日本一家公司生产一种可回收再灌装的新型塑料啤酒瓶的是由70%的聚丙烯腈和30%的苯乙烯制成。该瓶具有系列优良性能:气密性好,阻气性能低于PET瓶;耐蚀陛强,可用热碱水清洗,有较高耐热性;耐压强度高;钢性大,瓶子变形量小;采用合适的着色剂,有较好的遮光性。这种塑料瓶被废弃时,可与其他塑料同样处理,其燃烧发热量每千克达8300千卡。  相似文献

Plastic bottles are sensitive to lateral wall deformation (panelling) owing to the pressure difference between the inside and the outside. Parameters involved in plastic bottle deformation have been reviewed. A quick laboratory test for measuring bottle resistance to deformation was set up and evaluated vs. real life conditions. Mass reduction of plastic bottles containing non-carbonated liquids calls for advanced design approaches. Weight reduction of bottles consequently influences the mechanical performance of the bottle. This performance involves top load, vacuum and impact resistance. The present paper studies the lateral deformation of a bottle due to an internal vacuum. Similar studies have been carried out before, but until now the allowable deformation has never been related to the initial headspace of the bottle. If a bottle design is able to compensate for a potential vacuum in an aesthetic manner, then panelling will not occur. Changing the vacuum resistance of a bottle will result in a different top load. Current computational techniques enhance our understanding of the problem and provide tools to achieve solutions to it. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The photo‐oxidation of lipids has significant effects on the quality of edible oils. The oxidation of oils and fats can begin due to the action of external energy sources such as light. Studies showed that the rate of photo‐oxidation of the oil depends on the light transmission of the packaging, the product characteristics and the O2 barrier of the packaging. The UV absorber 2‐(2′‐hydroxy‐3′‐tert‐butyl‐5′‐methylphenyl)‐5‐chlorobenzotriazole (Tinuvin 326?) has been used in PET bottles for oil, making possible the reduction of the photo‐oxidation rates. This additive was approved recently by the European Union and included in the Positive List of Directive 2001/62/EC, with a limit of specific migration. This additive is also approved by the Mercosur legislation; nevertheless its restriction of use is being reviewed in Brazil. This study had the objectives of evaluating the efficiency of the additive through the determination of the light barrier properties of PET bottles with various levels of Tinuvin 326? and of verifying its suitability for use in direct contact with foods. Currently, polymer modified asphalt mixture is a relatively costly mixture for paving roads. One way to reduce the cost of such constructions and rendering them more convenient is by using inexpensive polymers, i.e. waste polymers. The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of incorporating waste plastic bottles (Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)) on the engineering properties of stone mastic asphalt (SMA) mixture. The volumetric and mechanical properties of asphalt mixes that include various percentages of PET (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% and 10%) were calculated and assessed with laboratory tests. The appropriate amount of PET was found to be 6% by weight of bitumen. The outcomes were statistically analysed and the determination of the significance at certain confidence limits was performed with the two factor variance analysis (ANOVA). Moreover, some studies conducted on polyethylene modified asphalt mixture have also been taken into consideration in this paper. The results show that the addition of PET has a significant positive effect on the properties of SMA and it can promote the re-use of waste material in industry in an environmentally friendly and economical way.  相似文献

The quality changes in extra virgin olive oil afforded by the conservation in bottles of different materials were assessed in a 12‐month shelf‐life test. Transparent clear glass (TCG), green coloured glass (CG) and stainless steel (SS) 250‐ml bottles were studied (in triplicates) alternating natural and fluorescent light to simulate the ‘in the drugstore’ conditions. Every 2 months, the quality decay was assessed by monitoring some chemicals parameters and by sensory evaluation. Principal component analysis evidenced a clustering of the samples as a function of storage time and bottle type. The SS bottles showed the best storage performances, whereas only minor differences were detected in TCG and CG. A large variability was detected within the replicated glass bottles, probably as a consequence of some uncontrolled variations in the light exposure. This was confirmed by the measure of light intensity over the storing surface, which showed a large variability (15%) around an average value of 380 lux. Under light exposure, a limited antioxidant effect of phenolic compounds was recorded. Only some specific phenols seem to play an important role in oil protection against oxidation.
