本文首先利用离子束溅射聚四氟乙烯靶材的方法制备了薄膜,进而研究了其结构。由XPS的结果可知,所得薄膜主要由CF2结构组成;由FT-IR的结果可知,在1169cm^-1和1083cm^-1处出现了C-F的最强吸收峰,在734cm^-1,619cm^-1和500cm^-1处出现了聚四氟乙烯的特征吸收峰。XPS和FT-IR的结果是一致的,所得薄膜呈现聚四氟乙烯的结构特征。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法在PMMA上制得SiO2-TiO2涂层。溶胶粘度分析表明,溶胶以线性生长方式凝胶,适宜于制备薄膜。FTIR对涂层的干燥和热处理过程研究表明,涂层中形成Si-O-Ti-O-Si无机网络结构。扫描电镜对涂层中Ti-Si元素的分布进行了能谱分析,发现无机网络主要分布于涂层的表面及界面处。  相似文献

通过密度,可见光光谱,红外吸收光谱,Co-60辐照损伤试验及荧光光谱的测试,研究了PbO-Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃系的光学性能与结构。密度最高可达8.464g/cm^3,其紫外吸收边截止波长随Pb^2+及Bi^3+含量升高而红移。  相似文献

本文利用Sol-Gel法制备了Al2O-SiO2-TiO2复合陶瓷薄膜,讨论了主要内容是体系成分(Al:Si:Ti摩尔比)对落膜制备过程及结构的影响。通过分步水解法可以得到稳定的Al2O3-SiO2-TiO2复合溶胶,进而制备复合陶瓷薄膜。组分间的静电作用是溶胶凝结的原因。三组分中,Si/Ti摩尔比是决定溶胶稳定性的主要因素。通过XRD对薄膜的相组成进行了分析,表明复合薄膜由Al4Ti2SiO12  相似文献

用粉体制备和高温熔凝工艺在n〈111〉型单晶硅基片上制备了非晶态SiO2-ZnO-B2O3复合膜驻极体。实现对SiO2薄膜驻极体的改性,恒栅压电晕充电、等温表面电位衰减及热刺激放电(thermally stimulated discharged,TSD)实验表明,B^3+、Zn^2+的掺杂对SiO2薄膜驻极体的电荷动态特性有较大影响:TSD放电电流峰稳定于t=238℃处,峰位不随充电温度和充电电压  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶技术在Si单晶基片上制备了具有层状钙钛矿型结构的Bi4Ti3O12x铁电薄膜,讨论了回火温度与时间对薄膜结构的影响,X射线衍射分析表明,经700℃和700℃以上温度回火的薄膜为具有层状钙矿型结构的Bi4Ti3O12多晶薄膜,该薄膜的电滞回线测试呈出剩余极化强度Pr=5μC/cm^2,矫顽场Ec=130kV/cm。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶方法在单晶Si基片上制备了TiO2-SiO2复合薄膜,研究了溶剂、pH值对先体溶液成胶时间的作用,溶液的浓度、甩胶时的旋转速度、涂覆层数以及热处理温度对薄膜厚度、光学性能的影响。薄膜的折射率随温度增大,其主要贡献来自于薄膜中结构的变化。并测量了薄膜的I-V、C-f特性,由于薄膜中的热击穿效应而使得TiO2含量较高的薄膜2的I-V呈非线性变化。  相似文献

采用Sol-gel方法制备了GeO2-SiO2复合薄膜,并用H2/N2还原使得GeO2转变成Ge微晶而镶嵌在SiO2的玻璃网格中,其平均晶粒尺寸小于4nm。随着热处理时间的增加,240nm处吸收峰的强度随之增大,并且其吸收边产生红移,说明Ge微晶的含量晶粒尺寸都在增大。  相似文献

利用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法对Si掺杂前、后锐钛矿相TiO2的电子能带结构、电子态密度以及吸收光谱进行计算。结果表明,Si掺杂导致锐钛矿相TiO2的禁带宽度略增大0.048 eV;掺杂前锐钛矿相TiO2的价带和导带主要由O的2p和Ti的3d轨道构成,Si掺杂后其价带和导带主要由Si的3p、Ti的4s和Ti的3d轨道构成;Si掺杂可导致锐钛矿相TiO2的吸收边蓝移。  相似文献

医用NiTi合金表面溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2-SiO2薄膜   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用溶胶-凝胶法在NiTi形状记忆合金表面制备了TiO-SiO复合薄膜,在提高医用NiTi合金的抗腐蚀性方面,收到了显著的效果.运用电化学方法对不同组成的TiO-SiO薄膜在模拟体液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究,结果表明,随薄膜中 Ti/Si比的增加,TiO-SiO薄膜的抗腐蚀性增强.划痕试验表明 TiO-SiO(Ti/Si=4:1)膜与NiTi合金基体具有较高的界面结合强度.用原子力显微镜(AFM)对TiO-SiO薄膜的表面形貌及表面粗糙度进行观察和分析,解释并讨论了TiO-SiO薄膜的配方组成与其抗腐蚀性的关系,SiO含量较少时,薄膜结构致密,膜层均匀平滑,且膜基结合力好,作为医用NiTi合金的表面保护层,可以使其耐腐蚀性有显著提高.  相似文献

A series of titanium dioxide (TiO(2)/Ti) film electrodes were prepared from titanium (Ti) metal mesh by an improved anodic oxidation process and were further modified by photochemically depositing gold (Au) on the TiO(2) film surface as Au-TiO(2)/Ti film electrodes. The morphological characteristics, crystal structure and photoelectroreactivity of both the TiO(2)/Ti and Au-TiO(2)/Ti electrodes were studied. The experiments confirmed that the gold modification of TiO(2) film could enhance the efficiency of e(-)/h(+) separation on the TiO(2) conduction band and resulted in the higher photocatalytic (PC) and photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) activity under UV or visible illumination. To further enhance the TiO(2) PEC reaction, a reticulated vitreous carbon (RVC) electrode was applied in the same reaction system as the cathode to electrically generate H(2)O(2) in the aqueous solution. The experiments demonstrated that such a H(2)O(2)-assisted TiO(2) PEC reaction system could achieve a much better performance of BPA degradation in aqueous solution due to an interactive effect among TiO(2), Au, and H(2)O(2). It may have good potential for application in water and wastewater treatment in the future.  相似文献

为了在常压干燥下制备高比表面积且具有多级孔道结构的SiO2/TiO2复合气凝胶,以正硅酸乙酯、钛酸丁酯为原料,利用低聚体聚合将分相平行引入到溶胶凝胶过程中,获得SiO2/TiO2醇凝胶,并通过溶剂替换技术实现气凝胶的常压干燥制备.不同硅钛比气凝胶的内部结构研究表明:合成的气凝胶是由纳米SiO2和TiO2颗粒分散复合而成的介孔块体,其中Ti—O—Ti、Si—O—Si和Ti—O—Si键相互交织.气凝胶的结构变化是分相与溶胶凝胶过程相互竞争的结果.Si含量能显著改善气凝胶的结构,当n(Ti)∶n(Si)为3∶1时,比表面积高达712.2 m2/g,平均孔径为3.36 nm;当n(Ti)∶n(Si)为1.5∶1时,复合气凝胶具有明显双连续孔道,比表面积高,同时孔状结构清晰.  相似文献

TiO2 nanotube arrays decorated with alpha-Fe2O3 were prepared by forming a nanotube-like TiO2 film on a Ti sheet using an anodization process, followed by electrochemical deposition to decorate hematite (alpha-Fe2O3) nanoparticles on the TiO2 nanotube arrays. The SEM and XRD results revealed that the alpha-Fe2O3 nanoparticles were homogeneously embedded on the surface of the TiO2 nanotube arrays. The photoelectrochemical properties of the alpha-Fe2O3/TiO2 nanotube arrays as photoanode were studied by photocurrent-potential behavior in 1 M NaOH electrolyte under 100 mW/cm2 UV-Visible light irradiation. Also, the length dependence of TiO2 nanotubes and the amount dependence of alpha-Fe2O3 nanoparticles on the photocatalytic ability were studied and thus the optimum conditions were determined.  相似文献

In order to increase the photoelectric conversion efficiency of silicon solar cell, the up-conversion film has been tried to enhance the response of the solar cells to the infrared band. Yb3+, Er3+ co-doped SiO2/TiO2 composite films with different Ti/Si molar ratio were deposited on the glass substrate with sol–gel method and spin-coating technique. The effect of different molar ratio of Ti/Si on the film’s morphology and optical properties was investigated. The morphology, the absorption spectra and photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the film were tested and analyzed. After the film was annealed at 900 °C, the XRD diffraction pattern indicated that rare earths ions have evenly dispersed into the matrix lattice. The FT-IR showed that Si ions entered into the lattice of titanium dioxide, and the Ti–O–Si bonds came into being. When the film pumped with a laser of 980 nm, there were a dominant red emission and several weak green peaks. In addition, with the increase of the mole ratio of Si/Ti, the intensity of the film’s up-conversion luminescence increases at first and then decreases. When the molar ratio of Si/Ti is 1/8, the sample had the highest intensity of up-conversion luminescence.  相似文献

利用水热合成法,以TiO2(锐钛矿)粉末、钴盐为原料,在NaOH溶液中,180℃水热合成了Co掺杂的钛酸盐纳米棒.将Co掺杂的钛酸盐纳米棒在700℃氩气氛下烧结2 h转化为锐钛矿结构Co掺杂TiO2纳米棒.利用x射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外一可见分光光度计和超导量子干涉磁强计(SQUID)等对Co掺杂的钛酸盐和Ti0,纳米棒的微结构、形貌和性能进行了表征.研究结果表明,Co掺杂的钛酸盐和未掺杂的纯钛酸盐H2Ti3O7具有相同的层状结构,在样品中未监测到Co杂质(如钴的氧化物和氢氧化物)的峰.Co掺杂的钛酸盐纳米棒表面光滑,直径大约为90 nm~120 nm,长度约1 μm,co的掺杂对纳米棒形貌没有明显影响.Co掺杂后的钛酸盐纳米棒与未掺杂的钛酸盐纳米棒相比,其紫外-可见吸收光谱的吸收峰明显红移,带宽变窄.未掺杂的纯钛酸盐纳米棒的带宽为3.2 eV,与TiO2相同;Co掺杂的钛酸盐纳米棒的带宽为2.6 eV,明显变窄.同时,Co掺杂的钛酸盐和TjO2纳米棒在300 K均具有铁磁性,且其磁化强度大小基本一致,矫顽力也相同.  相似文献

A series of Si-doped TiO2 (Si/TiO2) photocatalysts supported on woven glass fabric were prepared by hydrothermal method for photocatalytic reduction of NO with NH3. The photocatalytic activity tests were carried out in a continuous Pyrex reactor with the flow rate of 2000mL/min under UV irradiation (luminous flux: 1.1x10(4)lm, irradiated catalyst area: 160cm2). The photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrophotometer, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), photoluminescence (PL) and temperature-programmed desorption (TPD). The experiment results showed that NO conversion on Si/TiO2 at 323K could exceed 60%, which was about 50% higher than that on Degussa P25 and pure TiO2. With the doping of Si, photocatalysts with smaller crystal size, larger surface area and larger pore volume were obtained. It was also found that Ti-O-Si bands were formed on the surface of Si/TiO2 and that the surface hydroxyl concentration was greatly increased. As a result, total acidity and NH3 chemisorption amount were enhanced for Si/TiO2 leading to its photocatalytic activity improvement.  相似文献

采用离子束辅助沉积方法在Al2O3陶瓷衬底上制备了TiO2Nb2O5氧敏薄膜。考察了薄膜组分比及退火温度对薄膜氧敏特性和结构的影响。电阻氧分压特性测试结果表明,纯Nb2O5薄膜的氧敏特性优于纯TiO2薄膜;掺入少量的Ti可使Nb2O5薄膜的氧敏特性提高,以5mol%TiO2掺杂的Nb2O5薄膜最佳;过量掺杂则使Nb2O5薄膜的氧敏特性明显变差。在5mol%TiO2Nb2O5薄膜中再掺入少量的Pt(03%05%)可使其氧敏特性更好,而且其响应时间大大缩短。X射线衍射谱(XRD)和X射线光电子谱(XPS)分析表明,在退火后的TiO2Nb2O5薄膜中Nb2O5为单斜(Mform)结晶相,而掺杂的Ti以非晶的TiO2形式存在,即使在高达34mol%TiO2Nb2O5薄膜中也不例外。纯TiO2膜为金红石结构。不同退火温度(90011000C)对薄膜的氧敏特性和结构无明显影响。  相似文献

磁控溅射制备纳米TiO2薄膜导电性的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了在纳米厚度范围内,TiO2薄膜的导电性与薄膜厚度和基底材料的关系。利用射频磁控溅射方法,使用高纯Ti(99.99%)靶,通入Ar和O2的混合气体,制备了TiO2薄膜,薄膜膜厚15—225nm,在室温下测量了不同厚度TiO2薄膜的电阻率,发现TiO2薄膜的导电性,先后在导体、半导体和绝缘体范围变化。这归因于基底材料与TiO2的功函数不同,导致了界面电子的转移,功函数差决定了电子转移的深度。  相似文献
