文章在分析现有信息系统特征和信息技术发展的基础上,结合工作流技术,详细分析了电业局电能计量检测站的工作业务流程,总结了原有工作流程的不足,提出了采用现代信息技术、条形码管理技术、计算机网络技术和现代通讯技术的基于工作流的电能计量质量系统的解决方案,实现了工作流程在计算机上的形式化描述和表计检定数据、流程管理数据、质量管理数据及相关数据的集成,并在此基础上完成工作流的执行和管理。  相似文献

Patent information centres in Europe (PATLIB) have to reorganise their business model because of the changing market situation for information services in Europe. It is shown, that the present approach only covers a small segment of the information service market and results in low accessible market volumes for PATLIB centres. Furthermore free-of-charge web-based patent information tends to result in difficulties to achieve cost covering prices for PATLIB services. The future PATLIB market situation can be summarised as expecting danger of reduced economic viability. Based on the specific PATLIB centre characteristics a redesign of business model is described. To generate a profitable future perspective it is necessary to focus on customer relationship marketing (CRM) for the main customer, respectively the business potential of small and medium enterprise (SME) environment. Six steps are proposed for the reorganisation into IP service centres. The first two steps are the orientation along the SME-customers IP value chain and a process oriented marketing approach. The next two steps are basic business models to meet the new process orientation. Finally the necessity and the arrangement of a tight European service network to offer top quality customer services and redesigned marketing activities is described.  相似文献

As an alternative to the conventional R&D innovation, business models are becoming an important locus of lucrative innovation. Due to the rise of the internet economy, business model innovation today often involves technological innovation, and this can be evidenced by business method (BM) patents. Of several mechanisms that stimulate business model innovation, the role of BM patents is probably most noteworthy. To understand how BM patents play their roles in business model innovation, we need to observe the long-term knowledge flow process. Therefore, we aim to identify dynamic patterns of knowledge flows driven by BM patents using a hidden Markov model (HMM) and patent citation data as an input. An HMM is a popular statistical tool for modelling a wide range of time series data. Since it does not have any general theoretical limit in regard to statistical pattern classification, an HMM is capable of characterizing various temporal patterns. A case study is conducted with the BM patents in 16 USPTO subclasses related to secure transactions. After patterns of the individual subclasses are generated, they are grouped into four major patterns through clustering analysis and their characteristics are closely examined. Our analysis reveals that the BM patents for secure transaction in general play increasingly important roles in advancement of business models, facilitating the transfer of knowledge, and thus can provide valuable insights in formulating more effective strategies or policies for business model innovation.  相似文献

Many semiconductor-related manufacturing enterprises in Taiwan have embarked upon the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) to integrate and optimize various business processes across the entire firm. The present study proposes a performance-evaluation model of ERP implementation utilizing fuzzy measures. The paper then presents an empirical study of semiconductor-related manufacturers in Taiwan in which the proposed model is used to: (i) identify the critical implementation items requiring improvement; and (ii) rank the strategies for improving them according to weight value. A systematic approach is thus proposed to: (i) examine the performance of an ERP implementation process; (ii) determine the items to be improved; and (iii) select appropriate and feasible strategies to improve these items. The proposed model can ensure successful implementation of ERP and thus enhance its potential benefits for semiconductor manufacturers.  相似文献

The traditional ways of doing business have changed dramatically with the emergence of new digital technologies. Firms can stay competitive using the benefits of digital technologies, such as the Internet of Things, social computing, Cloud computing, cyber-physical systems, big data and analytics, wireless networks, artificial intelligence, robotics, simulation, etc. The spread of the coronavirus disease in 2019 (COVID-19) all over the world has created a better understanding of the importance of organizations’ ability to keep up with digital innovations. Therefore, the regeneration of business models is becoming an increasingly crucial factor for survival in the digital age. This study develops a process model for digital innovations-driven business model regeneration based on the design science research approach. For this purpose, the existing models and cases in the business model innovation (BMI) literature are examined and the empirical data are collected using semi-structured interviews to complement and validate this knowledge. The collected data are then analyzed and a digital innovations-driven business model regeneration method is developed. The proposed model is demonstrated with a real case. This study extends the BMI literature. The proposed process model can be used by strategic managers to analyze the impacts of potential digital innovations on their current business models and regenerate their business model. Therefore, it can help companies to be able to gain a competitive advantage over their competitors or sustain their business against technological developments.  相似文献

This paper studies the risk assessment problem of the direct delivery business from local oil refineries in Sinopec Group. A total of 23 risk factors associated with four segments of the direct delivery business are first identified. Through explaining the respective characteristics, the connotation of each risk factor is analysed in depth. Next, on the basis of the severity and possibility of each risk factor, a multistage risk assessment method for normal cloud model rooted in the extended TOPSIS approach is developed, and then applied to a real-world case. From the investigation, the weaknesses of the present risk assessment process are addressed from various aspects, including the risk factors, segments, and alternatives. Moreover, considering the possible correlation among risk factors, the proposed method is further extended by using the approach of Choquet integral. Additional discussions and recommendations are provided for improving the risk management process of the direct delivery business from local oil refineries.  相似文献
