本文阐述了精密内圆磨削质量控制系统的原理。指出:质量控制系统实际上是轴承内圈加工的生产自动线,它主要用于控制轴承内圈内孔的粗磨及精密工序,旨在提高其生产效率及加工质量。质量控制系统的核心是基于8098单片机的质量控制计算机(QCC)。QCC不仅对生产线实施顺序控制,而且还完成对工件的采样、建模及预报控制。文中给出了QCC有关的硬件设计,并设计了轴承内圈内孔自动测量头。最后本文给出了质量控制系统软件 相似文献

滚动轴承电主轴起源于内表面磨削技术的发展,在内表面磨削中,尤其是在轴承行业内表面磨加工领域内,砂轮直径受工件尺寸限制,不可能无限增大,而常规的机械主轴,传动速度比受机械传动限制,不可能很高.砂轮轴最高转速仅达30 000r/min,若以此速度去加工内径小于10mm的微型轴承内环内孔,其砂轮极限尺寸为φ8 mm.此时砂轮表面线速度仅为12.6m/s,而工频电机额定转速为3000r/min.要升速到30 000r/min,必须采用多级传动,这就造成机床布局的困难及砂轮主轴振动的先天不足.为解决轴承行业内表面磨削的技术难题.主轴行业发展了用于轴承内表面磨削的电主轴. 相似文献

This paper presents a theoretical approach to evaluating the deflection and indentation of the track surface of the inner race, the stiffness, and the life of double‐decker high‐precision bearings (DDHPBs). The deflection, indentation, and stiffness of DDH‐PBs have been compared with those of conventional bearings of the same bore under identical operating conditions. The analysis, in general, indicates that the deflection of the DDHPB is less and the stiffness is greater than in conventional bearings. Computation of the data under various loads indicates that the indentation on the ball tracks of the DDHPB is comparable to or less than that of conventional bearings of the same bore. The better performance characteristics of the DDHPB make it useful in various industrial applications. 相似文献

Non-circularity in bearing bore is obvious due to manufacturing irregularities like eccentricity in tool and job axis, small-amplitude vibration during machining, etc. But design relations/charts in journal bearing are based on bore circularity concept. Hence in reality non-circularity in bearing bore is bound to occur. The non-circularity in this paper is assumed to be elliptical and the numerical solution of Reynolds equation and Energy equation has been carried out for an elliptic bore journal bearing to outline the temperature profile. Experimental investigations have been carried out on the stress distribution on the outer surface of the outer race of conventional and double‐decker high‐precision bearings (DDHPBs). The investigations, in general, indicate that the overall level of stress variation on conventional bearings in various modes of loading under static conditions is greater than that of DDHPBs having an identical inner bore. The cyclic stress levels have been found to be higher for the outer race of conventional bearings compared to that of DDHPBs. Also, the frequency of stress cycles on the outer race of conventional bearings is greater than that of DDHPBs. A comparison of the stress distribution pattern indicates that, under identical loads, the ratio of deflection to indentation on the elements of DDHPBs and conventional bearings is less than unity. Also, under identical operating conditions, the ratio of stresses due to centrifugal forces on the elements of DDHPBs and conventional bearings of the same bore and outer diameter is less than unity. It is concluded that the life of DDHPBs as compared to conventional bearings should be longer under identical operating conditions. 相似文献
