可换镶件式隔圈模具设计与制造   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对超薄塑料材料的手机镜头隔圈类零件复合冲形模具的结构进行了设计。为了较大地缩短类似零件模具的制造周期,模具结构采用了可换镶件式结构形式。为了提高模具的产能,模具的模腔数量设计为一模三腔。介绍了该模具的结构特点、工作过程和制造工艺,模具试生产验证该结构合理,生产效率高,有很好的技术经济效益。  相似文献

某公司的电梯传动轮形状如图1所示,材料为FC300(日本灰铸铁牌号,相当国内HT300),主要化学成分(质量分数,%)为2.9~3.1C、1.9~3.2Si、0.8~1.1Mn、≤0.15P、≤0.12S、1.0~1.2Cu、≤0.5Mo。齿部经高频淬火处理,原始组织中珠光体占99%,细小的片状石墨应符合ISO945:1975《铸铁石墨显微组织的分类》标准中规定的A型5~7级,硬度为220-260HB、实体强度〉240MPa。  相似文献

温度控制系统硬件由工控机、采温模块、模拟量输出卡、热电偶组成.以PI算法作为控制方式,使用Visual Basic6.0作为开发工具.实验证明,温度控制系统可在3 min内逼近设定目标,达到平衡后,误差<0.8%,能满足热加工工艺的需要.  相似文献

为了实现具有陡峭上升沿和下降沿的高频脉冲偏压,改善高频脉冲电子束束流品质,提出了基值偏压直流电源、脉冲偏压直流电源和高压斩波主电路串联的主电路结构。高压斩波主电路通过MOSFET功率开关管导通和关断将脉冲偏压直流电源变换为高频脉冲偏压输出,使脉冲偏压具有快速变化的上升沿和下降沿;基于调制解调工作原理,设计了高压隔离通讯电源,实现了脉冲频率、占空比等高频脉冲偏压参数及命令从低压电路向高压斩波电路的可靠传输并生成PWM波形;设计了专门的高压隔离供电电源,实现了高压端高压斩波电路的可靠供电与驱动。基于上述技术,研制出高频脉冲电子束偏压电源,获得了具有陡峭上升沿和下降沿的高频脉冲偏压输出,20 kHz时脉冲偏压上升沿≤1μs。  相似文献

叙述了焊接一种大面积铜触头由气体火焰钎焊改为高频钎焊的研究过程.通过更换钎料,设计合适的感应线圈,选用合适的焊接工艺参数,焊接出合格的产品.经肉眼观察、滚压实验、金相分析和扫描电镜的全面检测,触头的高频钎焊质量优良,符合设计要求.该研究对提高铜触头的焊接合格率,降低生产成本,节省焊接时间并大幅提高生产率,减轻劳动强度和改善劳动环境都有极大的价值.  相似文献

Ta-doped multifunctional bioactive nanostructured films (MuBiNaFs) were deposited by DC magnetron sputtering or ion implantation assisted magnetron sputtering of composite (Ti,Ta)C + Ca3(PO4)2 and (Ti,Ta)C + CaO targets produced by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis method. The films were characterized in terms of their structure, elemental and phase composition using X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron, Raman, and IR spectroscopy. The films deposited in an Ar atmosphere consisted of (Ti,Ta)C, TixOy, and CaO phases in an amorphous matrix with P-O, C-O, and O-H bonding. In the films deposited in a gaseous mixture of Ar + 14%N2, apart from the (Ti,Ta)(C,N), TixOy, and CaO phases, the indication of diamond-like carbon, bcc Ta and traces of P-O bonding were observed. The MuBiNaFs demonstrated high hardness in the range of 38-44  GPa, Young's modulus 310-350  GPa, high percentage of elastic recovery 70-75%, low friction coefficient down to 0.17-0.25 (both in air and under physiological solution) and two orders of magnitude lower wear rate compared with Ti substrate. Ti ion implantation of growing films was shown to be an effective instrument to decrease their high internal stress. Static water contact angle measurements indicated hydrophilic nature of film surfaces. The electrochemical tests demonstrated that the Ta-doped films had positive values of corrosion potential with low current density. In vitro studies showed that cultured IAR-2 epitheliocytes and MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells were well spread on the surface of films and their actin cytoskeleton was well organized. Osteoblastic cells had a high rate of proliferation on all examined films and expressed alkaline phosphatase activity, an early-stage differentiation marker. The MuBiNaF revealed a high level of biocompatibility and biostability at experiments in vivo.  相似文献

The field of material microstructure design targeted for a specific set of structural and functional properties is now a recognized field of focus in materials science and engineering. This paper describes a new class of structural materials called metallic-intermetallic laminate (MIL) composites, which can have their micro-, meso- and macrostructure designed to achieve a wide array of material properties and tailored to achieve specific functionalities. The superior specific properties of this class of composites makes them extremely attractive for high-performance aerospace applications, and the fabrication method for creating MIL composites allows new embedded technologies to be incorporated into the materials, enhancing their functionality and utility. In order to improve the high-frequency electromagnetic properties of (Co0.4Zn0.6)2Z hexaferrites sintered at low-temperature, such as low magnetic loss tangent, low dielectric constant and loss tangent, SiO2 was introduced. The effects of SiO2 additive on the phase composition, microstructures and high-frequency electromagnetic properties of the ceramics prepared by a solid-state reaction method were investigated. The results from XRD show that in the doped samples the major phase, Z-type phase, coexists with a small amount of silicate phase. The grain growth of ceramics is suppressed by SiO2 concentrated on grain boundaries and formed block stacking structure. As SiO2 content increases, the static permeability and the dielectric constant continuously decrease. The samples with SiO2 have lower magnetic loss tangent than that of the undoped sample. Meanwhile, all the samples with SiO2 additive exhibit a low dielectric loss in the range of 400 MHz to 1 GHz. These materials are the excellent candidates to produce chip inductors for high-frequency use.  相似文献

分析了高频焊管热张力减径后在线快速冷却工艺的特点、设备结构组成、工作原理等,研究了TG26材质Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm规格高频焊管在线快冷后的力学性能和金相组织。经检验,高频焊管热张力减径后在线冷却控冷工艺使钢管组织和性能得到提升,大幅降低后续离线热处理等工艺的生产成本,提高生产效率。该冷却设备的现场应用效果良好。  相似文献
