.'
