马钢烧结点火技术的升级与应用

马钢烧结380 m²烧结机采用新型幕帘式点火炉,实现了在配备有无热源保温罩的前提下,提升点火效果,改善烧结矿的质量。并在此基础上进行了点火炉保温炉炉膛负压的技术调整,实现了保温炉炉温平衡,解决了表层烧结矿开裂等一系列难题。实现了焦炉、转炉煤气单独点火情况下的点火强度自动控制系统的开发。     

烧结机多缝式烧咀点火炉使用总结

烧结点火作业是烧结工艺过程中的一道关键工序。其点火装置的适宜与否,不但决定着气体燃料消耗量,并对烧结矿的产质量以及烧结过程中其它燃料、动力的消耗都有很大的影响。因此,如何选择合适的点火器,早已引起国内外烧结界的重视。近年来国内外对点火器及烧咀的结构进行了多种类型的改进,并取得了显著的节能效果。国内最好的武钢点火能耗为0.063GJ/t,上海宝钢为0.077GJ/t,已接近世界点火能耗的先进水平。而我们太钢烧结厂点火能耗为0.130GJ/t。为了赶超先进水平,我们于1992年采用多缝式烧咀点火炉。并在使用前后进行多方面的改进。两年来的生产实践证明,设备运转正常点火均匀质量高,节能效果明显,点火能耗大大降低。节约煤气30％—40％。     

新一代低能耗烧结点火炉

由长沙黑色冶金矿山设计研究院和日本住友金属株式会社合作,设计了90m~2烧结机多缝式烧嘴点火炉,该炉在武钢烧结厂支持下进行了制造施工,并安装在武钢烧结厂3、4号烧结机上,于1989年12月1日投产。经一年使用表明,该点火炉不仅点火质量良好,而且点火煤气消耗值由原来的每吨矿0.15GJ,下降到约0.054GJ,节约煤气60％以上。
