To strengthen the supervision and management of the national major pollution sources and do well in the dynamics supervision and control of the national major pollution sources, Ministry of Environmental Protection based on environment statistical data in 2007, referred to the list of national major supervision and control enterprises in previous years, combined with the accounting work of the effluent charges and the total emission reduction in 2008, and selected the major supervision and control enterprises of emissions, wastewater discharge on the basis of fully consulting with all parts areas.
