将具有阻带特性的微带马刺线结构引入到带状线中,设计了一款中心频率为2.32 GHz,相对带宽为9.5%,阻带衰减为50 dB的三阶马刺线式带阻滤波器。相比于传统的并联开路短截线型带阻滤波器,马刺线式带阻滤波器的横向尺寸大为减小,结构更加紧凑。采用SIR(stepped-impedance resonator)结构,按相同指标设计了一款三阶SIR马刺线式带阻滤波器。与马刺线式带阻滤波器相比,SIR马刺线式带阻滤波器结构更为紧凑,纵向尺寸缩小约17%,并具有更好的谐波抑制特性。  相似文献

A synthesizing method is presented to design and implement digital dual-band filters in the microwave frequency range. A dual-band filter consists of a bandstop filter and a wide-band bandpass filter in a cascade connection, wherein the transfer functions of both the bandpass filter and bandstop filter are expressed in the Z domain. The bandstop filter is implemented by using a coupled-serial-shunted line structure, while the wide-band bandpass filter is constructed by using a serial-shunted line configuration. In particular, the bandwidth of each passband of the dual-band filter is controllable by adjusting the characteristics of both the bandpass filter and bandstop filter. By neglecting the dispersion effect between microstrip lines of different widths over a wide bandwidth, a dual-band filter is realized in the form of microstrip lines and its frequency responses are measured to validate this method.  相似文献

A tunable bandstop filter with a wide tuning range is presented. A piezoelectric transducer with an attached dielectric perturber is used to perturb the filter to obtain a wide tuning range. Without changing the dimensions of the bandstop filter the tunable bandstop can provide a wide tuning range of 25% from 4.5 to 6 GHz. Detailed design procedures are presented for a practical elliptic-function filter form capable of achieving high selectivity in a very compact configuration. This filter form, called the digital elliptic because of its digital construction and elliptic function response, can provide either bandpass or bandstop characteristics. Examples are given to illustrate typical design procedures for both bandpass and bandstop applications. Experimental results are presented for an octave bandstop design.  相似文献

In this letter, we present a novel network for dual-band filter, the circuit of which is a mixture of shunt stub bandpass filter and shunt serial resonator bandstop filter. The stopband of the bandstop filter will split the passband of the bandpass filter and result in a dual-band response. The simulated and measured results are given. This kind of filter has the advantage of bigger and controllable bandwidths and lower insertion loss compared with traditional SIR dual-band filters.   相似文献

The design procedures for varactor tuned bandstop filters are presented. A novel circuit technique for realizing bandstop filters with a symmetrical frequency response is described and explicit design formulas are presented. The physical design and experimental performance of a three cavity varactor tuned bandstop filter tunable around 4 GHz is presented. Experimental results are substantiated with computer analysis which includes the effects of varactor resistance.  相似文献

This paper develops a novel ultra-wideband bandpass filter by cascading a broadband bandpass filter with another broadband bandstop filter. Properly selected impedances of transmission lines achieve broadband bandpass and bandstop filters and make independent designs possible. Detailed design and synthesis procedures are provided; moreover, agreement between measured and theoretically predicted results demonstrates feasibility of the proposed filter. Due to its simple structure, the ultra-wideband bandpass filter newly introduced in this paper is suitable for integration in the single-chipped circuit or implementation on printed circuit boards.  相似文献

The Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (NTT) plans to make a field test for the practical application of the W-40G millimeter waveguide transmission system, using a frequency range of 43 GHz to 87 GHz and a clock frequency of 403 MBd. This paper describes channel multiplexing-demultiplexing networks fabricated for use in the test. First, frequency allocation and construction of the 43 ∼ 87 GHz multiplexing-demultiplexing networks are discussed. Second, newly developed hardware consisting of band-splitting filters and channel-dropping filters is described. Finally, overall loss, frequency response in amplitude and delay and pulse waveform transmission characteristics are shown. The overall losses of the networks constructed by three stages, namely, band-splitting filters (I), (II), and a channel-dropping filter, are 8 ∼ 12 dB over the frequency range from 43 GHz to 87 GHz, with the channel-dropping filters only partly installed. The experimental results suggest that these multiplexing-demultiplexing networks are suitable for the millimeter wave guided wave communication system.  相似文献

A new class of waveguide filters is introduced, constructed from several thin plates sandwiched together. The combination of alternate plates having large and small rectangular apertures leads to a propagating structure which possesses a bandstop response and prescribed characteristic impedance. This basic element may be used as a simple compact bandstop filter, particularly where the main passband and stopband are well separated, such as in harmonic rejection. For filters with many stopbands, combinations of several waveguide sandwich filter elements are used to provide the main passband and the required attenuation characteristics in the prescribed stopbands. Although the filter is ideally suited for bandstop filtering due to its small size, low cost, low loss, and high power handling capability, additional applications to bandpass filtering and dispersive delay line operation are also cited.  相似文献

A novel type of channel-dropping filter, constructed in a rectangular dielectric waveguide, is described. The basis of the device is the linear frequency dependence of the coupling coefficient between two identical rods of certain dimensions. An experimental 4-channel filter in the 30?40 GHz band gives losses comparable with those of metal-waveguide commutative filters.  相似文献

基于螺旋交指结构设计了一种新型的带阻谐振单元,并采用全波仿真软件对其进行分析。仿真结果表明,在此谐振单元中存在2个较窄的阻带,改变单元结构的尺寸可分别控制2个阻带的位置。在此基础上,采用2个单元级联的方式设计并加工了一款具有优越电磁性能的结构紧凑的双频带阻滤波器。采用矢量网络分析仪对所设计的滤波器进行测试,测试和仿真结果吻合较好,2个阻带的中心频率为3.30GHz和4.93GHz,对应的阻带带宽分别为3.233.37GHz和4.733.37GHz和4.735.10GHz,阻带边缘陡峭度大于90dB/GHz,所设计的带阻滤波器具有优越的性能。此外,该滤波器的有效尺寸为24.0mm×5.2mm,与传统带阻滤波器相比较,小型化优势明显。  相似文献

In this letter, the broadband notch filter exhibiting a flattened bandstop spectral response is experimentally demonstrated for the first time by using the guided-mode resonance associated with the periodic subwavelength structure possessing asymmetric binary grating profiles. The proposed filter consisting of grating and waveguide structures is realized by utilizing a single-layer poly-silicon film deposited on a quartz substrate. The asymmetric grating profile is carried out by dividing the one-filling-factor binary structure into the one with two distinct filling factors within one identical period. A flat bandstop spectral response at the central wavelength of 1.22 mum is obtained under normal incidence for transverse-electric polarization. Its transmittance of bandstop spectrum can be suppressed as low as -20dB within a broad spectral range of 85 nm and its corresponding Deltalambda/lambda is larger than 6%. The spectra under oblique incidence are demonstrated to verify the proposed filter has a high immunity for the angular deviation up to 20deg  相似文献

The bandstop characteristic of a slot-type split-ring resonator (SRR) on a substrate used for microwave frequencies is presented for a bandstop filter. Analogously to the conventional strip-type SRR, the slot-type SRR is very attractive for notching unwanted band because of its small dimension and high Q operation. In addition, the complementary SRR can be easily applied for coplanar configuration, which is favourable to MMIC designs. Based on the simulation and measurement results, the slot-type SRR for the bandstop filter is very effective in rejecting unwanted frequency in terms of its selectivity and size.  相似文献

A novel one-section bandstop filter (BSF), which possesses the characteristics of compact size, wide bandwidth, and low insertion loss is proposed and fabricated. This bandstop filter was constructed by using single quarter-wavelength resonator with one section of anti-coupled lines with short circuits at one end. The attenuation-pole characteristics of this type of bandstop filters are investigated through TEM transmission-line model. Design procedures are clearly presented. The 3-dB bandwidth of the first stopband and insertion loss of the first passband of this BSF is from 2.3 GHz to 9.5 GHz and below 0.3 dB, respectively. There is good agreement between the simulated and experimental results.  相似文献

The performance of resonant channel-dropping filters in wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM) applications is computed. 31 and 50 filters are cascaded along a single bus with crosstalks of -27 and -14 dB, respectively. The temporal response of the filter for a secant-hyperbolic pulse stream at 400 Mb/s and 1 Gb/s is presented. The simulation shows the promise of resonant-filter cascades.<>  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of optical filters consisting of a cascade of N-coupled rings is presented. The procedure is based on the definition of a polynomial whose roots are the zeros of the channel-dropping transmittance characteristic and provides directly the ring electrical lengths and the mutual coupling coefficients.
