Because special steels are the basic materials for industrialization,a national R&D program on special steel technology for high quality products have been granted to promote the special steel production and applications since 2008.Since then,great progresses have been achieved on ferritic stainless steel sheets,heat resistance steel pipes and tubes,microalloyed forging steel bars,and mould steel forgings for hot working. The ratio of ferritic stainless steel sheets produced by TISCO and Baosteel has been promoted through technology innovations and increased 42%and 48 in 2009 respectively.439M steel sheets have been used to exhaust system,and 444 steel sheets have been applied to kitchen and architecture.The production technologies for heat resistance steel pipes and tubes(T/P92,S3043,S31042 steels) have been developed in Baosteel and Pansteel to meet the market requirements.Meanwhile,the round bloom technology has been initiated in Xingcheng Steel.The new technologies for microalloyed forging steels,low cost steel bar,and tailored steel and components,were proposed by CISRI based on the understanding of precise chemical composition and segregation control.And the applications of microalloyed forging steel bars have been promoted remarkably.The researchers have developed high quality mould steel technologies,heavy section forgings of 718 steel,high premium H13 steel blocks and large diameter mandrels used for seamless pipe rolling.The technology innovations of the program could lead to the progress of production technology in special steel sheets,pipes,bars and forgings,and meet the demands from market.For the moment,it is actually believed that there still strong requirements for the technology innovations on special steels.  相似文献

A procedure for calculating the temperature fields in water-cooled piercer mandrels is developed. The results of calculations of a heat conduction equation by the finite element method and the method of finite differences are compared. High-temperature EP745 alloy is proposed as a material for piercer mandrels. The thermally stressed state of water-cooled piercer mandrels is determined.  相似文献

在总结国内外煤岩配煤方法的基础上,确定了宝钢煤岩配煤的基本思想,并进行了试验设计。选择宝钢常用的炼焦煤,进行了21批单种煤改变惰性物含量的炼焦试验;参照生产配煤,改变配煤的强粘比和惰性物含量,进行了9批配煤炼焦试验,共获取有效数据357组。在理论分析与实际相结合的基础上,确定了宝钢煤岩配煤的参数;用试验获得的数据,进行数学分析获得宝钢焦炭强度预测模型,确定了宝钢煤岩配煤的方法。  相似文献

A model is proposed for the solidification of thick ingots with supplementary cooling by means of mandrels. On that basis, the overheating of the liquid steel in the classical system may be eliminated. The effectiveness of supplementary cooling by means of mandrels is shown in a computational experiment. The most significant factors determining the wear resistance of mandrels in the Disher piercing mill at OAO Tagmet are identified: the resulting sleeve length, the mandrel size, the deformation conditions, and the machine time for piercing. The development of clean steel technology at Baosteel can be dated back to the first production of IF steels and pipeline steels in the early 1990s.Now the technology has gradually covered nearly the whole range of products.This progressive development is introduced in the overview including the levels of cleanliness for some steel grades at Baosteel.The technologies at different processes for the production of clean steel and the removal of some impurity elements in molten steel are also discussed.Suggestions are given on the future research and development of clean steel technology at Baosteel in the aim to keep a sustainable development,which should focus on the basic research,inclusion control and making efficient use of inclusions,as well as stable and reliable low-cost manufacturing technology,removal of harmful residual elements,and the expanding of the technology to stainless steels and special steels.  相似文献

Through summary and extraction of current steelmaking design,process and equipment technologies and production technologies for 300 t grade converters in Baosteel,the article analyzes and elaborates the significance of independent integration of 300 t grade converters in Zhanjiang,major targets of the independent integration in converter process technologies,equipment packages and controls,the innovated critical technologies and comparison with overseas advanced technologies,major technical difficulties in the integration in Baosteel and their solutions,as well as general mindset and final objectives of the project.The total integration of technology for Shanghai No.1 Steel Making Plant of Baosteel was undertaken by Nippon Steel.And Kawasaki Steel was responsible for the total integration of technology for 4# and 5# converters of Shanghai No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Baosteel.Based on digestion,absorption and innovation of the introduced technologies,Baosteel has firstly achieved the independent integration of 6# converter,5# RH and 3# LF projects in the Shanghai No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Baosteel.Therefore, Baosteel shall take advantages of the favorable conditions and experiences and advanced steel making technologies of Baosteeel to master the imported new steelmaking technologies in the world and then form the advanced complete set steel making technologies and equipment at home and abroad.The achievement of independent integration of Zhanjiang Steel Making Project will make the breakthrough for the construction of large - sized steel making plant in Baosteel.300 t converter technology integration is undertaken by Baosteel independently in instead of by the foreign side in the past.  相似文献
