采用插销试验方法测定了国产T23钢在不预热、预热150℃和预热250℃三种焊接工艺条件下的临界断裂应力,观察了断口形貌及断口附近的显微组织,综合分析了该钢的焊接冷裂纹敏感性.结果表明,不预热条件下T23钢插销的临界断裂应力高于其屈服强度,粗晶区为板条马氏体和下贝氏体混合组织,插销断口为解理和准解理特征,并出现二次裂纹;随着预热温度的升高,插销临界断裂应力增大,粗晶区下贝氏体比例增多,马氏体比例相应减少,插销断口二次裂纹减少,解理面缩小,材料的塑性增加,对裂纹的阻碍作用增强.说明国产T23钢的冷裂纹敏感性很小,预热能明显改善其抗冷裂纹能力. 相似文献

用插销试验法研究了实心焊丝CO2气保焊根焊条件下X80管线钢的冷裂纹敏感性及断口特征.结果表明,预热100℃条件下X80钢的抗冷裂性好,临界断裂应力σcr为624 MPa,与其抗拉强度相当.当拘束拉伸应力高于抗拉强度时,将发生失效断裂,断裂性质为延性断裂断口.CO2气保焊进行根焊焊接时,X80钢的抗冷裂性好,与该方法能得到超低氢的焊接条件有关,此外还与该钢的裂纹敏感系数(0.17%)不高,HAZ淬硬不明显有关.焊接接头过热区的组织主要为块状铁素体,最高硬度297 HV. 相似文献

Susceptibility to hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) was evaluated in steel welds for quenched and tempered armouring steel of 4.5 mm thickness. The welds were produced using the shielded metal arc welding process with low heat support and AWS E11018M 2.4 mm consumable. The susceptibility to HIC was evaluated by means of an implant test with modified geometry in welded joints with and without preheating being applied, using consumables in ideal stock conditions and exposed to the atmosphere. It was found that the consumable stock conditions were more relevant than preheating in regard to susceptibility to HIC. 相似文献

采用插销试验法对日产SPV490Q钢的再热裂纹敏感性进行研究,测定了其“C”形特征曲线,并根据“开裂准则”研究了SR温度。通过断口扫描(SEM)试验对试验结果进行了分析讨论。研究结果表明:SPV490Q钢具有较好的抗再热裂纹能力,其“C”曲线的“鼻尖”温度为640℃;推荐的SR温度为580℃;断口显微特征由具有韧窝和沿晶组成,其沿晶断口在45°界面上有明显的塑性变形痕迹。 相似文献

“Gas Transmitting From West to East Project“ is significant.it should ensure the welding quality and safety of pipeline.The task is very arduous to guarantee the quality of the projcet in the condition of long line.complex weather and geolgy features.in this paper,the welding cold cracking susceptibility of domestic X-70 pipeline steel adopted by the project, which is one of the most interesting questions of welding quality about petrol pipeline,was studied by means of oblique Ygroove cracking test.The crack ration of surface and section was tested under the conditions of different welding materials and preheat temperature.The thickness of plate stell was 14.7mm and 10.3mm.The results reveal that X-70 pipeline steel has good crack resistance.The research has important value for the construction of large-scale pipeline engineering and the application of domestic X-70 pipeline steel. 相似文献

用插销试验法研究了CO2气保焊条件下ZG20MnMo钢热影响区(HAZ)的氢致裂纹敏感性、裂纹形貌及产生裂纹的主要原因。结果表明:在不预热和16kJ/cm线能量条件下,ZG20MnMo钢热影响区的氢致裂纹敏感性很强,临界断裂应力(σcr)只有60MPa,D((σNT-σcr)/σNT,σNT,为无氢时的抗断强度)值高达96%。断口具有典型的氢致延迟裂纹特征,断口形貌与拘束应力水平有关。低应力水平条件下,断裂方式为冰糖状的沿晶(IG) 氢致准解理穿晶(QCHE),而且出现较多沿晶界和板条界二次裂纹;高应力水平时,主要为冰糖状的IG,QCHE比例减少,而且QCHE中撕裂棱的塑性变形和二次裂纹都明显减少。氢致裂纹的产生主要与HAZ的淬硬程度高有关,近缝区形成粗大的马氏体组织,硬度值高达493HV,这种组织容易发生氢脆,氢脆指标I(I=801gHV-130(%))为85.2%,即使氢的含量很低,HAZ也会萌生裂纹并扩展。 相似文献
