我公司三纺酸站自控系统采用的是一套Honeywell S9000系列产品,几年来,由于酸站环境恶劣,易腐蚀,造成自控系统硬件损坏,导致整个系统瘫痪。我们经过调研决定采用研华ADAM模块和PID自整定仪来替代易受腐蚀的Honeywell S9000系统。ADAM模块具有自身实现数据采集功能,集成度高,抗腐蚀性强,而且测量精度较高。单台PID控制仪表控制各单回路,这样就不会出现系统原因导致工艺停车,确保整个系统更加完善可靠。系统原理如图一。  相似文献

为了探究固体废物中Cd元素在砖窑协同处置时的挥发及固化规律,用Cd O和Cd Cl_2·2.5H_2O模拟普通固体废物和高氯固体废物中重金属Cd的赋存形态,通过热重分析实验探究纯重金属试剂的高温挥发规律,通过管式炉中试实验模拟烧砖过程,获取不同温度下Cd的挥发率和固化率,通过线性拟合的方式求得Cd在砖窑处置下的挥发动力学模型。结果表明:Cd O试剂在升温至400℃时的失重量为4.54%,此后直至温度升至1 000℃才开始二次失重;Cd Cl_2·2.5H_2O试剂升温至100℃失重8.87%,在680℃失重量为88.45%,随后保持稳定。含Cd O的模拟烧结砖在低温区(400~700℃)的固化率较高,为96.87%~85.53%,Cd Cl_2·2.5H_2O在低温区固化率较低,为87.18%~71.55%。最终得到Cd O和Cd Cl_2·2.5H_2O在砖窑烧结过程中挥发动力学模型分别为a=1-exp(-0.659exp(-1249/T)t)和a=1-exp(-1.059exp(-1439.3/T)t)。  相似文献

In this study, a new technology, based on the use of an array of thin-film thermocouples, is proposed for the real-time and non-invasive monitoring of product temperature during a freeze-drying cycle. This array of thin-film thermocouples was demonstrated to give quantitative accurate results without altering the freezing and drying behavior of the monitored vials, making this sensor a good alternative to conventional wire thermocouples. Furthermore, unlike conventional thermocouples, the array of thin-film thermocouples can measure the entire temperature profile within the product being dried and can also measure the position of the interface of sublimation. This information was then used to estimate the heat and mass transfer coefficient of the system under investigation, showing a fairly good agreement with data obtained by conventional, time-consuming procedures. Finally, it is shown how these parameters can be used to guide the lyophilization professional during the cycle development.  相似文献

Thin-film thermocouples are used as temperature detection components in aircraft engines. However, the preparation of traditional thin-film thermocouples is complex, and their high-temperature stability performance attributes are poor. In this study, polymer-derived ceramic (PDC) technology is introduced to prepare polymer-derived ceramic thin-film thermocouples. Due to the superior high-temperature and adhesion performance characteristics of polymer-derived ceramics and the protective effects of the products of polymer precursors on the thin films, the performance attributes of thin-film thermocouples are greatly improved. After simplifying the preparation process and outputting a large thermoelectric potential, the polymer-derived ceramic thin-film thermocouple exhibits good repeatability, stability, and thermoelectric potential output consistency. At 1200 °C, the peak output is 203 mV, and the average Seebeck coefficient is approximately 182 μV/°C. The temperature measurement error is 0.316%. In the 8-h drift test, the coefficient first increases at 1.26 °C/h and then steadily decreases at −0.63 °C/h. This polymer-derived ceramic thin-film thermocouple has excellent performance and can be applied to the in situ monitoring of thermal components in high-temperature and harsh environments, such as engines.  相似文献

The feasibility of monitoring curing processes in large reinforced plastics structures by electrical volume resistivity techniques has been studied. It has been found, by embedding electrodes and thermocouples within a heavy-walled structure during fabricaton and by monitoring the change is resistance during the curing process, that information indicative of the rate and extent of curing can be obtained. Adipamide (ADAM) served as a model to investigate the hydrolysis kinetics and mechanism of diamides in high temperature water. The major reaction products resulting from the hydrolysis of ADAM, primarily including adipamic acid and adipic acid, were detected. Effects of temperature, time, pressure, and pH on ADAM hydrolysis reaction kinetics have been investigated. The hydrolysis reaction is first order in ADAM at the temperature ranges investigated. The conversion is pH dependent, and three distinct regions of pH dependence exist. At low and high pH, the conversion increased rapidly with added acid and base, respectively. At near-neutral pH, however, the rate was essentially insensitive to changes in pH. The high content of adipamic acid in the reaction products at the initial hydrolysis reaction stage suggested that only one amide group was attacked at one time and then followed by transformation to a carboxyl. The reaction rate constants, average apparent activation energy and pre-exponential factor were evaluated according to the Arrhenius equation. Based on the experimental results, hydrolysis reaction scheme and mechanism were proposed.  相似文献

熔盐冷冻壁防腐蚀技术是采用凝固熔盐层阻止气液介质与金属器壁直接接触,冷冻壁厚度的准确监测及控制是其成功应用的关键。本文以混合硝酸盐熔盐为实验介质,研究了冷冻壁形成及维持过程中不同在线厚度监测方法,并与机械卡尺的直接测量值进行对比分析。结果表明,温度梯度推算法在非稳态及厚度较小时误差较大,在平衡维持态时则能较准确地判定厚度,但需要设置合适的热电偶组;冷却热量推算法可通过外夹套换热量及换热壁面温度推算冷冻壁厚度,但其稳定性及准确性取决于冷却量的精确衡算,其优点是不需增加额外设备;在线图像处理法能比较直观地反映冷冻壁厚度,但需要配备稳定可靠的高温摄像系统。鉴于未来熔盐冷冻壁应用是在无水无氧密闭容器中,这几种在线监测方法在真实高温熔盐化学体系的适用性还有待于进一步研究和评估。  相似文献

从软件和硬件分析影响全电动注塑机温度控制的要素,并且针对具体的加热设备,如操作系统的加热参数优化,热电偶的更换等提出建设性的改善方案,减少料管升温到稳态后的与设定温度的偏差值。结果表明,比例积分微分(PID)参数的自整定能够提高控制的效率,减少超调和稳态时间;通过对注塑机温度的测量,温度的偏差能够达到±0.2 ℃。  相似文献

The differential thermal analysis apparatus described consists of an important improvement. This is the arrangement of the sample and standard holder so that the thermocouples become both the holder and the differential temperature measuring device.
