Conclusions 1. A significant increase in the seismicity of the region - from 7 to 9 points - was accomplished essentially without implementing any measures to ensure the stability of the terminal section of the diversion channel, the daily-regulation basin, and the upper portion of the pressure conduit in the left bank alternate scheme of the Aushigersk hydroelectric project. 2. Measures implemented in the alternate right-bank scheme adopted provide for reliable stability of the structures. 3. The solution involving transfer of all structures of the Aushigersk hydroelectric plant to the right bank will make it possible to utilize fully the fall of the Cherek River in the section from the water intake of the uppermost hydroproject in the series to the mouth of the Kheu River. 4. Moreover, the series is partitioned into two stages with virtually equal heads of 90 and 91 m; this will make it possible to unify the powerhouses and equipment of both stations and to simplify the technicoeconomic indicators as compared with the previous design. 5. The alternate scheme implemented has made it possible to avoid the previously specified transfer of the diversion by aqueduct to the left bank of the Cherek River. 6. Washout of the bottom and exploited banks of of Kheu River were successfully avoided below the discharge channel of the hydroelectric plant in the alternate left-bank scheme with the passage of flows to 65 m3/sec. 7. Characteristic features of the development of slide processes were confired in the periglacial zones of glaciation during the latest glacial epoch and in the post-glacial period, which had been previously noted in the Kuban, Aksaut, Baksan, and other river valleys of the northern Caucasus. Conclusion As compared with other projects, e.g., the underground complex at the Nurek hydroelectric plant, the progressive solutions that we adopted for the construction of the underground complex at the Rogun hydroelectric plant provided increased basic technicoeconomic indicators; this is graphically apparent from the data presented in Table 3.According to preliminary plans for the organization of construction on the underground complex of the Rogun plant, material consumption will be reduced by 30%, labor outlays by 10%, and the quoted cost by 5%, and construction rates as per directives will be increased by 30%.Translated from Gidrotekhnicheskoe Stroitel'stvo, No. 6, pp. 3–9, June, 1980.  相似文献

Conclusions The scheme for organization of the work and the special construction and technical measures adopted tospeed up construction of the first stage of the Kapchagaisk hydroelectric plant permitted constructing the powerhouse in 10 months, beginning with the first placing of concrete in the bottom of the turbine section and the putting the two units into operation. The experience with the construction-erection work for the first stage of the Kapchagaisk hydroelectric plant indicates that in the case of an uninterrupted supply of material and technical elements, and of sufficient concrete plant capacity so that the peak concrete demands can be met, the main construction of the turbine sections for similar powerhouses can be completed in 7–8 months. 1.  The equipment of the Hoabinh hydroelectric plant operates in conformity with the specified parameters and ensures utilization of the installed capacity in the power system of North Vietnam. Further increase in the effectiveness of utilization of the plant capacity and of its specific share in the base portion of the load graph are determined by development of the transmission line system for supply to the consumers and the interconnection with the power system of central Vietnam.
2.  As a result of the investigations and the introduced measures for realization of the multistage personnel training system, safe and accident-free operation has been ensured for operation of the first units under conditions of combination with construction-erection work in the underground complex of the hydroelectric plant.
