采用转矩流变仪对废旧三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)进行再生,考察再生温度、再生时间及活化剂品种和用量对EPDM再生胶胶料性能的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,再生温度为170℃、再生时间为10 min、活化剂420用量为1份时,EPDM再生胶胶料的综合性能较好。  相似文献

研究了十八烷基胺、二苯胍(DPG)与DBD并用作再生活化剂对再生胶性能的影响,并与活化剂510、480及420进行了对比。结果表明,与活化剂510、480及420相比,十八烷基胺与DPG对再生胶的硫化有一定的促进作用,当活化剂用量相同时,加入十八烷基胺与DPG的再生胶的门尼粘度介于活化剂420与510之间,当活化剂用量达到0.6份后,十八烷基胺再生胶的拉伸强度较高。综合对比,DBD与十八烷基胺并用对废轮胎胶粉的再生有明显的促进作用,再生效果与480及510相当。  相似文献

采用自主研发的双螺杆挤出机对废胎面胶胶粉进行再生,研究了新型解联剂以及活化剂580、石蜡油和柠檬烯等再生助剂的用量对再生胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,适量的新型解联剂、活化剂580、石蜡油和柠檬烯能够提高再生胶的力学性能,当再生胶基础配方中新型解联剂、活化剂580、石蜡油、柠檬烯用量分别为3,2,3,1份时,废胶粉的再生效果最佳,综合力学性能最好。  相似文献

用420和自制粉状活化剂H两种再生活化剂在转矩流变仪中对废旧轮胎胶粉进行了再生,对两种再生活化剂的再生效果和所得再生胶的性能进行了对比。结果表明,采用420时所得再生胶具有较低的门尼黏度、交联密度和较高的溶胶含量,再生效果较好;动态力学性能分析表明,活化剂选用420时,再硫化胶具有较大的tanδ峰值;扫描电镜照片显示,采用4 2 0所得再生胶的再硫化胶的拉伸断面较平整,交联网络更均匀。  相似文献

采用对比试验法,主要研究了再生温度、再生时间、活化剂种类、活化剂用量对共聚氯醚橡胶(ECO)硫化胶的化学动态脱硫法制得的再生氯醚橡胶性能的影响。研究结果表明:在一定时间和温度范围内,随着再生温度的提高,ECO再生胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、永久变形、撕裂强度、硬度下降。在不同温度下,再生时间对再生胶性能影响有一些差别,总体存在温度与时间等效关系,较好的再生条件为:温度110℃×(2~3)h、190℃×1 h、230℃×(0.25~0.5)h。活化剂以活化剂510综合性能较好,最佳用量为0.5质量份。  相似文献

研究了酒石酸、硬脂酸和熔融硬脂酸对塑解剂DBD作再生活化剂时再生胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着酒石酸、硬脂酸和熔融硬脂酸用量的增加,再生胶的溶胶含量呈增大趋势,交联密度逐渐降低,门尼粘度和门尼粘度上升值降低,拉伸强度先增大后下降,酒石酸和硬脂酸用量为0.6份时,综合性能较优;熔融硬脂酸用量为0.9份时,综合性能较优。随着再生时间的延长,再生胶的溶胶含量呈明显上升趋势,交联密度和门尼粘度明显下降;拉伸强度和拉断伸长率随再生时间的延长呈下降趋势。熔融硬脂酸再生时间为20min时,门尼粘度较低,加工性能较好,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率下降较少,硬度较低,综合性能较好。  相似文献

利用Haake流变仪的高温和剪切作用对废旧丁基橡胶(IIR)进行脱硫,考察了加工温度对再生胶脱硫程度、硫化再生胶力学性能的影响以及废旧IIR、再生胶和硫化再生胶的阻尼性能。结果表明,Haake流变仪能使废旧IIR达到脱硫的目的,当加工温度为200~320℃时,随着加工温度的提高,脱硫程度增大;与废旧IIR相比,再生IIR和硫化再生IIR的阻尼性能有很大程度提高。  相似文献

采用正交试验法考察了再生温度、时间、石蜡油的用量、活化剂480的用量对乙丙橡胶再生胶的门尼粘度、密度、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率的影响。结果表明,石蜡油的用量对门尼粘度、密度和拉伸强度影响最大,随着石蜡油的用量的增加,门尼粘度、密度和拉伸强度降低;再生温度对扯断伸长率的影响最大,随着再生温度的升高,扯断伸长率降低。  相似文献

研究环保软化剂用量和环保软化剂中极性物质含量对微波再生全胎胶粉性能的影响。结果表明:在相同微波加热工艺下,环保油PAX和环保芳烃油均可降低胶粉的再生温度,改善再生胶的加工性能和物理性能,环保油PAX用量为10份或环保芳烃油用量为15份时,再生胶的综合性能较好,且环保油PAX的改善效果优于环保芳烃油;在环保油PAX中加入适量甘油,胶粉的再生温度提高,再生胶的加工性能改善,物理性能略微降低。  相似文献

It is observed that reclamation of natural rubber latex based rubber using 2,2′‐dibenzamidodiphenyldisulphide as reclaiming agent is an optional methodology for recycling of waste latex rubber (WLR). For progressive replacement of virgin natural rubber by the reclaim, two alternatives curing system were investigated: adjustment or reduction of the curing system with increasing reclaim content, to compensate for the extra amount of curatives brought along by the reclaim. For fixed curing system, as if the reclaim were equivalent to virgin NR. The cure behavior, final crosslink density and distribution, mechanical properties, and dynamic viscoelastic properties of the blends with reclaimed WLR are measured and compared with the virgin compound. The morphology of the blends, sulfur migration, and final distribution are analyzed. The mechanical and dynamic viscoelastic properties deteriorate for both curing systems, but to a lesser extent for fixed curing system compared to adjusted curing system. With the fixed cure system, many properties like tensile strength and compression set do still deteriorate, but tan δ and M300/M100, representative for the rolling resistance of tires are improved. 将废旧丁基橡胶(IIR)胶囊和解联剂、石腊油通过自制的同步转子实验密炼机混炼制备了IIR再生胶,考察了填充系数(β)、转子转速、混炼时间、解联剂及石蜡油用量对IIR再生胶硫化胶物理机械性能的影响.结果表明:当在β值为1、转子转速为100 r/min、混炼时间为15 min、解联剂为3.5份、石蜡油为5份的工艺条件下,IIR再生胶硫化胶的物理机械性能达到最佳.  相似文献

Four different reclaiming methods involving important reclaiming factors such as temperature, shear force, and atmosphere were used to reclaim ground tire rubber. The structure and performance of the reclaimed rubber were investigated. The reclaimed samples were all found to be mixtures of three parts: the sol part, a loosely crosslinked gel part, and low molecular substances. For a reclaimed product to have both good processability and mechanical properties, the ideal structure should be that the sol fraction and its molecular weight (Mn) are as high as possible. However, the high sol fraction and high Mn cannot be reached at the same time because of the nonselective scission of the main chain and crosslink bonds. Thus, for a reclaimed rubber to have high quality, the presence of some amount of gel fraction is essential. Our preliminary results showed that the recommended reclaiming method would be a process under oxygen‐free atmosphere, without severe shear force, and at relative low temperature. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Thermomechanical reclaiming of ground tire rubber (GTR) was performed at different temperatures (60, 120, and 180°C) using a co‐rotating twin‐screw extruder. Obtained samples were used in styrene‐butadiene rubber (SBR) blends. As reference samples, SBR compounds containing untreated GTR were used. Curing characteristics, static and dynamic mechanical properties, and morphology of the obtained blends were determined. The results show that the increase of barrel temperature during the thermomechanical reclaiming of GTR has a positive effect on the decrease of screw torque (lower machine load) and decrease of Mooney viscosity (better processing characteristics). However, mechanical properties and crosslink density of rubber revulcanizate decreased with increasing barrel temperature during the reclaiming process. SBR blends with 50 phr of reclaimed rubber showed increasing phase compatibility between SBR matrix and the reclaimed rubber, which was confirmed by mechanical properties and morphology measurements. 橡胶再生剂A可以使硫化胶的交联键断裂。同时限制氧化作用对橡胶高分子主链的侵害。橡胶再生剂A适用于硫黄硫化的NR,SBR,BR,NBR,IIR,EPDM和CR硫化胶的再生。原材料可以是焦烧胶、硫化流失胶边和不合格的硫化制品,复原胶生产工艺简单。在常温下用开炼机或精炼机即可。而且生产过程中无污染。  相似文献

The latex industry has expanded over the years to meet the world demands for gloves, condoms, latex thread etc. Because of the strict specifications for the products and the unstable nature of the latex, as high as 15% of the final latex products are rejected. Since waste latex rubber (WLR) represents a source of high quality rubber hydrocarbon, it is a potential candidate for generating reclaimed rubber of superior quality. Two types of WLR with different amounts of polysulfidic bridges are used in these experiments, which are reclaimed with variation of the concentration of the reclaiming agents, the reclamation temperature and time. Diphenyldisulfide, 2‐aminophenyldisulfide and 2,2′‐dibenzamidodiphenyldisulfide (DBADPDS) are used as reclaiming agents, and the effect of diphenyldisulfides (DPDS) with different substituents, on the reclamation efficiency of WLR is investigated. A kinetic study of the reclamation reaction with the three reclaiming agents is done. The reaction rates and activation energies are calculated and compared with literature values. The comparative study of the three different reclaiming agents shows that (DBADPDS) is able to break the crosslinks at temperature levels ~ 20°C below the temperature levels normally used with DPDS. Another advantage of this reclaiming agent is the reduced smell during the reclamation process and of the final reclaims, one of the most important shortcomings of other disulfides used for this purpose. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
