本文在流动余辉装置上,研究了亚稳态He(2~3S)原子与N2H4分子碰撞传能,观察到了激发态产物NH(A3Π→X3∑+)、 NH(c1∏→a1△)、 NH2(A2A1→X2B1)的发射光谱,由相对光谱强度求得了形成各产物的通道比;分析 NH(A3∏,v′= 0)的转动分辨谱的结果表明,v′=0能级上的转动布居是“双模”分布, 激发态产物 NH(A)、 NH2(A)的形成机理可能是: He(2~3S+N2H4→N2H4→NH(A)+NH2(A)+H. 相似文献

Studies of photoferroelectric (PFE) image storage in H, He, Ar, and more recently, Ar + Ne implanted PLZT reveal that the photosensitivity can be significantly increased by ion implantation into the image storage surface. For example, the photosensitivity after coimplantation of Ar + Ne is increased by about four orders of magnitude over that of unimplanted PLZT. The increase in photosensitivity is controlled by implantation-produced disorder which results in marked decreases in dark conductivity and dielectric constant and changes in the effective photoconductivity of the implanted layer. In this paper the effects of Ar and Ar + Ne implantation ate presented along with a phenomenological model which describes the photosensitivity enhancement obtained by ion implantation. 相似文献

The authors examine the power efficiency of the fission-fragment-excited atomic argon laser operating on the 1.27-μm (3d '[3/2]1-4'p[3/2]1) argon transition as a function of pump power, gas mixture, and pressure. The maximum measured power efficiency was 1.1±0.3% for a gas pressure of 1300 torr and a He/Ar ratio of 99.88/0.12. Neon addition to the He/Ar gas mixture increased both the energy deposited in the gas and the energy output without decreasing efficiency for a neon gas fraction of less than 0.5. Small-signal gain and saturation intensity are between 0.15-0.27%/cm and 25-200 W/cm2 for pump rates of 7.5-30 W/cm 3 in He/Ar and He/Ne/Ar gas mixtures. Using long-pulse electron-beam pumping, long-pulse laser emissions at 357.7, 380.5, and 405.9 nm have been observed in the second positive system of nitrogen with pulse durations of 150, 400, and 400 ns, respectively. Substantial improvements in laser performance were observed by adding excess Ne and He into N2 + Ar mixtures. Peak powers of 56, 44, and 66 kW/cm2have been obtained for the three wavelengths, respectively. 相似文献
